Abstract

本发明公开了一种内置视频网关的移动交换中心,包括:媒体网关和媒体网关控制器两部分,其中,所述媒体网关内置有用于实现第三代网络和固定通信网之间多媒体互通的视频网关单元。本发明还公开了利用上述移动交换中心实现3G网络和固定通信网多媒体互通的方法。应用本发明所述的移动交换中心及方法实现多媒体互通不需要增加额外的网络建设和运营维护成本,并且由于呼叫过程不存在迂回路由,可以有效地避免***资源浪费,提高多媒体业务的通信质量。

Description

内置视频网关的移动交换中心及实现多媒体互通的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及多媒体互通技术,特别涉及到一种内置视频网关(VIG)的移动交换中心(MSC),以及利用该移动交换中心在第三代(3G)网络和固定通信网之间实现多媒体互通的方法。
背景技术
随着3G网络商用的即将到来,移动多媒体业务作为3G网络的特色业务也开始受到人们的广泛关注。如果将移动网络的移动性、漫游性等特点结合到传统固定通信网的多媒体业务中,以两网多媒体资源为基础,发展综合多媒体业务,无疑会给用户带来更大的便利。
但是,固定通信网的多媒体业务主要由因特网协议(IP)承载,使用的网络协议包括:H.323协议、会话初始协议(SIP)、实时流协议(RTSP)。其中,H.323协议的应用最为广泛。而3G多媒体业务采用的网络协议为H.324M协议,因此,通常需要通过视频网关(VIG,Video Gateway)完成两网间控制信令及多媒体数据的互通,以实现所述综合多媒体业务。
图1显示了3G网络和固定通信网通过VIG实现两网互通的网络示意图。其中,3G网络包括归属位置寄存器(HLR)、由媒体网关控制器(MGC)和媒体网关(MG)构成的移动交换中心(MSC)以及无线网络子***(RNS),其中,在MGC和MG之间传递的消息将通过IP承载。
典型的固定通信网将包含媒体资源服务器(MRS,Multimedia ResourceServer)。在彩铃业务的应用中,MRS将作为多媒体彩铃平台使用。
如图1所示,通过在3G网络和固定通信网中设置VIG设备,可以实现3G网络和固定通信网的多媒体互通。其中,3G网络中的MG通过IP或时分复用的E1方式与VIG设备进行通信,VIG设备与固定通信网中的网元,例如MRS,通过IP方式进行通信。
在图1所示的网络中,当3G网络的MSC检测到由3G移动终端发起的呼叫为多媒体业务呼叫,且需要将本次呼叫接续到固定通信网时,MSC将本次呼叫接续到VIG设备,VIG在分别完成与固定通信网及3G移动终端的能力协商后,将呼叫接续到固定通信网,并在呼叫过程中完成H.324M协议到H.323协议,SIP或RTSP协议的转换,实现3G网络和固定通信网之间的多媒体互通。
上述这种方法虽然解决了3G网络和固定通信网之间多媒体互通的问题,可以实现两网综合多媒体业务,但是还存在以下问题:
1、上述实现3G网络和固定通信网互通的方法需要在两个网络之间设置VIG设备,因而造成投资和运营、维护成本较高;
2、对于一些特殊的业务例如多媒体彩铃业务来讲,当移动用户呼叫定制了彩铃业务的移动用户时,MSC需要首先将呼叫路由到VIG,再由VIG实现与多媒体彩铃平台的互通,从而为主叫用户播放彩铃,而当主、被叫用户接通后,虽然在呼叫过程已经不需要VIG了,但是VIG将作为呼叫的中继一直存在,因而,造成呼叫存在迂回路由,并且还会占用VIG的资源,造成资源浪费;
3、在上述过程中,VIG可以先与MRS进行能力协商,然后再与3 G移动终端进行能力协商,在这种情况下,如果两次协商结果不一致,VIG就需要重新与MRS进行能力协商,从而导致呼叫处理流程复杂;然而,若MRS不支持重新协商,则需要VIG首先完成与3G移动终端的能力协商,但是,这种情况通常会导致MSC的计费出现错误。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种内置视频网关的移动交换中心,由该移动交换中心完成3G网络和固定通信网的交互,实现两网之间多媒体业务互通。
