Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种LED排灯,属于机电类。它是由导线、LED灯、软式基板及外覆的透明胶所构成,该LED灯位于软式基板上,其中在LED排灯两端设有插孔,分别与具相同插孔数插脚的连接端子串接,且在LED排灯透明胶断面积最小的各个LED灯各设有一硬质护片。优点在于:位于LED灯的位置处设有硬质护片,具有加强LED灯位置的强度,不易出出因其应力集中而发生折断的现象,具有保护LED灯的作用;可以使各个LED排灯间相互以连接端子串接,简化了施工及增加美观效果,实用性强。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及机电类,特别涉及一种LED排灯。
背景技术
众所周知,LED因是利用电能直接转化为光能的原理,在半导体内正负极2个端子施加电压,当电流通过使电子与电洞相结合时,剩余能量便以光的形式释放,故发热量极低、耗电量又小,寿命长,其中,发热量低、耗电量小都是来自于它“低电压”、“低电流”动作的特点;从环保方面来观察的话,LED可以回收不会变成环境污染的废弃物等,已普遍被设计用来作为新一代的照明器材,目前可以依据应用对象,允许多颗组合,如字幕、灯示,也广泛的被制成一排排的串灯,供使用人依需要安排其组合的光投射效果。
如附图1至附图3所示,目前LED排灯主要有两种结构,是以LED灯13一脚接电阻14后与另一脚分别与正负极导线连结即可,而其结构如附图1所示,包括有软式基板16、导线18、LED灯13及外覆的透明胶17所构成,该LED灯13两脚皆位于软式基板16的一侧,而正负极导线18A、18B分别设于软式基板16的各侧边面上,这样可使加工方便,而LED灯13一脚直接以焊锡15与同侧的导线18B焊固,另在软式基板16相对于LED灯13另一脚位置上设有孔洞可与另侧的导线18A相对,当其加上焊锡15时,即会经孔洞与另侧的导线18A相连,而完成LED灯并连的电路关系,之后再进行注透明胶17的作业,即完成LED排灯结构;此外,如附图2所示另一种粘着式(SMT)的结构,此种排灯体积小,为单一LED灯13的结构,其将两条导线18A、18B设于软式基板16底侧,而LED灯13则直接粘着于软式基板16上,在软式基板16位于LED灯13的位置皆设有正负极用的两孔,而分别与两导线18A、18B相连,藉此,将LED灯13粘着于软式基板16上后,也就与两导线18A、18B成一回路,因其体较小,故注透明胶17的体积也较少;
如附图5及附图6至附图9所示,因为LED排灯具有良好的绕曲性,故藉此可弯曲出所需的图样,虽然LED排灯具有良好的绕曲性,但在使用上,常常发生弯折时,易造成在LED灯处断裂的不良情形,因LED灯13所在的透明胶17位置上,其断面积的透明胶17***的距离Y为所有LED排灯最短,故当弯折时,距离Y的应力最集中,且受力最大,这也就是在使用或运藏LED排灯时,常常会容易折断的原因;
另,传统的LED排灯的串接方式为在电源输入端提供专用两条电源输入端子或线材,让消费者或现场施工员在串接LED排灯时,必须将传统的LED排灯的电源输入端接至电供应器上,使LED排灯能产生亮度作用,当需进行第二条或第三条以上的LED排灯的串接时,必须有相同条数的线材自电源供应器连接而出,此种串接结果,使用LED排灯的数量越多,串接越长,而电源供应器需提供至串接末端LED排灯的线材越长,相对所产生的阻抗越大,此令电源供应器必须加强电流来因应末端的LED排灯的电源供应,且串连LED排灯越多,使用的线材数越多,而造成使用者因过多的线材裸露在外,难以自行施工,必需由专业人员施工,而且也会浪费很多时间来处理线材外露,既不美观且施工也困难,急需加以改进。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种LED排灯,解决了常用LED排灯在弯曲出所需图样时,易造成在LED灯处因应力集中而出现断裂的不良情形和必需由专业人员施工,使用的线材较多,施工困难、浪费时间,线材裸露在外,既不美观又影响施工等问题。
本实用新型的技术方案是:由导线、LED灯、软式基板及外覆的透明胶所构成,该LED灯位于软式基板上,其中,在LED排灯两端设有插孔,分别与具相同插孔数插脚的连接端子串接,以达到简易串连LED排灯,且在LED排灯透明胶断面积最小的各个LED灯各设有一硬质护片,藉此可避免在LED排灯上受弯折破坏,该硬质护片设在LED灯所在的软式基板位置下,该硬质护片设有供LED灯显露的置容空间,位在软式基板上与LED灯同位;LED灯位在软式基板的侧端;硬质护片可呈片状而位于LED灯的双脚处,或位于另侧。
本实用新型的优点在于:位于LED灯的位置处设有硬质护片,具有加强LED灯位置的强度,不易出出因其应力集中而发生折断的现象,具有保护LED灯的作用;可以使各个LED排灯间相互以连接端子串接,简化了施工及增加美观效果,实用性强。

