技术领域
本发明涉及一种电动机械制动装置,尤其对于航空器,具有可被有角度地倾斜的致动器。
背景技术
已知电动机械航空器制动装置包括一支撑件,所述支撑件指承载多个电动机械致动器的“环”,所述致动器各包括可轴向朝向一堆盘移动以选择地在诸盘上施加制动力的推动器。
一般来说,致动器直接螺接在支撑件上,因此支撑件和致动器之间的连接是坚硬的。
不幸地,支撑件可在施加制动力的影响下变形,由此产生所述变形下的致动器。然后推动器可压住诸盘,因此推动器受到横向力。不幸地,致动器通常装有横向力适应较差的球状螺钉或滚筒螺钉。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种制动装置,降低了当推动器在制动时出现横向力的风险。
为了达到该目的,本发明提供了一种机械电动制动装置,尤其是对于航空器,制动装置包括承载至少一个电动机械致动器的支撑件,所述致动器包括可轴向朝向摩擦元件移动以有选择地对摩擦元件施加制动力的推动器,其中,根据本发明,致动器通过连接件安装在支撑件上,所述连接件允许致动器至少承载推动器的一部分有角度地倾斜。
因此,当推动器取得与诸盘接触时,它在制动力的影响下自动地将自身设置成垂直于诸盘,通过利用致动器的自由度而有角地倾斜。然后,不考虑支撑件受到的制动强度和变形量,推动器继续垂直于诸盘推动。
因此这种有角度倾斜的自由度使有可能降低施加在推动器上横向力的风险。

具体实施方式
参见图1,航空器制动装置连接在轮子上,所述轮子包括安装以在轴6上旋转的轮缘5。制动装置具有安装在轴上的环7,并防止它通过未示出的方式相对轴旋转。环7承载电动机械致动器8,各包括一壳体12,推动器13安装在其中以在轴向X滑动并选择地在一堆盘11上施加制动力,所述一堆盘包括与盘交替设置的轮子一起旋转的盘,所述盘由固定在环7上的扭转管9防止旋转。
推动器3以已知的方式通过相连的致动器的电动机驱动,电动机设置成使得螺钉螺母***的一个元件旋转(例如,球型或滚筒型***),而推动器将***的另一元件固定。反旋转件防止推动器旋转。
制动力的施加引起诸盘11相互摩擦,因此,航空器动能的一部分作为热驱散。
如图2所示,由推动器13在制动时施加的力可反作用引起环7通过向外弯曲变形,由此趋向于将轴线X从它的原始位置朝向倾斜位置移动,在所述倾斜位置轴线X不再垂直于诸盘,因此推动器13受到对致动器的螺钉螺母***有害的横向力。
如图3所示在本发明的第一特别实施例中,球形接头20***在环7和致动器8之间,接头包括容纳在环7内适当壳体内的保持器21以及环绕致动器8的壳体12安装的球形中心22。反转装置(未示出)防止致动器围绕轴线X旋转。
因此,当环7由于渐增制动力的施加而逐渐变形,致动器由于球形接头提供的旋转自由而逐渐倾斜,因此沿着垂直于盘的方向继续推靠诸盘,如图4所示。这防止在致动器的螺钉螺母***上产生有害的横向力。
如图5所示本发明的第二特别实施例,球形接头被复合轴承30代替,所述复合轴承包括金属制造的、围绕致动器8的壳体12延伸的第一轴衬31,以及有弹性体制造的、结合在第一轴衬31且容纳在环7内适当壳体内的第二轴衬32。
用于第二轴衬32的弹性体是各向异性弹性体,设置方式为当第二轴衬32在径向变形时沿着轴向X基本不变形,因此允许致动器8有角度的倾斜,伴随有致动器的小量径向移动。
因此,当确保(基本上轴向的)制动力传输到环7时,第二轴衬32允许致动器8相对于环7移动,因此使得推动器基本保持垂直于诸盘。
较佳地,弹性体用于防止相应于由盘彼此摩擦产生的振动频率范围内的高度衰减,因此致动器8和环7不充分受到所述振动。
本发明不限于上述说明,而是相反覆盖任何由权利要求限定的范围内的变化。
尤其是,尽管为整个致动器相对于致动器支撑件描述了有角度移动的自由,足以提供承载推动器的致动器的部分和支撑件之间的自由度。它适合于用于容纳这种自由度的在致动器的所述部分和致动器的剩余部分之间的这种连接。

Claims (5)

1.一种电动机械制动装置,尤其是用于航空器,所述制动装置包括承载至少一个电动机械致动器(8)的支撑件(7),所述致动器包括朝向摩擦元件(11)可轴向移动以有选择地对所述摩擦元件施加制动力的推动器(13),其特征在于,所述致动器通过一连接件(20,30)安装在所述支撑件上,所述连接件允许承载推动器的致动器的至少一部分有角度地倾斜。
2.如权利要求1所述的制动装置,其特征在于,所述连接件包括球形接头(20)。
3.如权利要求1所述的制动装置,其特征在于,所述连接件包括在轴向(X)基本上不变形而在径向可变形的轴承(30)。
4.如权利要求3所述的制动装置,其特征在于,所述轴承(30)设置成滤除来自摩擦元件在制动中产生的振动。
5.如权利要求4所述的制动装置,其特征在于,所述轴承(30)为复合轴承,包括由各向异性弹性体材料制造的轴衬(32)。