本发明还提供了一种在3G网络和固定通信网之间实现多媒体互通的方法,可以避免呼叫过程中出现的迂回路由,同时节约***资源,提高多媒体业务的通信质量。
本发明所述内置视频网关的移动交换中心,包括:媒体网关和媒体网关控制器两部分;所述媒体网关内置有实现第三代网络和固定通信网之间多媒体互通视频网关单元,该视频网关单元将来自3G移动终端的H.324M多媒体数据流分解为H.245信令、音频流及视频流,将其中的H.245信令发送到媒体网关控制器,将其中的音频流和视频流发送到固定通信网;同时用于将来自媒体网关控制器的H.245信令以及来自固定通信网的音频流和视频流复用成为H.324M多媒体数据流发送到3G移动终端。
本发明所述视频网关单元包括:端点T1、音频端点Ra、视频端点Rb以及复用模块Mux;
其中,端点T1用于在3G移动终端和复用模块之间传递H.324M多媒体数据流;
复用模块Mux用于将来自端点T1的H.324M多媒体数据流分解为H.245信令、音频流及视频流,并将H.245信令发送到媒体网关控制器,将音频流和视频流分别发送到音频端点Ra和视频端点Rb,同时用于将来自音频端点Ra的音频流、来自视频端点Rb的视频流以及来自媒体网关控制器的H.245信令复用成为H.324M多媒体数据流,发送到端点T1;
音频端点Ra用于在复用模块Mux和固定通信网之间传递音频流;
视频端点Rb用于在复用模块Mux和固定通信网之间传递视频流。
本发明所述实现多媒体互通的方法,包括:
a、移动终端发起呼叫,内置有视频网关单元的始发移动交换中心检测到需要将本次呼叫接续到固定通信网多媒体业务网元后,令其内置的视频网关单元为本次呼叫分配复用模块、音频端点和视频端点;
b、所述始发移动交换中心分别与移动终端及固定通信网多媒体业务网元进行能力协商;
c、能力协商完成后,移动终端与所述固定通信网多媒体业务网元通过由始发移动交换中心内置的视频网关单元分配的复用模块、音频端点和视频端点进行多媒体通信。
本发明所述始发移动交换中心包括媒体网关和媒体网关控制器,其中所述媒体网关内置有所述视频网关单元;
步骤a所述为本次呼叫分配复用模块、音频端点和视频端点包括:
a1、媒体网关控制器通过标准的H.248消息向媒体网关中内置的视频网关单元请求为本次呼叫分配复用模块、音频端点和视频端点;
a2、媒体网关中内置的视频网关单元为本次呼叫分配复用模块、音频端点和视频端点,并通过响应消息返回所分配复用模块及音频端点、视频端点的会话描述协议属性到媒体网关控制器。
步骤b所述始发移动交换中心与移动终端进行能力协商包括:
b11、移动终端上报自身多媒体支持能力到媒体网关控制器,始发移动交换中心根据移动终端上报的能力以及自身的多媒体支持能力分配相应的资源,并向移动终端反馈自身的多媒体支持能力;
b12、移动终端和始发移动交换中心协商本次呼叫过程中音频流和视频流的复用规则以及相关的参数;
b13、移动终端和始发移动交换中心根据步骤b12所述音频流和视频流的复用规则为本次呼叫的音频流和视频流分配相应的逻辑信道。
步骤b11所述多媒体支持能力由H.245信令的终端能力集消息承载;
步骤b12所述音频流和视频流的复用规则由H.245信令的主从决定消息承载;
步骤b13所述分配逻辑信道通过H.245信令的打开逻辑信道消息来实现。
步骤b所述始发移动交换中心与移动终端进行能力协商包括:
移动终端将包含所述终端能力集消息、主从决定消息或打开逻辑信道消息的H.245信令复用在H.324M多媒体数据流中,发送到媒体网关的复用模块,所述复用模块从H.324M多媒体数据流中解复用出H.245信令,发送到媒体网关控制器;
媒体网关控制器通过将包含能力集消息、主从决定消息或打开逻辑信道消息的H.245信令发送到媒体网关的复用模块,所述复用模块将所接收的H.245信令复用在H.324M多媒体数据流中,发送到所述移动终端。
