Abstract

本发明涉及一种生态长效重防腐涂料技术。该发明通过采用独创的无溶剂改性环氧技术,选用亲水高性能重防腐环氧树脂和经过特殊改性的颜料和填料,加入专有助剂,制造出能在水下、在100%潮湿钢结构和混凝土表面带锈涂装的长效重防腐涂料,满足恶劣腐蚀环境下长效重防腐的需要,解决传统防腐涂料不能解决的技术难题。

Description

重防腐涂料
本发明涉及一种长效重防腐环保涂料,特别是一种能在水下、在100%潮湿混凝土表面和钢结构表面带锈涂装的长效重防腐涂料。
目前,传统的防腐涂料,如环氧树脂系列存在着易脆的致命缺陷,酚醛树脂系列涂料中的羟基易和介质中的碱起反应发生作用,氯磺化聚烯涂料附着力不够、易起层、脱落,呋喃类等涂料普遍存在着固体含量低,溶剂含量高,成膜薄,附着力低,表面处理要求严格,施工工艺复杂,有露点限制、环境污染严重以及防腐寿命短等缺点,尤其是对金属表面要进行严格的喷砂除锈达到Sa2.5级,同时要求被涂装表面干燥,工序繁复而费用昂贵。而且根本不能在水下涂刷、水下固化。
本发明的目的就是要克服以往涂料不环保,表面处理要求高,附着力不强等缺陷.研制了一种能在水下、100%潮湿混凝土表面和潮湿钢结构表面带锈涂装的长效重防腐环保涂料。现在本发明不但能对本体做到低表面处理,而且还有很高的(17PMa/cm2)附着力。
本发明的技术方案:其特征在于不添加溶剂由下列成分按下列重量百分比组成:
无溶剂(无毒)改性树脂+填料+助剂
改性无苯环氧树脂            42-45
T31型阴阳离子交换脂         8-10
2500目JS滑石粉              9-11
2000目UV石英粉              13-15
GE钛白粉                    5-7
SPA-1消泡剂                 2-3.5
附着力促进剂                4-6
VG表面控制助剂              2.5-4
成膜抗藻剂                  2-3.5
醋酸丁酸纤维素              1.5-2.3

本发明的优越性在于无溶剂,充分利用阴阳离子交换脂,具有疏水功能,解决了以往涂料不环保,附着力不强等缺陷.现在本发明不但能快速在水下固化,而且还有很高的(17PMa/cm2)附着力。

其中改性无苯环氧树脂加T31型阴阳离子交换脂占51.8%,填料占30.1%,助剂占18.1%,颜料为氧化物颜料或钛白粉,以上原料均为国外进口,各自按比例混合、反应、搅拌、不添加溶剂就能得到重防腐环保涂料。
经过检测,资料如下:
涂膜外观:自流平好、色泽均匀;固体含量100%(无溶剂);干燥时间:表干5小时、实干10小时;黏度KU148;柔韧性1MM;抗冲击强度50KG。CM;附着力17PMa/cm2;分别耐盐水性(6%NACL溶液)、耐盐雾试验、耐碱性(10%NAOH溶液)、耐酸性(0.3HCL溶液),5000小时无变化。经检测,可以涂刷饮用水箱,属无毒型涂料。
