技术领域
本发明涉及光源,更具体涉及使用发光二极管(LED)的光源,以及更具体涉及使用在汽车领域中的光源,譬如头灯、尾灯、停车灯、雾灯、方向指示灯等。进一步更具体地,它涉及封装的这种光源,以更少成本获得工业上可接受的互换性,因为减少必需的部件的数量。
背景技术
在过去,多数汽车光源涉及白炽灯泡的使用。尽管工作良好且价钱便宜,但这些灯泡具有相对短的寿命,当然,使用的细灯丝一直因振动而损坏。

现在严格具体参考附图,在图1中示出具有壳体12的LED光源10,中空芯14从所述壳体12中伸出。中空芯14围绕纵轴16设置。电路板18在中空芯14的一端封闭壳体12的开口端19并且具有可围绕其中心在操作上固定至它的多个LED 20,所述电路板18可以是具有附连至其上的柔性印刷电路板18b的铝弯曲片18a。具有给定壁厚T的主体的光导22被布置在中空芯14中且具有与多个LED成操作关系的第一端25和伸出中空芯14的第二端26。第一反射器28被连接至所述光导22的第二端26。

印刷电路板18的***使板上电路与电引入线54(仅显示其中之一)挤压接触,所述引入线54被设置在连接器56中,用于从外部电源向LED供电,从而不需要焊接。
把印刷电路板18用作壳体12的封闭机构,进一步省去了单独的封闭部件和O形环。除了用于连接外封闭部件的必要操作之外,省去现有技术的所有组成部分。
使用所述壳体自身作为延伸的散热器还减少了部件数量,以及光源的重量。

Claims (3)

1.一种发光二极管光源,具有壳体;所述壳体形成有中空芯,所述中空芯围绕纵轴布置;印刷电路板,其在所述中空芯的一端封闭所述壳体且具有围绕该印刷电路板的中心在操作上固定到该印刷电路板上的多个发光二极管;具有主体的光导,所述主体具有给定壁厚,该光导设置在所述中空芯中且具有与所述多个发光二极管成操作关系的第一端和凸出所述中空芯的第二端;连接至所述光导的所述第二端的第一反射器;