步骤b所述始发移动交换中心与固定通信网多媒体终端进行能力协商为:
b21、始发移动交换中心向固定通信网多媒体业务网元发送邀请消息,并在该消息中携带为本次呼叫分配的音频端点和视频端点的会话描述协议属性,通知所述固定通信网多媒体业务网元始发移动交换中心为本次呼叫分配的音频和视频资源;
b22、所述固定通信网多媒体业务网元获知始发移动交换中心为本次呼叫分配的音频、视频资源后,响应180和200消息,结束所述能力协商过程。
步骤c所述移动终端与所述固定通信网多媒体业务网元通过始发移动交换中心分配的复用模块、音频端点和视频端点进行多媒体通信包括:
始发移动交换中心的复用模块将来自移动终端的H.324M多媒体数据流解复用为H.245信令、音频流和视频流,将其中的音频流和视频流分别通过音频端点和视频端点发送到所述固定通信网多媒体业务网元;
始发移动交换中心的复用模块将通过音频端点和视频端局接收的,来自所述固定通信网多媒体业务网元的音频流和视频流,及自身产生的H.245信令复用成为H.324M多媒体数据流,发送到所述移动终端。
本发明所述固定通信网多媒体业务网元为:多媒体资源服务器、多媒体彩铃平台或固定通信网多媒体终端。
本发明所述的方法通过在移动交换中心内置视频网关功能,可以在3G网络和固定通信网之间实现两网多媒体业务的互通;并且与现有外置VIG设备的方法相比,由于视频网关功能是内置在MSC中的,因此,不需要增加额外的网络建设和运营维护成本,并且,对例如彩铃业务的特殊业务来讲,采用内置视频网关的MSC不存在迂回路由,从而可以大大的节约***资源,同时提高多媒体业务的通信质量。

具体实施方式
为了解决现有技术存在的问题,本发明的核心思想在于,在MSC内部内置VIG单元,实现VIG的功能,从而可以直接由MSC实现3G网络和固定通信网之间的多媒体互通。
为此,本发明提供了一种内置VIG的MSC,该MSC包括负责不同网络之间媒体格式适配转换的MG及实现所有控制功能的MGC两部分,其中,MG进一步包括用于实现3G网络和固定通信网之间多媒体互通的VIG单元。
该VIG单元的内部结构如图2所示,主要包括:端点T1、音频端点Ra、视频端点Rb以及复用模块Mux。其中,端点T1一方面用于接收来自3G移动终端的H.324M多媒体数据流,并将该H.324M多媒体数据流发送到复用模块Mux,另一方面用于将由复用模块Mux复用合成的H.324M多媒体数据流通过RNS发往3G移动终端;复用模块Mux一方面用于将来自端点T1的H.324M多媒体数据流分解为H.245信令、音频流及视频流,并将H.245信令发送到MGC,将音频流和视频流分别发送到音频端点Ra和视频端点Rb,另一方面用于将来自音频端点Ra的音频流、来自视频端点Rb的视频流以及来自MGC的H.245信令复用成为H.324M多媒体数据流,并发送到端点T1;音频端点Ra用于在复用模块Mux和固定通信网之间传递音频流;视频端点Rb用于在复用模块Mux和固定通信网之间传递视频流。
内置有上述VIG单元的MSC一方面可以将来自3G移动终端的H.324M多媒体数据流解复用为H.245信令、音频流及视频流,并将音频流和视频流发送到固定通信网,另一方面还可以将来自固定通信网的音频流和视频流复用成为H.324M多媒体数据流,发送到相应的3G移动终端,因而可以实现3G网络与固定通信网之间的多媒体互通。
并且,由于本发明所述MSC内置有VIG单元,可以在MSC的内部实现VIG功能,因此,与现有技术中外置VIG的方法相比,可以降低网络建设及运营和维护成本,并且对于例如多媒体彩铃等特殊业务来讲,其呼叫过程不存在迂回路由,因而也不会额外占用MSC的资源。
下面将通过具体实施例说明利用内置VIG功能的MSC实现3G网络和H.323网络多媒体互通的方法。图3显示了3G移动终端与固定通信网中MRS进行多媒体互通的具体流程,包括以下步骤:
