Abstract

一种锁的驱动机构,包括直线输出轴1、螺旋转换弹簧2、旋转输入组件3;直线输出轴1套装在旋转输入组件3上,直线输出轴1可相对旋转输入组件3轴向运动;螺旋转换弹簧2套装于旋转输入组件3内;直线输出轴1设有对称的凸耳11;旋转输入组件3由旋转端扣4和旋转输入轴5组成,旋转输入轴5部分嵌入旋转端扣4内;螺旋转换弹簧2的两端部弹簧弯钩21***旋转输入轴5的凹槽51内。利用螺旋转换弹簧2随旋转输入轴5的旋转运动转换成沿旋转输入轴5的直线运动,以推动直线输出轴1轴向直线运动,从而实现驱动作用。

本实用新型涉及一种锁的零部件,特别涉及一种锁的驱动机构。
背景技术
目前,人们所使用锁的驱动机构多种多样。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种新型的锁的驱动机构,依靠弹簧的旋转运动转换成轴向直线运动以实现驱动功能,结构简单合理,使用方便,生产成本低。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案如下:
一种锁的驱动机构,包括直线输出轴1、螺旋转换弹簧2、旋转输入组件3;直线输出轴1套装在旋转输入组件3上,直线输出轴1可相对旋转输入组件3轴向运动;螺旋转换弹簧2套装于旋转输入组件3内;直线输出轴1设有对称的凸耳11。
所述的旋转输入组件3可以是整体结构,也可以是分体结构。采用分体结构的旋转输入组件3由旋转端扣4和旋转输入轴5组成,旋转输入轴5部分嵌入旋转端扣4内。
所述的螺旋转换弹簧2的两端部弹簧弯钩21***旋转输入轴5的凹槽51内。
由于采用了上述结构,利用螺旋转换弹簧2随旋转输入轴5的旋转运动转换成沿旋转输入轴5的直线运动,以推动直线输出轴1轴向直线运动,从而实现驱动作用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细的说明:
一种锁的驱动机构,包括直线输出轴1、螺旋转换弹簧2、旋转输入组件3;直线输出轴1套装在旋转输入组件3上,直线输出轴1可相对旋转输入组件3轴向运动;螺旋转换弹簧2套装于旋转输入组件3内;直线输出轴1设有对称的凸耳11。
所述的旋转输入组件3可以是整体结构,也可以是分体结构。如图所示的实施例中,本实用新型的旋转输入组件3采用分体结构,由旋转端扣4和旋转输入轴5组成,旋转输入轴5部分嵌入旋转端扣4内,旋转端扣4随旋转输入轴5转动。
所述的螺旋转换弹簧2的两端部弹簧弯钩21***旋转输入轴5的凹槽51内,致使螺旋转换弹簧2可随旋转输入轴5转动。
如图5所示,当旋转输入轴5带动螺旋转换弹簧2正向旋转时,直线输出轴1的对称凸耳11沿旋转方向进入螺旋转换弹簧2的弹簧螺线,螺旋转换弹簧2压缩并向右移动,同时推动凸耳11向左移动,当螺旋转换弹簧2移动到与旋转输入轴5的52端相抵时,位置受限,螺旋转换弹簧2的左端在直线输出轴1的凸耳11上打滑,直线输出轴1在螺旋转换弹簧2的弹力作用下保持在左端位置,即如图4所示状态。
如图4所示,当旋转输入轴5带动螺旋转换弹簧2反向旋转时,直线输出轴1的凸耳11沿旋转方向进入螺旋转换弹簧2的弹簧螺线,螺旋转换弹簧2压缩并向左移动,同时推动凸耳11向右移动,当螺旋转换弹簧2移动到与旋转端扣4的41端相抵时,位置受限,螺旋转换弹簧2的右端在直线输出轴1的凸耳11上打滑,直线输出轴1在螺旋转换弹簧2的弹力作用下保持在右端位置,即如图5所示状态。

Claims (4)

1、一种锁的驱动机构,其特征在于:包括直线输出轴(1)、螺旋转换弹簧(2)、旋转输入组件(3);直线输出轴(1)套装在旋转输入组件(3)上,直线输出轴(1)可相对旋转输入组件(3)轴向运动;螺旋转换弹簧(2)套装于旋转输入组件(3)内;直线输出轴(1)设有对称的凸耳(11)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的锁的驱动机构,其特征是所述的旋转输入组件(3)为整体结构或分体结构。
3、根据权利要求1所述的锁的驱动机构,其特征是所述旋转输入组件(3)由旋转端扣(4)和旋转输入轴(5)组成,旋转输入轴(5)部分嵌入旋转端扣(4)内。
4、根据权利要求3所述的锁的驱动机构,其特征是所述的螺旋转换弹簧(2)的两端部弹簧弯钩(21)***旋转输入轴(5)的凹槽(51)内。
