Abstract

本实用新型涉及了一种乳化***基质防溅装置,由手柄、支架、双锁紧螺母和导向弯头组成,支架焊接在导向弯头外壁上,手柄的直通螺杆端通过双锁紧螺母将导流装置固定在基质出口的管道上。该装置具有结构简单、操作方便,防止流质飞溅,能调整基质出口角度的特点,使用效果良好。用于乳化***生产线、固定地面站、移动地面站生产线中乳化器出口的乳胶基质导流。

技术领域:本实用新型涉及一种乳化***生产过程中乳化器出口的乳胶基质防溅装置。
背景技术:目前国内民爆行业乳化***生产过程中,乳化***基质从乳化器出来后,通过水平管道直接进入基质泵的料斗,由于乳化***基质的温度高(80-90℃),流量大,基质容易四处飞溅,烫伤生产工作人员,影响厂房卫生,并且造成严重浪费。
发明内容:本实用新型的目的在于提供一种防止流质飞溅、拆卸方便,能调整基质出口角度的乳化***基质防溅装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是:乳化***基质防溅装置由手柄、支架、双锁紧螺母、导向弯头组成,支架焊接在导向弯头一端外壁上,在导向弯头与支架连接线上有一可供手柄直通螺杆端***的孔,双锁紧螺母对应***孔分别焊接在支架和导向弯头上,手柄的直通螺杆端通过双锁紧螺母将导流装置固定在基质出口的管道上。
本实用新型具有设计合理、结构简单、操作方便,实用性高的特点。

具体实施例:如附图:支架2直立焊接在导向弯头5一端的外壁上,锁紧螺母3、4分别上下焊接在支架2和导向弯头5壁上,导向弯头5的焊有支架端套住基质出口管道端,手柄1直通螺杆通过锁紧螺母3、4和导向弯头5上的孔将导流装置固定在基质出口的管道上。导流装置安装角度可随出口方向要求而调整。

1.一种乳化***基质防溅装置,其特征在于:所述装置由手柄(1)、支架(2)、锁紧螺母(3)(4)、导向弯头(5)组成,支架(2)焊接在导向弯头(5)一端外壁上,在支架(2)下的导向弯头(5)上有一可供手柄直通螺杆端***的孔,锁紧螺母(3)、(4)对应***孔分别焊接在支架(2)和导向弯头(5)上,手柄(1)直通螺杆通过锁紧螺母(3)和(4)将导流装置固定在基质出口的管道上。