A1:3G移动终端(MS)在发起呼叫时,发送SETUP(建立)消息到MSC的MGC;
A2:MGC根据接收到的SETUP消息检测出本次呼叫为多媒体呼叫,并分析出应当将呼叫接续到固定通信网络的MRS后,通过标准H.248协议的Add(Mux,Ra,Rb)消息(增加端点消息)向MG内置的VIG请求为本次多媒体呼叫分配复用模块Mux、音频端点Ra和视频端点Rb;
其中,Add(Mux,Ra,Rb)消息括号中的Mux、Ra和Rb为所述增加端点消息所携带的参数;
A3:MG通过标准H.248协议的Add-Ack(Mux,Ra,Rb)消息(增加端点响应消息)返回由所述内置VIG所分配复用模块Mux及音频端点Ra、视频端点Rb的会话描述协议(SDP)属性到MGC;
上述Add-Ack(Mux,Ra,Rb)消息通过括号中的Mux、Ra和Rb参数将MG为本次呼叫分配的复用模块Mux及音频端点Ra、视频端点Rb的SDP属性发送到MGC;
A4:MGC向MRS发送INVITE(邀请)消息,并在该消息中携带音频端点Ra和视频端点Rb的SDP属性,将自身为本次呼叫分配的资源告知MRS,与MRS进行能力协商;
A5~A7:MRS获知本次呼叫的资源分配情况后,响应180(振铃)和200(被叫应答)消息到MGC,MGC接下来发送Connect(连接)消息到MS,指示MS MRS已经应答,本次呼叫已经建立;
A8~A10:MS启动与MGC之间的H.324M能力协商处理流程,通过H.245信令中的TCS(终端能力集)消息,MSD(主从决定)消息以及OLC(打开逻辑信道)消息与MGC进行能力协商;
需要说明的是,在该步骤中,所述TCS、MSD及OLC消息均是复用在所述H.324M多媒体数据流中的H.245信令,由于本实施例中的MG内置了VIG功能,因此,MG为本次呼叫所分配的复用单元Mux可以从所述H.324M多媒体数据流中解复用出H.245信令消息,并将这些信令消息发送给MGC,完成所述能力协商过程;
所述能力协商过程具体包括:
首先,MS通过H.245信令消息中的TCS消息上报移动终端自身音频和视频支持的能力,MGC根据MS上报的能力以及自身支持的能力分配相应的资源,再通过H.245信令消息中的TCS消息向移动终端反馈该MGC本身的音频和视频支持能力;
然后,MS和MGC再通过H.245信令消息中的MSD消息协商H.324M多媒体数据流中音频流和视频流的复用规则及其他相关的参数,例如所采用的编解码方式等;所述复用规则即是H.324M多媒体数据流中哪几个逻辑信道承载的是音频流,哪几个逻辑信道承载的是视频流;
最后,MS和MGC通过H.245信令消息中的OLC消息,为本次呼叫分配相应的逻辑信道;
在该步骤中,如果本次能力协商的结果和MGC与MRS的能力协商结果一致,则直接进行多媒体通话过程,而如果协商结果不一致,则需要通过在MG的复用模块Mux、音频端点Ra和视频端点Rb之间***相应的编解码转换资源TC,完成流媒体编码的转换,来实现MS与MRS之间多媒体支持能力的适配;
在上述A4~A10所述的能力协商过程中,MGC也可以首先与MS进行能力协商,再根据协商结果与MRS进行能力协商,而不会超出本发明意欲保护的范围,在这种情况下,不会出现协商结果不一致的情况;
A11:在能力协商完成后,MS与MRS进行多媒体通话过程;
在进行多媒体通话前,MGC已经根据协商过程中传递的MSD消息获知所述H.324M多媒体数据流中音频流和视频流的复用规则,这样,在多媒体通话过程中,配置MG中的复用模块Mux根据所述复用规则将来自MS的H.324M多媒体数据流分解成音频流和视频流,并通过MG中分配的音频端点Ra和视频端点Rb发送到MRS,或将来自MRS、通过音频端点Ra及视频端点Rb接收的音频流和视频流复用成为H.324M多媒体数据流,发送到MS,从而实现MS和MRS之间的多媒体互通;
