Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于医用导管的滴液腔,其具有一般为圆柱形的本体(1),该本体具有一入口(2),其上直接设置有精密流量调节器(4)。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种滴液腔,其由一般为圆柱形的本体形成,所述本体具有进口和出口,所述滴液腔传统上用于例如输注装置或输血装置的医用导管中,以定量的方式向病人提供存放于药袋或药瓶中的医学流体。
背景技术
使用时,在装有医学流体的药袋或药瓶与滴液腔之间设置有流量调节器,其典型地由一弹性夹构成,该弹性夹用于以可调的强度握紧连接药袋和滴液腔的挠性管。作为上述弹性夹的备选方案,可用与滴液腔也始终保持独立和分离的转动型的精密调节器来完成流体的定量。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种上述类型的滴液腔,其以上述方式配置以减少医用导管的松散元件,同时保证应用时的调节更加的方便和实用。
根据本发明,由于滴液腔整合有精密流量调节器的事实,实现了上述目的。
根据本发明的一个优选的实施例,流量调节器包含以转动方式耦合在一起的具有输入接头的第一本体和具有输出接头的第二本体,其间***有垫圈,以通过剂量通路逐渐打开所述输入接头和输出接头之间的连通,并且其中第二本体具有与第一本体上的指示器进行协同操作的分度尺,并具有一永久地固定在滴液腔本体的入口端的环状连接边缘。

具体实施方式
参照图1和图2,根据本发明的滴液腔基本上包含一个透明塑胶材料制成的、一般为圆柱形的本体1,其具有定义了入口2的一个开口端,以及定义了出口3的限制相对端。根据本发明,精密流量调节器直接设置在入口2上,作为一个整体由附图标记4指示。
以公知的方式,所述流量调节器4包含均由模制塑胶材料制成的第一本体5和第二本体6,两者通过中心轴7以转动的方式耦合在一起,其间***有垫圈8。
第一本体5与轴向输入接头9形成整体,该接头9的外部设置为穿孔尖端10的形式,其上具有可移除的保护盖罩11。输入接头9还与边缘换气通道12形成整体,该换气通道具有辅助过滤器13和可打开的闭合塞14。
第二本体6与输出接头15形成整体,可通过本体5和6之间的相对转动精细和逐渐地调节通过本体5上的流量通道的该输出接头与输入接头9的连通,其中一个流量通道作为一个整体由图2中的附图标记16指示。实现所述逐渐调节的特征是公知的,并且为了简洁起见在这里将不再详述。
为了控制调节,至少要提供一个分度尺17(或者一种表示较大或较小流速的不同的指示器),其被形成在本体6的***,和与本体5形成为整体的窗口指示器18协同作用。分度尺17可以按照申请号No.TO2005A00394的意大利专利申请中所描述和图示的方式形成,该申请在本申请的申请日时还未公布。
本体6还与环状边缘19形成整体,该环状边缘19由与本体5相对的部分伸出,并通过胶合或任何适当的等效的方式永久地固定在滴液腔1的入口2的外部。容纳在边缘19之内的输出接头15,以该方式突出在滴液腔的本体1之内。
图3所示的另外一种形式,与前述实施例的不同点仅仅在于,缺少了边缘换气通道及其相应的闭合塞,其中与参照图1和图2已经描述的部件相同或者相似的部件用同样的标记来表示。当滴液腔被用于装有医学流体的药袋时,该另一种形式是有用的,同时前述实施例则是设计使用装在瓶中的医学流体的。
一方面,滴液腔的本体1与精密调节器4的整合能够有利地减少和压缩与该滴液腔连接的医用导管的必要元件的数量,另一方面也可以明显地看出,责任人员通过所述导管能够更加方便和容易地操作对流量的调节。
当然,正如后继的权利要求书中限定的,相对于这里所描述和图示的内容,本发明的具体构造及其实施例还可以更广泛的变化,而不脱离本发明的范畴。
Claims (4)
1、一种用于医用导管的滴液腔,包含一般为圆柱形的本体(1),该本体(1)具有一个入口(2)和一个出口(3),其特征在于所述滴液腔与精密流量调节器(4)整合为一体。
2、根据权利要求1所述的滴液腔,其特征在于所述精密流量调节器(4)包含具有输入接头(9)的第一本体(5)和具有输出接头(15)的第二本体(6),两者以转动方式耦合在一起,其间***有垫圈(8),以逐渐打开所述输入接头(9)和输出接头(15)之间通过剂量通路(16)的连通,并且第二本体(6)具有与第一本体(5)上的指示器(18)进行协同操作的分度尺(17),同时一环状连接边缘(19)永久地固定在滴液腔本体(1)的入口端(2)。
3、根据权利要求2所述的滴液腔,其特征在于流量调节器(4)的第一本体(5)的所述输入接头(9)形成类似于穿孔尖端(10)。
4、根据权利要求3所述的滴液腔,其特征在于流量调节器(4)的第一本体(5)的所述输入接头(9)还装备有具有辅助过滤器(13)和可打开的闭合塞(14)的换气通道(12)。
