本实用新型涉及一种绞料机双面绞切刀,其包括一中央设有轴眼的轮毂及三片以上均匀分布在轮毂外沿的刀片,与轮毂轴线成一定角度的刀片具有前刃部和后刃部。所述的刀片前刃部具有锐角刃口,后刃部具有钝角或直角刃口。刀片锋利的前刃部可对来料进行有效的切割,后刃部与出料孔板配合实现绞磨和绞切双重作用。本实用新型结构设计合理,绞切刀具有前后双刃部,尤其适合配套于多级绞料机上使用,其前后刃部分别与前后级出料孔板配合,达到双向绞切作用,增加一级可增加两次绞切机会,提高绞切效率,使绞磨出的物料更加均匀细腻;另外,绞切刀还具有向后推进和挤压物料作用,并可通过轴眼直接枢设于旋转轴上,同轴度好。

一种绞料机双面绞切刀
技术领域:
本实用新型属于食物加工和养殖业领域,尤其是一种配套于多级绞料机上的双面绞切刀。
背景技术:
现有绞料机广泛用于食品加工或者养殖业领域,一般为单机工作。其结构包括有机体、与动力成传动连接并安装在机体内的螺纹送料轴、固定在螺纹送料轴端部的十字刀,十字刀的刃口近靠固定在机体端部出料孔板。工作时,送入机体内的物料经螺纹送料轴边挤压边往前推进,挤压过程可打散物料纤维,打散物料被挤压至出料孔板的出料孔处时,又可被旋转的十字刀再行切割,达到绞碎的目的,但一次绞切往往难以达到将物料绞切成糊状的细烂状态,传统做法即是重复多次绞切。目前,在专利公报中公开一种多级绞料机,其专利号为200520096252.5,结构如图1所示。该专利是在原机体6出料端再旋接上一级或两级以上带出料孔板的次级机体61,机体6内包括有螺纹送料轴7和十字刀8,螺纹送料轴7前端通过连接杆9与前一级螺纹送料轴7轴接,后端通过螺纹销91定位在出料孔板5上,在连接杆9和螺纹销91上分别固定有十字刀8,每增加一级次级机体61可增加一次绞切机会,但也增加了两处轴接,前后级螺纹送料轴同轴度差,配件易于磨损,而且总机过长,极不稳固。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,设计一种具有推进送料和双面绞切作用的绞料机双面绞切刀。
本实用新型技术方案是这样实现的:一种绞料机双面绞切刀,其特征在于绞切刀包括一中央设有轴眼的轮毂及三片以上均匀分布在轮毂外沿的刀片,与轮毂轴线成一定角度的刀片具有前刃部和后刃部,前刃部所在的平面与后刃部所在的平面相互平行且垂直于轮毂轴线。倾斜设置的刀片对物料具有向后推进和挤压的作用。
所述的刀片前刃部具有锐角刃口,后刃部具有钝角或直角刃口。刀片锋利的前刃部可对来料进行有效的切割,后刃部与出料孔板配合实现绞磨和绞切双重作用。

具体实施方式:
参照图2和图3,绞料机双面绞切刀,其由金属材料精铸而成,包括连体的轮毂1和均匀分布在轮毂外沿的刀片2,轮毂1中央设有轴眼3,轴眼3为可枢设在旋转轴4方形段上的方形孔结构,避免打滑,也给装配带来便利。本图例刀片2为四片,其与轮毂1轴线成一定角度,旋转时可生产向后推进和挤压力,且刀片具有锐角刃口的前刃部21和具有钝角或者直角刃口的后刃部22。旋转时锋利的前刃部刃口可对物料进行切割。
如图3,刀片2后刃部22向后折出并与轮毂1轴线平行。此结构的刀片后刃部22具有直角刃口,其与出料孔板5及出料孔51配合产生绞磨和绞切双重作用。绞磨是指宽厚的后刃部22与出料孔板5产生相对运动中,将被挤压到此处的物料进行研磨;绞切是指后刃部22刃口与出料孔51孔棱相对运动产生的剪切力,将被挤压进出料孔51孔口处的物料进行剪切。另,刀片2前刃部21迎着前进方向的刀面上微拱起一弧面23,可将切割的物料向后方抛出,避免粘贴在刀面上;而且刀片2成弯弧状,弯弧迎着前进方向,弯弧的前刃部可对物料产生“拉切”的作用,更易将物料纤维切断。刀片2前刃口和后刃口分别凸出轮毂1前后端面,也即轮毂1前后端面内凹,这样可使前后刃口与出料孔板良好接触而提高剪切率,又可补偿前后刃口的磨损。
参照图4,这是一款刀片2的刀面为平直结构的双面绞切刀,其同样具有剪切和绞磨双重作用。
参照图5,绞切刀的刀片2可以为三片以上的多片结构,刀片的数量越多,绞切的效率也越高,但太多也会造成排料困难。一般轮毂1上连体三至八片刀片2者,其刀片2可铸造的厚些,其本身具有足够的刚性强度;而当刀片2设计的较薄或者八片以上者,即需对刀片2进行加固,可以在刀片2端部连体有一加强圆环24,圆环24与轮毂1同轴心,这样方便加工工艺。圆环24的宽度小于刀片2前后刃部轴向距离,其目的是起到加固刀片作用,而不能妨碍前后刃口与出料孔板的良好接触。
参照图6,为装配有本实用新型双面绞切刀的绞料机示意图,绞切刀的轮毂1套设在旋转轴4的方形段上,该旋转轴4通过螺纹段直接旋接在螺纹送料轴7上,轮毂1被夹设在两出料孔板5之间,使刀片2的前后刃部紧贴在出料孔板5表面,可将物料绞磨的更加细碎,而且次级机体61可更加紧凑。刀片2与轮毂1轴线间的夹角以45左右为佳,而且轮毂厚度在10至20毫米左右,可提高刀片刃口长度和向后排料的效率。本实用新型的绞切刀也可替代原机体内的十字刀。

Claims (9)

1、一种绞料机双面绞切刀,其特征在于绞切刀包括一中央设有轴眼的轮毂及三片以上均匀分布在轮毂外沿的刀片,与轮毂轴线成一定角度的刀片具有前刃部和后刃部,前刃部所在的平面与后刃部所在的平面相互平行且垂直于轮毂轴线。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种绞料机双面绞切刀,其特征是刀片前刃部具有锐角刃口,后刃部具有钝角或直角刃口。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的一种绞料机双面绞切刀,其特征是刀片后刃部向后折出并与轮毂轴线平行。
4、根据权利要求1或2所述的一种绞料机双面绞切刀,其特征是刀片前刃部迎着前进方向的刀面上微拱起一弧面。
5、根据权利要求1或2所述的一种绞料机双面绞切刀,其特征是刀片径向成弯弧面形状,弯弧迎着前进方向。
6、根据权利要求1或2所述的一种绞料机双面绞切刀,其特征是刀片径向为平面形状。
7、根据权利要求1所述的一种绞料机双面绞切刀,其特征是刀片端部连体有一加强圆环,圆环与轮毂同轴心。
8、根据权利要求1所述的一种绞料机双面绞切刀,其特征是刀片前刃口和后刃口分别凸出轮毂前后端面。
9、根据权利要求1所述的一种绞料机双面绞切刀,其特征是轮毂轴眼为可枢设在旋转轴方形段上的方形孔结构。