A12~A15:当本次通话结束时,MS通过CLC(关闭逻辑信道)消息请求MGC关闭本次多媒体通信建立的逻辑信道,然后发送REL(释放)消息到MGC进行正常的呼叫关闭流程;MGC和MRS通过BYE(再见)消息及响应消息200结束本次多媒体呼叫。
在上述步骤中,CLC消息也是复用在所述H.324M多媒体数据流中的H.245信令,因此,也需要MG中的复用单元Mux对所述H.324M多媒体数据流进行解复用,才能得到所述CLC消息。
由于本实施例所述的方法在MG的内部实现了VIG的功能,因此,MSC不需要与外置的VIG进行交互就可以实现与固定通信网之间的多媒体互通,大大的节约了网络的建设和运营维护成本;另外,由于MG可以在复用模块Mux、音频端点Ra和视频端点Rb之间***相应的TC,进行编码变换,因此,在MSC与MRS和与MS的能力协商不一致的情况下仍能实现多媒体互通,而不需要重新协商过程,大大的简化了MGC的处理流程,同时也可以避免现有方法中出现的MSC计费错误的问题。
上述实施例仅是以3G移动终端与固定通信网MRS进行多媒体互通的方法,应用上述方法MS还可以与固定通信网中可以进行能力协商的固定通信网多媒体业务网元直接进行多媒体互通。例如,所述固定通信网多媒体业务网元可以是H.323或其他固定通信网络的多媒体终端。
下面再通过具体实施例说明利用内置VIG功能的MSC实现多媒体彩铃业务的方法,在本实施例中,移动终端将与作为固定通信网多媒体业务网元的多媒体彩铃平台(MRBT)进行多媒体互通过程,如图4所示:
B1:当始发移动终端(MO)发起多媒体呼叫时,MO向始发MSC(O_MSC)发送SETUP消息;
所述MO为呼叫的始发端,可以是发起呼叫的3G移动终端;
B2:O_MSC获知被叫用户也为移动用户后,向HLR索取被叫用户的漫游号码;
在本步骤中,O_MSC将通过SRI(发送路由信息)消息向HLR请求被叫用户的漫游号码,HLR通过PRN(提供漫游号码)和PRN响应的交互过程得到被叫用户的漫游号码,再通过SRI响应将被叫用户的漫游号码发送到O_MSC;
B3:O_MSC在索取被叫用户漫游号码的过程中获知被叫用户签约了多媒体彩铃业务后,为本次呼叫分配复用模块Mux,音频端点Ra和视频端点Rb;
在该步骤中,O_MSC也分成MGC和MG两部分,且所述分配复用模块Mux,音频端点Ra和视频端点Rb的方法与步骤A2~A3所述的方法相同,即O_MSC的MGC通过Add(Mux,Ra,Rb)消息向MG内置的VIG请求为本次多媒体呼叫分配复用模块Mux、音频端点Ra和视频端点Rb,MG通过Add-Ack(Mux,Ra,Rb)消息返回由内置VIG所分配复用模块Mux及音频端点Ra、视频端点Rb的SDP属性;
B4~B6:O_MSC根据被叫用户的漫游号码将呼叫接续到被叫移动终端(MT),并在MT振铃并返回ACM(地址全)消息后,分别与MO和MRBT进行能力协商;
所述O_MSC与MO及与MRBT进行的能力协商过程可以通过以下两种方式来实现:
第一种:首先与MO进行能力协商,再与MRBT进行能力协商;
第二种:首先与MRBT进行能力协商,再与MO进行能力协商;
其中,O_MSC与MO进行能力协商的方法与步骤A7~A10所述的能力协商方法相同;O_MSC与MRBT进行能力协商的方法与步骤A4~A6所述的能力协商方法相同;
在MO与O_MSC的能力协商过程中,MO通过H.245信令消息中的TCS消息上报移动终端支持能力,O_MSC也通过H.245信令消息中的TCS消息通知移动终端O_MSC本身的音频和视频支持能力;MO和O_MSC通过H.245信令消息中的MSD消息协商H.324M多媒体数据流中音频流和视频流的复用规则;
B7:MRBT为MO播放多媒体彩铃;
在该步骤中,MRBT通过O_MSC为本次呼叫分配的复用模块Mux、音频端点Ra和视频端点Rb为MO播放多媒体彩铃,即O_MSC的复用模块Mux将来自MRBT的音频流和视频流复用成为H.324M多媒体数据流,再发送到所述MO。此时,MO就可以看到多媒体彩铃业务所提供的多媒体视频图像,听到多媒体音频声音;
