Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种用于车辆头灯单元的灯***,该***包括光源、灯反射器以及基本上棒状的透明光导,其中,在该***的操作期间,所述反射器将光从所述光源投射到所述光导中。
上述类型的灯***在现有技术中是已知的,并且当前由HellaKGaA Hueck & Co.作为CELIS光导位置灯进行销售。所述位置(停车)灯***包括12V-10W的卤素灯,其把光投射到一束柔性玻璃纤维光导中,所述光导通到具有棱镜光学模式的单独的圆形玻璃光棒,该圆形光棒位于该车辆头灯单元中的氙气头灯周围。本发明还提出使用具有集成反射器的卤素白炽灯。
本发明的一个目的是提供一种上述类型的改进的或者高效、低成本的灯***。
根据本发明,所述光导包括玻璃导引部分和塑料导引部分,其中该玻璃导引部分在所述光源和塑料部分之间延伸。该玻璃导引部分将该塑料导引部分与光源的热量隔离开,从而防止变形或者融化。此外,该玻璃导引部分在来自光源的光进入塑料导引部分之前对其进行混合。按照这种方式,所述光导的较大部分(特别是环形部分)可以由便宜的塑料制成,其可以容易地作为整体零件来生产。所述塑料例如可以包含透明的有机玻璃或者聚碳酸酯。所述光导的玻璃部分优选地具有多边形(例如正方形或者六边形)的横截面,以用于良好的光混合属性。该玻璃部分优选地具有超过5倍于其宽度的长度,从而光不会在各个侧面从玻璃棒中逃逸。该长度例如可以是至少40mm,宽度是8mm。
所述玻璃优选地是光学玻璃(比如BK7)或者低铁氧化物玻璃,以便最小化光损失。所述玻璃部分和塑料部分优选地通过光学粘胶而粘在一起。在一个替换实施例中,在玻璃部分和塑料部分之间保持一个小的空隙,从而获得额外的热隔离。
所述玻璃导引部分优选地配备有颜色滤光器。在一个实施例中,所述滤光器包括红外阻断滤光器,其防止灯的辐射热量进入光导的塑料部分。优选的阻断波长范围是800到2500nm。在一个附加实施例中,所述滤光器包括蓝光透射滤光器。其使得位置灯的发黄的光能够与其所围绕的氙气头灯的发蓝的光相匹配。该滤光器可以是反射滤光器或者吸收滤光器,并且该滤光器可以具有在玻璃导引部分的端面上的滤光涂层。或者,所述滤光器可以由所述玻璃导引部分本身构成,其中包含滤光混合物。使用反射滤光器的优点在于,灯的热量不会由于传导而被引入到所述光导中。
所述玻璃导引部分优选地延伸通过所述灯反射器的焦点,从而发热中心位于玻璃部分中,以便防止塑料部分进一步发生变形或融化。所述玻璃导引部分的长度足以允许所传导的热量在各个侧面辐射,从而不会有太多热量到达塑料部分。

图1是根据本发明的灯***的第一实施例的示意图;以及
图2是根据本发明的灯***的第二实施例的示意图。
图1和图2示出了汽车位置灯***,其包括位于透明光导2的外端前方的灯1。灯1包括光源11(例如12V、10W的白炽卤素灯)和反射器12。光源11和所述反射器可以集成在一起。光导2包括位置彼此相邻的玻璃棒部分21和塑料棒部分22。
塑料棒22在图中仅仅部分地示出,并且还包括在其外端处的集成圆形横截面塑料棒(未示出)。所述圆形棒具有棱镜光学模式,从而导引通过光导2的光被耦合出该圆形棒,这与已知的CELIS光导位置灯类似。所述圆形棒围绕其中一个车辆头灯延伸,正如从BMW5系列和7系列汽车所得知的那样。
所述反射器12把光从光源11投射到玻璃棒21中并且投射向焦点24。光源11是主要的热源,并且其投射24可以被看作是次要热源。玻璃棒部分21充当主要热源11和塑料棒部分22之间的热隔离。此外,该玻璃棒部分延伸穿过所述投射24,因此塑料将不会由于次要热源24而变形或者融化。
在图1中,玻璃棒部分21配备有滤光器涂层23。在图2中,玻璃棒部分21配备有滤光混合物,从而其自身形成一个滤光器。在这两种情况下,所述滤光器都是红外阻断并且蓝光透射的。还通过提供红外滤光器来改进主要热源11与玻璃棒部分之间的热隔离。所述蓝光透射属性把位置灯的颜色与氙气头灯的颜色相匹配。
应当理解,在本发明的范围内可以有许多变型,本文描述的实施例仅仅是作为举例。
Claims (11)
1、一种用于车辆头灯单元的灯***,该***包括光源(11)、灯反射器(12)以及基本上棒状的透明光导(2),其中,在该***的操作期间,所述反射器(12)将光从所述光源(11)投射到所述光导(2)中,其特征在于,所述光导(2)包括玻璃导引部分(21)和塑料导引部分(22),其中该玻璃导引部分(21)在所述光源(11)和所述塑料部分(22)之间延伸。
2、如权利要求1所述的灯***,其中,所述玻璃导引部分(21)配备有颜色滤光器。
3、如权利要求2所述的灯***,其中,所述滤光器包括红外阻断滤光器。
4、如权利要求2或3所述的灯***,其中,所述滤光器包括蓝光透射滤光器。
5、如权利要求2、3或4所述的灯***,其中,所述滤光器是在所述玻璃导引部分(21)的端面上的涂层(23)。
6、如权利要求2、3或4所述的灯***,其中,所述滤光器是由包含滤光混合物的所述玻璃导引部分(21)构成的。
7、如前述权利要求1-6当中的任意一项所述的灯***,其中,所述玻璃导引部分(21)延伸穿过所述灯反射器(12)的焦点(24)。
8、如前述权利要求1-7当中的任意一项所述的灯***,其中,所述光源(11)是卤素灯。
9、如前述权利要求1-8当中的任意一项所述的灯***,其中,所述塑料是有机玻璃或者聚碳酸酯。
10、如前述权利要求1-9当中的任意一项所述的灯***,其中,所述塑料导引部分(22)在一端处包括环形发射部分。
11、如权利要求10所述的灯***,其中,所述***还包括汽车头灯,并且所述环形发射部分围绕所述头灯。
