Description

框架一体化的后悬架***
技术领域
本发明总体上涉及机动车辆的车轮悬架***。更具体地,本发明涉及一种后轮独立式悬架***。
背景技术
车辆的悬架***将车轴与车身连接起来。悬架***控制轮胎相对于车身的位置。另外,悬架***防止车轴将来自路面的震动或者撞击直接传递到车身,因而,提供平稳的驾乘。通常,悬架***制造成挠性的,以吸收来自行驶路面的撞击并且限制从轮胎传递到车身的力。
悬架***总体上根据其性能特征和结构分类。例如,许多车辆制造成带有独立式后悬架***,在独立式后悬架***中每个后轮可以对行驶状况作出反应而不会将其运动和力传递给车身或其它后轮。这种独立式悬架改善了车辆的操纵和行驶性能。
通常,独立悬架***设计成在不足转向状态(understeering condition)的过程中呈现动态操纵响应。优选的悬架设计在沿直线行驶时将呈现车轮位置的微小变化,而在拐弯过程中显示高横向反作用力。这样的悬架性能通常由一个下述悬架***实现:该悬架***具有高侧倾中心,并且能够改变外倾角(camber angle)以对拐弯运动过程中的车身侧倾进行补偿。此外,拐弯运动中产生的横向力通常产生与车身在拐弯过程中的不足转向相等的内倾性能。
不仅期望悬架***具有以上所概括的性能特征,还期望悬架***具有较小数量的部件,从而降低机动车辆悬架***的总成本。因此,本领域需要一种下述的悬架***:该悬架***提供通过横向力的显著内倾,和高侧倾中心以及与典型的悬架***相比数目减少的部件;从而,降低悬架***的总成本。
发明内容
一种一体化的后悬架组件,其能够牢固地安装到机动车辆的传动箱、后轮支架以及车架纵梁上。所述一体化的后悬架组件包括多个具有第一端和第二端的拖臂。各所述第一端安装到所述车架纵梁之一,而各所述第二端安装到各所述后轮支架。多个控制臂各自可枢转地安装到所述多个拖臂上,用于对所述多个拖臂进行控制。一个具有相对端部的复式联接构件安装到各所述多个拖臂上。所述一体化后悬架组件还包括一个牢固地安装到各个车架纵梁上的传动器横梁。传动器横梁包括用于连接和安装传动箱以及各所述多个控制臂的紧固件,从而在将所述一体化的悬架组件安装到车架纵梁上之前,传动横向构架有助于一体化的后悬架组件以及传动箱的装配。

具体实施方式
参见图1,图中示出一个大体以附图标记5指示的后轮悬架***,该后轮悬架***5包括一对间隔开的车架纵梁10、一对拖臂15,以及一个传动器横梁20。一对上控制臂25在一端26处连接到传动器横梁20,在第二端27处连接到拖臂15。一复式联接构件30在其相对的端部31、32处连接到所述一对拖臂15。复式联接构件30包括一个与其联系的钟形曲柄35。瓦特杆系40包括相对的连杆41、42,连杆41、42在一端43连接到车架纵梁10而在另一端44连接到钟形曲柄35。一个后横向构件47牢固地固定到车架纵梁10上。后横向构件47的低轮廓导致负载底板下降(未示出)。
如图2中所示,所述一对间隔开的车架纵梁10通过沿车架纵梁10的长度分布的各横向构件彼此连接起来,具体地,传动器横梁20对传动箱21提供支撑,并且对由车架纵梁10形成的车辆底架提供结构刚度。传动器横梁20包括紧固件——如图1中所示的螺栓23,用于将传动箱21固定于其上。传动器横梁20包括用于将控制臂25固定于其上的紧固件。如图1中最佳示出,传动器横梁20优选地利用连接到车架纵梁10上的托架22而联接到车架纵梁10。
所述一对拖臂15包括内构件16和外构件17。内构件16套在外构件17之内。内构件16和外构件17均沿拖臂15的长度延伸。各所述拖臂15连接到各个所述间隔开的车架纵梁10上。拖臂15的第一端18利用托架9固定到拖臂15上。第二端连接到车轮支架45上。
如图2和图3中所最佳示出的,来自传动箱21的半轴杆50穿过在拖臂15中形成的开口8而联接到车轮支架45。半轴杆50将旋转运动从一与传动箱21接合的轴杆(未示出)传递到车轮支架45。
参照图3,所述一对上控制臂25在控制臂25的第一端26处连接到传动器横梁20(如图1中最佳示出),并且在上控制臂25的第二端27处连接到拖臂15。上控制臂25对悬架***5提供结构强度,并且对与连接到车轮支架45上的拖臂15相关的力进行控制并减轻该力。

在本发明的优选实施例中,悬架***5进一步包括一对卷绕式减震器75,所述卷绕式减震器75通过适当托架80连接到复式联接构件30,如图2和图3中最佳所见。卷绕式减震器75在其另一端连接到间隔开的车架纵梁10,以调节拖臂15和复式联接构件30相对于车架纵梁10的运动。

Claims (3)

1.一种一体化的后悬架组件,其能够牢固地安装到机动车辆的传动箱、后轮支架、以及车架纵梁上,所述一体化的后悬架组件包括:
多个具有第一端和第二端的拖臂,各所述第一端安装到所述车架纵梁之一上,而各所述第二端安装到各所述后轮支架上;
多个控制臂,其可枢转地安装到各所述多个拖臂上,用于对所述多个拖臂进行控制;
一个复式联接构件,其相对的端部连接到各所述多个拖臂上;以及
一个传动器横梁,其牢固地安装到各所述车架纵梁上,所述传动器横梁包括紧固件,从而连接和安装传动箱以及各所述多个控制臂,使得在所述一体化的悬架组件安装到车架纵梁上之前,所述传动横向构架有助于所述一体化后悬架组件以及传动箱的装配。
2.如权利要求1所述的一体化的后悬架***,其中所述传动器横梁包括用于安装传动箱的紧固件。
3.如权利要求2所述的一体化的后悬架***,其包括一个具有低轮廓的后部横向构件。
