Abstract

本发明提供一直下式背光模组,其包括一反射板、一扩散板、多个灯管及一散光装置,该扩散板设置在该反射板上,并与该反射板之间形成一容室,该灯管位于该容室内,该散光装置设置在该灯管与该扩散板之间。该散光装置可为一透镜模组,该透镜模组包括多个凹透镜,每一凹透镜对应一灯管。该散光装置也可为一具有多种折射率的导光板,该导光板的折射率由中间向两侧逐渐变大。该散光装置还可为一棱镜片。

直下式背光模组
【技术领域】
本发明关于一种直下式背光模组。
【背景技术】
近年来,随着液晶显示器的彩色化及大型化,其应用领域更为广泛,如笔记本式计算机、各种台式计算机、液晶电视等。
因液晶显示面板本身不能发光,其是一种被动元件,需利用一光源***,如背光模组(Backlight Module),为其提供一面光源,从而显示屏幕画面。
一种现有技术直下式背光模组如图1所示,该直下式背光模组10包括一扩散板11及一反射板12,该反射板12与该扩散板11之间形成一容室13,多个灯管14设置在该容室13中。该灯管14为冷阴极荧光灯管(CCFL),其发出的光经该扩散板11发散后射至液晶面板(图未示)上。图中箭头所示为光线路径。
因冷阴极荧光灯管的光线为各向异性,且当灯管14数量较少时,由于反射板12的高反射作用,当背光模组10点亮时,灯管14会在位于其上方的扩散板11上正对灯管14位置处亮度较大,其他位置亮度较小,从而映出显示亮带,使得液晶面板的显示亮度不均,造成显示缺陷,图2所示为显示亮带示意图,图中虚线所示为位于扩散板11下方的灯管,显示亮带15为图中实线所示区域。
为消除这种现象,使光线射至较大的面积,则需加大该灯管14与该扩散板11之间的距离,这就使得该直下式背光模组10的体积较大,无法满足薄型要求。
有鉴于此,提供一种薄型、消除亮带的直下式背光模组实为必需。
【发明内容】
以下,将以若干实施例说明一种薄型、可消除显示缺陷的直下式背光模组。
为实现上述内容,提供一直下式背光模组,其包括一反射板、一扩散板、多个灯管及一散光装置,该扩散板设置在该反射板上,并与该反射板之间形成一容室,该灯管位于该容室内,该散光装置设置在该灯管与该扩散板之间。
该散光装置为一透镜模组,该透镜模组包括多个凹透镜,每一凹透镜对应一灯管。
该散光装置为一具有多种折射率的导光板。该导光板的折射率由中间向两侧逐渐变大。
该散光装置为一棱镜片。
与现有技术相比,以下实施例所提供的直下式背光模组的优点在于:使用散光装置可缩短灯管与扩散板的间距,有利于薄型化。散光装置可增加每一灯管发出的光的扩散幅度,避免灯管附近亮度过高,远离灯管处亮度过低现象,消除灯管亮带造成的显示缺陷。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图3,是本发明第一实施例直下式背光模组结构示意图。该直下式背光模组100包括一扩散板110、一反射板120、多个灯管130及一散光装置140。该扩散板110设置在该反射板120上,并与该反射板120之间形成一容室150,该灯管130位于该容室150内,为冷阴极荧光灯管、发光二极管等。
该散光装置140位于该灯管130与该扩散板110之间,其为一透镜模组,包括多个凹透镜141,且每一凹透镜141分别对应一灯管130,因凹透镜141具有散光作用,每一灯管130发出的光经凹透镜141折射后扩散幅度增大,如此可增加光射至扩散板110的面积。该凹透镜141与灯管130长度相当,其俯视形状可为柱状、羽毛状、椭圆状、哑铃状、波纹状等,请一并参阅图4至图8为透镜模组的凹透镜的俯视形状示意图,其中图4是俯视为柱状的凹透镜示图,图5是俯视为羽毛状的凹透镜示意图,图6是俯视为椭圆状的凹透镜示意图,图7是俯视为哑铃状的凹透镜的示意图,图8是俯视为波纹状的凹透镜示意图。
图9是本发明第一实施例的光路原理示意图。与图2相比,因为该透镜模组140可增加每一灯管130发出的光的扩散幅度,这可避免在扩散板110上,正对灯管130处亮度过高,其他位置亮度过低现象,消除灯管亮带造成的显示缺陷。并且,该透镜模组的运用使得光线扩散幅度更宽,较短的灯管130与扩散板110间距即可满足显示要求,有利于该直下式背光模组100的薄型化。
图10是本发明第二实施例直下式背光模组的结构示意图。其中该散光装置240为一变折射率的导光板,即该导光板具有多个折射率,且其折射率随区域的不同而不同,由中间区域向两侧逐渐变大。
由斯涅尔定律,n1·sinA1=n2·sinA2,该式中n代表物质的折射率,A代表光线与法线的夹角,1、2分别代表不同折射率的物质;也就是说,光会随着不同折射率的物质而改变其行进方向。如图10所示,该散光装置240,即该导光板,可分成多个不同折射率的区域,控制各区域的折射率与宽度可达到出光均匀。由于扩散板210在灯管230正上方的亮度最大,故在中间的区域折射率最小,以避免产生全反射而造成聚光效果,然后折射率向两侧逐渐变大且同时调整各区域的宽度,如此可使出光均匀度达到最佳。图中箭头所示为光路示意图。
图11是本发明第三实施例直下式背光模组的结构示意图。其中,散光装置340为一棱镜片,以使光向外扩散,该棱镜片包括一第一表面341及一第二表面342,该棱镜片具有棱镜结构343,其可位于第一表面341、第二表面342或者在第一表面341与第二表面342都有。当棱镜结构343在第二表面342时,可将光扩散,而当棱镜结构343在第一表面341时,可将光集中而导引至扩散板310。通过该散光装置340,可提高出光均匀性,消除显示亮带且扩大光扩散幅度从而达到薄形化。
虽然结合以上较佳实施例揭露了本发明,然而其并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本领域技术的人员在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,可做的一些更动或润饰,均包含于本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (10)

1.一种直下式背光模组,其包括一反射板、一扩散板、多个灯管与一散光装置,该扩散板设置在该反射板上,并与该反射板之间形成一容室,该灯管位于该容室内,该散光装置设置在该灯管与该扩散板之间。
2.如权利要求1所述的直下式背光模组,其特征在于:该散光装置为一透镜模组。
3.如权利要求2所述的直下式背光模组,其特征在于:该透镜模组包括多个凹透镜,每一凹透镜对应一灯管。
4.如权利要求3所述的直下式背光模组,其特征在于:该凹透镜与灯管长度相当。
5.如权利要求3所述的直下式背光模组,其特征在于:该凹透镜的俯视形状可为柱状、羽毛状、椭圆状、哑铃状或波纹状。
6.如权利要求1所述的直下式背光模组,其特征在于:该散光装置为一具有多种折射率的导光板。
7.如权利要求6所述的直下式背光模组,其特征在于:该导光板的折射率由中间向两侧逐渐变大。
8.如权利要求1所述的直下式背光模组,其特征在于:该散光装置为一棱镜片。
9.如权利要求8所述的直下式背光模组,其特征在于:该棱镜片的棱镜结构位于其第一表面、第二表面或第一表面与第二表面均有。
10.如权利要求1所述的直下式背光模组,其特征在于:该灯管为冷阴极荧光灯管或发光二极管。