B8~B11:当MT应答时,O_MSC拆除O_MSC到MRBT的连接;
在本步骤中,当MT应答时,MT将发送Connect消息到T MSC,T_MSC发送ANM(应答)消息到O MSC,通知O_MSC被叫用户已经应答,此时,O_MSC和MRBT通过BYE(再见)及响应消息200,拆除O_MSC到MRBT的连接;
B12:O_MSC与MT进行能力协商,如果本次能力协商结果和O_MSC与MO的能力协商结果一致,则删除O_MSC在步骤B3建立的复用模块Mux、音频端点Ra和视频端点Rb,否则,在复用模块Mux、音频端点Ra和视频端点Rb之间***相应的TC,进行编码转换;
在该步骤中,O_MSC与MT进行能力协商过程与步骤A7~A10所述的能力协商过程相同,与MT进行能力协商的目的是,获知MT的音频、和视频支持能力,便于媒体网关完成MO与MT之间的流媒体转换;
在O_MSC与MT的能力协商结果与MO一致的情况下,由于不需要复用模块Mux、音频端点Ra和视频端点Rb进行编码转换,因此,为了节省资源,避免通信质量受到损伤,应当删除O_MSC在步骤B3建立的复用模块Mux、音频端点Ra和视频端点Rb;
B13~B15:MO与MT进行通话,在通话结束后,O_MSC发送REL(释放)消息到T_MSC,T_MSC发送RLC(释放完成)消息到O_MSC,释放本次多媒体通话建立的链路。
从上述过程可以看出,本实施例所述的方法通过在MG内部实现了VIG的功能,可以实现3G网络与固定通信网之间的多媒体互通。另外,由于视频网关内置于MSC,在O_MSC与MT及MO的能力协商结果一致的情况下,不需要复用模块Mux、音频端点Ra和视频端点Rb进行编码转换,使得呼叫过程不存在迂回路由,从而有效地避免了资源的浪费,同时由于不存在迂回路由还可以提高移动终端之间多媒体业务的通信质量。

Claims (10)

1、一种内置视频网关的移动交换中心,包括:媒体网关和媒体网关控制器两部分,其特征在于,所述媒体网关内置有实现第三代网络和固定通信网之间多媒体互通的视频网关单元,该视频网关单元将来自3G移动终端的H.324M多媒体数据流分解为H.245信令、音频流及视频流,并将其中的H.245信令发送到媒体网关控制器,将其中的音频流和视频流发送到所述固定通信网;同时将来自媒体网关控制器的H.245信令以及来自固定通信网的音频流和视频流复用成为H.324M多媒体数据流发送到3G移动终端。
2、如权利要求1所述的移动交换中心,其特征在于,所述视频网关单元包括:端点T1、音频端点Ra、视频端点Rb以及复用模块Mux;
其中,端点T1用于在3G移动终端和复用模块之间传递H.324M多媒体数据流;
复用模块Mux用于将来自端点T1的H.324M多媒体数据流分解为H.245信令、音频流及视频流,并将H.245信令发送到媒体网关控制器,将音频流和视频流分别发送到音频端点Ra和视频端点Rb,同时用于将来自音频端点Ra的音频流、来自视频端点Rb的视频流以及来自媒体网关控制器的H.245信令复用成为H.324M多媒体数据流,发送到端点T1;
音频端点Ra用于在复用模块Mux和固定通信网之间传递音频流;
视频端点Rb用于在复用模块Mux和固定通信网之间传递视频流。
3、一种实现多媒体互通的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
a、移动终端发起呼叫,内置有视频网关单元的始发移动交换中心检测到需要将本次呼叫接续到固定通信网多媒体业务网元后,令其内置的视频网关单元为本次呼叫分配复用模块、音频端点和视频端点;
b、所述始发移动交换中心分别与移动终端及固定通信网多媒体业务网元进行能力协商;
c、能力协商完成后,移动终端与所述固定通信网多媒体业务网元通过由所述始发移动交换中心内置的视频网关单元分配的复用模块、音频端点和视频端点进行多媒体通信。
