Abstract

本发明涉及一种固定35KV电缆用的户外绝缘支持端子。它由户外环氧树脂、改性酸酐作固定剂、硅微粉作填料、聚醚作增韧剂、苄基二甲胺作促进剂加色浆,通过一定比例,经过APG工艺,两端有金属嵌件与端子体一起压铸固化而成。支持端子为小坡度伞形片状结构,长度尺寸小,伞形裙的数量多,具有体积小、成本低、机械强度高、电气性能好,抗紫外线能力强等优点,能满足电缆架空铺设的要求,是理想的户外电缆架空支持器具。

户外绝缘支持端子
                     技术领域
本发明涉及一种固定35KV电缆用的户外绝缘支持端子。
                     背景技术
高压电缆重量大,电压等级高,架空的支持件不但要求具有很高的抗拉能力、抗弯曲能力,不能破碎,最主要的是要具备很强的绝缘电气性能。国内常用的户外高压电缆支持件采用传统的陶瓷电瓷。由于陶瓷电瓷的瓷裙受机械强度的约束,瓷裙的坡度不能过大,单片瓷裙的爬电距离受到限制,通常采用加长电缆支持件的长度来增加爬电距离,以满足线路的绝缘需求。陶瓷电瓷的缺点是体积大、机械强度差,易破碎,安装不方便。
                     发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种机械强度高,电气性能好,抗紫外线能力强的新型户外绝缘支持端子。
本发明所述的户外绝缘支持端子是由户外环氧树脂、改性酸酐作固定剂、硅微粉作填料、聚醚作增韧剂、苄基二甲胺作促进剂加色浆,通过一定比例,经过APG工艺加工,其两端设有金属嵌件与端子体一起压铸固化而成。
支持端子的长度尺寸为320-350mm,支持端子裙为伞形片状结构,其坡度为13-16°。
由于采用上述材料制作的支持端子,生产效率高,根据强电理论设计的小坡度伞形片状结构,伞形裙的数量可达十片,可增大爬电距离,并完全能达到高电压绝缘要求,其冲击强度达到17KJ/m2,拉伸强度达到70N/mm2,拉伸模量达到14000N/mm2,击穿电压达到20KV/mm。具有体积小、成本低、机械强度高、电气性能好,抗紫外线能力强等优点,能满足电缆架空铺设的要求,是理想的户外电缆架空支持器具。

                  具体实施方式
如图所示,本发明所述的户外绝缘支持端子1是由户外环氧树脂、改性酸酐作固定剂、硅微粉作填料、聚醚作增韧剂、苄基二甲胺作促进剂加色浆,按环氧树脂100:固定剂100:填料370:增韧剂2:促进剂0.15:色浆1.2的配比,经过APG工艺,其两端有用于固定螺钉的金属嵌件2与端子体一起压铸固化而成,支持端子的长度尺寸小,只有320-350mm,支持端子裙3为伞形片状结构,其坡度为13-16°。

Claims (3)

1、一种户外绝缘支持端子(1),由户外环氧树脂、改性酸酐作固定剂、硅微粉作填料、聚醚作增韧剂、苄基二甲胺作促进剂加色浆,按环氧树脂100∶固定剂100∶填料370∶增韧剂2∶促进剂0.15∶色浆1.2的配比,经过APG工艺,在两端设有金属嵌件(2)与端子体一起压铸固化而成,该支持端子裙(3)为伞形片状结构。
2、如权利要求1所述的户外绝缘支持端子,其特征在于该支持端子裙(3)的伞形坡度为13-16°。
3、如权利要求1所述的户外绝缘支持端子,其特征在于该支持端子长度为320-350mm。
