技术背景
目前对工业环境的清扫普遍的采用吸尘器，这种吸尘器的结构是：由行走车及车上的吸尘器壳体，壳体中的吸尘风机和滤袋及吸尘管组成。这种一级式吸尘器的问题是：在吸入高浓度灰尘时，滤袋表面易被粗尘堵塞，使阻力增大，吸尘效率降低，需要经常停机清理滤袋。
技案措施
本实用新型的目的是：提供一种滤尘效果好、效率高的、不易堵塞的组合式双级分离工业吸尘器。
本实用新型的技术方案是：以由行走车及车上的吸尘器壳体、壳体中的吸尘风机和滤袋及吸尘管组成的吸尘器为基础；在行走车上装有一个粗尘桶，桶上有锥帽，锥帽顶部***吸尘管，锥帽上部切向装有粗滤桶的吸尘管及吸头。

具体实施例
在行走车9上装有吸尘器壳体8，壳体中装有吸尘风机和滤袋；壳体上还装有吸尘管6；为了增加吸尘效果，在行走车前部装有粗尘桶7，粗尘桶上面装有锥帽1，粗尘桶7与锥帽1通过连接管5和卡子4相互连接为一体，在锥帽1顶部插装吸尘管6，在锥帽1的上部切向装有粗尘桶7的吸尘管2，3是吸头。当吸尘时，灰尘经吸头3和吸尘管2切向被吸入锥帽1中，灰尘沿锥帽1的内壁旋转下行，粗灰尘依靠重量和惯性落到粗尘桶7的底部，对灰尘进行一级分离，细灰尘沿吸尘管6进入吸尘器8中，经滤袋过滤与空气进行二次分离。