具体实施方式:
如附图4所示,本实用新型可使各个LED排灯1间互相以连接端子2串接,而达到施工简单、美观的效果;在LED排灯1的左右端边皆具有与连接端子2相等数的电源插孔12,本实施例为四个插孔12各具正负极效果;其中,该连接端子2至少具有两向的插脚21,该插脚21可合入LED排灯的插孔12中,以此具两向的连接端子2即可将两个LED排灯1串连,因而欲串连多个LED排灯1皆利用此连接端子2传递电源;藉由LED排灯1间的连接端子2的插脚21与插孔12连结,可达到将LED排灯1串接的目的。
如附图5及附图10所示,本实用新型除具有前述软式基板16、导线18、LED灯13及外覆透明胶17外,为了加强LED灯13位置的强度,在该位置中设有硬质护片,在承置软式基板16的护垫19下方,位于LED灯13位置处设有硬质护片40,此硬质护片40正可含盖LED灯13的面积,如此即可使弯折时不会以LED灯13为弯折处,而会跳过硬质护片40区域,这样就可避免造成LED灯13为弯折处而折断的危险。
如附图11至附图13所示,为硬质护片40位于LED灯13上的实施例,其在硬质护片40上设有供LED灯13显露出的封闭式置容空间40A,也可设计为开口式置容空间40B的硬式护片40;
LED灯13的相关元件还有电阻,若相关元件也造成透明胶断面积小时,也应为硬质护片40面积所含盖。
如附图14及附图15所示,为双脚LED灯的实施例,在该LED灯13的位置上,设有具置容空间的硬质护片41,该置容空间呈凹部42状,而可将LED灯13的接脚位于软性基板16的位置处套入,而呈前后覆盖,这样就可达到加强透明胶17位于LED灯13位置的受力,当弯折时,受到硬质护片41的保护,而不会直接弯折该处,藉此,就可以防止LED灯被折断;
硬质护片41不限定为凹状,也可为板状而位于LED灯周围,只要达到保护LED灯不易被弯折即可;
而以上硬质护片40、41在安装时,配合LED排灯的自动作业过程中,加入置放硬质护片的程序,之后再注胶即可,并不会有影响原本制作成本或增加工时的情形,是可依自动化程序控制;而加装硬质护片40、41则可预防胶体长久使用下自然的热胀冷缩导致压迫LED灯及相关元件的拉扯现象,可确实降低故障率。

Claims (5)

1、一种LED排灯,由导线、LED灯、软式基板及外覆的透明胶所构成,该LED灯位于软式基板上,其特征在于:在LED排灯两端设有插孔,分别与具相同插孔数插脚的连接端子串接,且在LED排灯透明胶断面积最小的各个LED灯各设有一硬质护片。
2、根据权利要求1所述的LED排灯,其特征在于:所说的硬质护片设在LED灯所在的软式基板位置下。
3、根据权利要求1所述的LED排灯,其特征在于:所说的硬质护片设有供LED灯显露的置容空间,位在软式基板上与LED灯同位。
4、根据权利要求1所述的LED排灯,其特征在于:所说的LED灯位在软式基板的侧端。
5、根据权利要求1所述的LED排灯,其特征在于:所说的硬质护片可呈片状而位于LED灯的双脚处,或位于另侧。
