Abstract

一种建筑用抗水混凝土胶粘剂即由过氯乙烯等材料组成的建筑用胶粘剂。目的是制备不含亲水基团的即耐水性能好的与混凝土、木材、金属等材料有良好结合力的胶粘剂。是由过氯乙烯树脂配以丙酮、二氯乙烷、醋酸丁酯、醋酸乙酯组成了溶剂加入改性剂邻酸三甲酚酯,在反应釜内生成。广泛用于建筑业材料、构件的粘接修补防漏等技术措施。

建筑用抗水混凝土胶粘剂
本发明涉及一种建筑用抗水混凝土胶粘剂。
目前,建筑技术水平不断提高,新型墙体材料逐渐代替砖墙结构,出现多种建筑胶粘剂,如天津GCR803建筑胶、北京SG型建筑胶。但它们都不宜在潮湿环境下使用。因为这些胶粘剂大都采用具有亲水基因的聚醋酸乙烯、聚乙烯醇类型高聚物,抗水性能较差。
本发明的目的在于为建筑业提供建筑用抗水混凝土胶粘剂,除解决各种轻型建筑配件与混凝土粘接外,还适用于其它领域多种材料粘接。
经过试验研究,用不具备亲水基团的氯乙烯聚合物为基础聚合物制成的胶粘剂,不但耐水性能优异,可长期在水浸条件下使用,而且用途广,可粘接无机、有机、木材、金属等材料。同时单组份使用施工方便,并可长期贮存,低温下不冻结,具有独特的使用性能。
工艺配方实例:
过氯乙烯            100份
二氯乙烷            0-95份
丙酮                15-50份
醋酸丁酯            150-250份
醋酸乙酯            55-150份
填料(碳酸钙或水泥)  20-50份
工艺流程:
1、按配方要求将过氯乙烯树脂称量并投进200立升反应釜;
2、按配方要求以次向反应釜投进各组份溶剂,添加改性剂;
3、常温条件下静止二小时后搅拌,搅拌速度为40转/分(如需提高产量也可使反应釜夹套加温60-80度,此时反就釜必须带冷凝装置。)
4、搅拌半小时后投进填料,再搅拌视其成均相后出釜;
5、计量并包装。
本发明具有制作简便,造价便宜等优点,是目前市场上同类产品的最佳选择。

Claims (4)

1、一种建筑用抗水混凝土胶粘剂,即由高分子聚合物、溶剂、填料组成主要用于建筑的混凝土胶粘剂,其特征在于由过氯乙烯树脂配以溶剂、改性剂及填料的组成。
2、权利要求1所述的建筑用抗水混凝土胶粘剂,其特征在于溶剂为丙酮、二氯乙烷、醋酸丁酯、醋酸乙酯。
3、权利要求1所述的建筑用抗水混凝土胶粘剂,其特征在于改性剂为邻酸三甲酚酯。
4、权利要求1所述的建筑用抗水混凝土胶粘剂,其特征在于将过氯乙烯树脂、溶剂、改性剂加入反应釜后静止2小时后搅拌,半小时后加入填料再搅拌。
