背景技术
在打击伪造模制品的斗争中,越来越需要研制出难以伪造即难以复制的安全装置。另外,还需要这种防伪产品构造简单,无需附加的昂贵设备就能有效地使用。优选地,理想的解决方案是可以将其用于模制品上,并且在全球范围内易于实施/识别。
发明内容
本发明就是这样一种防伪方法。在一个实施方案中,本发明是一种生产模制品的方法,优选是模制的热塑性制品,该制品具有特殊纹理的表面,这种表面在特定条件下观察时会显示特殊的标记。在另一实施方案中,本发明方法的包括以下步骤:提供一模具,优选为一注塑模具,该模具带有一被制成特定纹理(具有特殊形貌)的负版(negativeversion),以及从所述模具中模制物品。在本发明的另一实施方案中,所述模具的特定纹理的负版是通过激光蚀刻制成的。本发明的防伪方法可用于标记在如下应用中的模制品上,所述应用如汽车;家用电器;数字多媒体格式,例如光盘(CD)和数字化视频光盘(DVD);以及信息技术设备例如手机、个人数字助理(PDA)及手提电脑的壳体。

模制物品的方法是公知的,包括注塑法、压模法、真空成型、热成型、吹塑法、转塑法(rotormolding)以及冲压。本发明的优选模制方法是注塑法。

在一个实施方案中,模制品表面上的特定标记在一特定观察角度下是可见的,在其它角度下是不可见的。例如,当从第一预定角度观察例如直视时该特定标记是不可见的,而从除了该预定角度的第二角度观察时该特定标记是可见的。在另一实施方案中,该模制品表面上的特定标记在第一光线条件下是可见的,在第二光线条件下是不可见的。在本发明的再一实施方案中,该模制品表面上的特定标记当在特定光线条件下以第一预定角度下观察时是不可见的,但当在所述光线条件下从除该预定角度之外的第二角度下观察时该特定标记是可见的。

Claims (14)
1.一种制造在表面上具有特定标记的模制品的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(i)提供一种模具,其具有形成了模腔的表面,所述表面包括纹理的负版和特定纹理的负版,
(ii)将材料放置到所述模腔中,
(iii)模制所述材料以形成物品,所述物品包括在其表面上的特定标记,该标记为所述特定纹理负版的正版,

12.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述材料是热塑性材料
13.根据权利要求12的方法,其中所述热塑性材料是聚碳酸酯(PC)、丙烯腈、丁二烯和苯乙烯三元共聚物(ABS)、聚苯乙烯(PS)、聚苯氧化物(PPO),有时候也称作聚苯醚(PPE)、热塑性氨基甲酸乙酯(TPU)、聚氯乙稀(PVC)、丙烯酸类、聚酯(PES)、聚烯烃(PO)、热塑性聚烯烃(TPO)和聚酰胺(PA),或它们的共混物。
14.通过权利要求1的方法制成的模制品。
