Description

在洗涤液箱中具有改进的氧化装置的烟道气体纯化设备
本发明涉及烟道气体纯化设备,尤其用于纯化煤发电站等的烟道气体。
纯化设备已是公知的。一般而言,它们包括具有通常在若干水平面排列的洗涤液管嘴的洗涤塔,收集洗涤液的洗涤液箱,以及从洗涤液箱向洗涤液管嘴上平面延伸进洗涤塔圆柱状容器内部的吸附区。烟道气体导入洗涤塔吸附区的下部分,基本上垂直向上从那儿流过,并且通过位于洗涤液管嘴上方的出口离开洗涤塔。在通过洗涤塔的途中,烟道气体与自洗涤液管嘴出现的洗涤液接触,并被脱硫,这将在下文描述。这样的纯化设备例如从DE-A-100 58 548中是公知的。
除了水,洗涤液优选含有碱土金属,其与烟道气体中存在的二氧化硫和洗涤塔中生成的二氧化硫反应。特别使用氧化钙,氢氧化钙,碳酸钙等形式的石灰。
碱土金属与烟道气体中存在的二氧化硫反应,实际上生成结合在洗涤液中的硫酸钙。以此方式,烟道气体纯化自不需要的二氧化硫,并且其后流出纯化设备。然而,硫酸钙颗粒在洗涤液中保持浮动,含有硫酸钙颗粒的洗涤液流进洗涤液箱,并在那儿收集。
硫酸钙与天然石膏具有相似的优良属性。因此,它是烟道气体纯化方法的理想副产物,获自收集在洗涤液箱中的洗涤液。硫酸钙颗粒与洗涤液一起从洗涤液箱中移出,然后在后续工艺中从洗涤液中析出。硫酸钙可被进一步加工成材料,尤其是建筑材料。
获得硫酸钙的问题在于,洗涤液与烟道气体的反应不仅生成硫酸钙,而且生成不需要的副产物,例如,亚硫酸盐,尤其是亚硫酸钙,这使得硫酸钙不纯,从而损害了副产物的质量。
为了减少这些不需要的亚硫酸盐在洗涤液箱的洗涤液中的比例,USA-4 539 184提出,向洗涤液箱的至少一个区中以空气等形式导入氧气,目的是使其中的亚硫酸钙氧化成硫酸钙。
CA-A-2 135 430也描述了一种包含氧化装置的烟道气体纯化设备,其提供在洗涤液箱中,并具有形式为水平排列的格栅,由具有相应开孔的氧气供应管道组成,经由所述开孔,氧气可被导入收集在所述洗涤液箱中的洗涤液。水平格栅定位于所述洗涤液箱中,以便该箱划分成两个区。
本发明的目的是改进洗涤液箱中的氧化工艺。
根据本发明,该目的的实现是采用权利要求1的烟道气体纯化设备和权利要求7的烟道气体纯化方法。
实际上,可用的板式通风装置生成大量的非常小的气泡(直径<1mm)。小气泡的优点在于,它们在洗涤液箱中比大气泡具有更长的停留时间,由此氧气导入洗涤液得以改进。气泡数的增加扩大了氧气气泡与洗涤液之间的接触面,从而在该接触面通过扩散和/或溶解增加氧气交换。较长的停留时间最终增加气泡的途径和接触时间。
因此,离开板式通风装置的各个氧气气泡中所含的氧气可以最适途径被传递至洗涤液。相应地,氧气导入的效率和氧化的效率也得以优化。
优选地,板式通风装置实际上是圆盘型的,平行六面体甚至更好。与圆盘型相比,平行六面体的几何形状优点在于,自平行六面体板式通风装置出现的氧气气泡,几乎不形成气泡柱,而是采取垂直向上的方向,没有任何清晰的聚结倾向。这样,实现了高的接触表面交换和相应的氧化优化。
根据本发明的实施方案,板式通风装置含有带孔的膜,其以可替换方式安装在该装置上,并且通过膜氧气气泡逃脱。孔优选含有狭槽,例如可通过激光产生。EPDM膜已证明尤其是有利的。
烟道气体纯化设备的氧化装置可包括一个或多个板式通风装置。如果设有若干个板式通风装置,它们优选以环形或径向方式排列在洗涤液箱中。在此,板式通风装置可直接固定于相应的氧气供应管道处。单个氧气供应管道的连接和最终形成基本上依赖于容器形式,氧气需要以及氧气应被导入其中的洗涤液的体积。当然,原则上可想象任何排列形式的板式通风装置。
最后,本发明涉及相应的烟道气体纯化方法,其中洗涤液箱中发生的氧化工艺的氧气供应通过至少一个板式通风装置而实现。

Claims (9)

1.包括容器的烟道气体纯化设备,所述容器的洗涤液箱含有导入氧气用的氧化装置,其中至少一个板式通风装置为导入氧气而设。
2.权利要求1的烟道气体纯化设备,其中板式通风装置实际上是圆盘型的。
3.权利要求1的烟道气体纯化设备,其中板式通风装置实际上是平行六面体的。
4.前述权利要求任一项的烟道气体纯化设备,其中板式通风装置具有带孔的膜。
5.权利要求4的烟道气体纯化设备,其中膜以可替换方式安装在板式通风装置上。
6.权利要求3的烟道气体纯化设备,其中膜孔包括狭槽。
7.权利要求3或4的烟道气体纯化设备,其中膜为EPDM膜。
8.前述权利要求任一项的烟道气体纯化设备,其中若干个板式通风装置以环形或径向方式排列在容器中。
9.烟道气体纯化的方法,其中为了洗涤液箱中发生的氧化工艺,至少一个板式通风装置用于导入氧气。