4、如权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述始发移动交换中心包括媒体网关和媒体网关控制器,其中所述媒体网关内置有视频网关单元;
步骤a所述为本次呼叫分配复用模块、音频端点和视频端点包括:
a1、媒体网关控制器通过标准的H.248消息向媒体网关中内置的视频网关单元请求为本次呼叫分配复用模块、音频端点和视频端点;
a2、媒体网关中内置的视频网关单元为本次呼叫分配复用模块、音频端点和视频端点,并通过响应消息返回所分配复用模块及音频端点、视频端点的会话描述协议属性到媒体网关控制器。
5、如权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,步骤b所述始发移动交换中心与移动终端进行能力协商包括:
b11、移动终端上报自身多媒体支持能力到媒体网关控制器,始发移动交换中心根据移动终端上报的能力以及自身的多媒体支持能力分配相应的资源,并向移动终端反馈自身的多媒体支持能力;
b12、移动终端和始发移动交换中心协商本次呼叫过程中音频流和视频流的复用规则以及相关的参数;
b13、移动终端和始发移动交换中心根据步骤b 12所述音频流和视频流的复用规则为本次呼叫的音频流和视频流分配相应的逻辑信道。
6、如权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,
步骤b11所述多媒体支持能力由H.245信令的终端能力集消息承载;
步骤b12所述音频流和视频流的复用规则由H.245信令的主从决定消息承载;
步骤b13所述分配逻辑信道通过H.245信令打开逻辑信道消息来实现。
7、如权利要求3或6所述的方法,其特征在于,步骤b所述始发移动交换中心与移动终端进行能力协商包括:
移动终端将包含所述终端能力集消息、主从决定消息或打开逻辑信道消息的H.245信令复用在H.324M多媒体数据流中,发送到媒体网关的复用模块,所述复用模块从H.324M多媒体数据流中解复用出H.245信令,发送到媒体网关控制器;
媒体网关控制器通过将包含能力集消息、主从决定消息或打开逻辑信道消息的H.245信令发送到媒体网关的复用模块,所述复用模块将所接收的H.245信令复用在H.324M多媒体数据流中,发送到所述移动终端。
8、如权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,步骤b所述始发移动交换中心与所述固定通信网多媒体终端进行能力协商为:
b21、始发移动交换中心向固定通信网多媒体业务网元发送邀请消息,并在该消息中携带为本次呼叫分配的音频端点和视频端点的会话描述协议属性,通知所述固定通信网多媒体业务网元始发移动交换中心为本次呼叫分配的音频和视频资源;
b22、所述固定通信网多媒体业务网元获知始发移动交换中心为本次呼叫分配的音频、视频资源后,响应180和200消息,结束所述能力协商过程。
9、如权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,步骤c所述移动终端与所述固定通信网多媒体业务网元通过始发移动交换中心分配的复用模块、音频端点和视频端点进行多媒体通信包括:
始发移动交换中心的复用模块将来自移动终端的H.324M多媒体数据流解复用为H.245信令、音频流和视频流,将其中的音频流和视频流分别通过音频端点和视频端点发送到所述固定通信网多媒体业务网元;
始发移动交换中心的复用模块将通过音频端点和视频端局接收的,来自所述固定通信网多媒体业务网元的音频流和视频流,及自身产生的H.245信令复用成为H.324M多媒体数据流,发送到所述移动终端。
10、如权利要求3、8或9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述固定通信网多媒体业务网元为:多媒体资源服务器、多媒体彩铃平台或固定通信网多媒体终端。
