背景技术
现今用于建筑、广告牌、室内装饰及汽车装饰等一般为霓虹灯管、LED硬灯条、LED水管灯等,它们都有一定厚度、硬度,安装在物体细微处或凹凸不平的表面会受到很大限制。特别是对一些玩具、精品、礼品甚至是服装、纺织类产品做发光装饰更是很难办到。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种柔软可弯曲,超薄、全防水,不易破碎,使用寿命长,节能环保的LED灯带。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:一种LED灯带,包括设在软性电路板上的若干贴片式LED灯,软性电路板和LED灯表面滴封软性胶水,在灯带的边缘设有与软性电路板连接的电源线。
本实用新型体积小巧(一般情况下厚度不超过3mm),质地柔软,可随意非死角弯曲,适用于任何可接近表面;其整体结构可以任意剪短或接长,使用非常方便;具有良好的防水功能,使用寿命长。

具体实施方式
如图所示,本实用新型所提供的LED灯带包括设在软性电路板1上的若干贴片式LED灯2,软性电路板1和LED灯2表面滴封软性胶水3,在灯带的边缘设有与软性电路板1连接的电源线4。
本实用新型体积小巧(一般情况下厚度不超过3mm),质地柔软,可随意非死角弯曲,适用于任何可接近表面;每3颗LED灯组成一回路,可以从剪刀口随意剪短,也可以接长,使用灵活方便;其具有全防水设计,超强环境适应能力,环境温度:-30℃~+70℃,操作温度:5℃~50℃,防护等级:IP67;LED亮度高,节能环保,能持续点亮1万小时以上,可广泛应用于建筑外形、桥梁、拱门、走廊、楼梯、广告牌等装饰,也可用于汽车装饰及室内装饰等。

1.一种LED灯带,其特征在于:包括设在软性电路板(1)上的若干贴片式LED灯(2),软性电路板(1)和LED灯(2)表面滴封软性胶水(3),在灯带的边缘设有与软性电路板(1)连接的电源线(4)。
