图15C示例说明在照明模块1510、托架1520和钢丝1540关闭的情况下的钢丝和托架连接***1500。
在操作中,通过使托架1520闭合到钢丝1540上以及旋转托架1520,使照明模块1510与钢丝1540连接,如图15B和15C所示。为使照明模块1510从钢丝1540松开,旋转托架1520,允许照明模块1510从钢丝1540松开,如图15B所示。钢丝1540可以是任何长度以便适应多个所需照明模块1510。
图16示例说明也称为条状连接***1600的条1620形状的显示板。
在这种情况下,用于使照明模块1610固定到所述条1620的机械安装接口由通孔1630组成。
照明模块1610能是具有所述通孔1630的照明模块100。
在操作中,钢条1620滑入照明模块1610的所述孔1630中,如图16所示。为使照明模块1610从钢条1620松开,从照明模块1610移出钢条1620,如图16所示。钢条1620可以是任何长度以便适应多个所需照明模块1610。
在另一实施例中,钢条1620可以是圆柱或任何其他形状,同样地,通孔1630将是互补形状。
总的来说,重申本发明涉及显示元件和用于将发射照明模块100固定在显示板槽210中以便产生所述显示元件的多个机械接口。
因此,在批量显示生产中,最小化制造和零件成本。显示板***200设计成与多个其他显示板200相邻放置以便产生大型显示器(未示出)。
机械接口包括通过螺栓连接装置300、标准卡入连接***400、具有前调整孔的卡入连接***500、单杠杆连接***600、具有前调整孔的单杠杆连接***700、按压关闭-按压打开连接***800、velcro连接***1100、吸盘连接***1200、标准滑轨连接***1300、导轨安装连接***1400、钢丝和托架连接***1500和钢条连接***1600固定。
因此,提供能快速固定或拆下的照明模块。显示板***200可以由仅一种机械接口连接装置形成或可以由多个机械接口的组合形成。因此,提供能通过多种不同机械接口,机械固定到硬件框架的照明模块。
本发明绝不限于上述和在附图中表示的实施例,相反,根据不同变形,能制造根据本发明的显示元件和机械连接接口,同时仍然在本
发明的范围内。

Claims (19)

1.一种包括显示板的显示元件,在所述显示板上固定一个或多个照明模块,其中,所述显示元件进一步包括机械安装接口,用于将所述照明模块固定到所述显示板上。
2.如权利要求1所述的显示元件,其中,所述显示板具有能装配所述照明模块的槽阵列。
3.如权利要求2所述的显示元件,其中,所述机械安装接口由能通过卡在所述槽的边缘后面而协作的闩锁组成。
4.如权利要求3所述的显示元件,其中,所述闩锁与所述照明模块上的一端铰链安装以及其中,它们具有从所述铰链安装端凸出的边缘。
5.如权利要求4所述的显示元件,其中,所述照明模块具有在所述边缘前面的孔,使得能从所述照明模块的前方通过所述孔接近所述边缘,以便打开所述闩锁。
6.如权利要求4所述的显示元件,其中,所述机械安装接口包括铰链安装在所述照明模块上的杠杆,该杠杆具有与所述边缘协作的凸瓣。
7.如权利要求6所述的显示元件,其中,所述杠杆铰链安装在所述照明模块的一个边缘上,以及其中,所述杠杆具有两个凸瓣,每一个在所述杠杆的铰链安装边缘的每一端上,所述凸瓣提升所述闩锁的边缘以便解开照明模块。
8.如权利要求6所述的显示元件,其中,所述照明模块具有在所述杠杆前面的孔,使得能从所述照明模块的前方通过所述孔到达所述杠杆。
9.如权利要求3所述的显示元件,其中,使所述闩锁向内弯向所述照明模块,使得两个相应闩锁的铰链安装端之间的距离大于与所述闩锁协作的所述显示板中的槽的两个相应边缘之间的距离,以及其中,机械安装接口进一步包括从所述照明模块的背面凸出的至少一个弹簧以及所述照明模块上铰链安装的杠杆,使得所述闩锁的自由端能与所述杠杆协作,以便使所述闩锁维持在向内铰接的位置。
10.如权利要求9所述的显示元件,其中,通过推动所述槽的一个中的所述照明模块,通过所述机械安装接口将所述照明模块固定到所述显示板上,由此,所述闩锁通过它们的自由端卡在所述槽的边缘后面而卡住,以及其中,随后能通过在与弹簧力相反的方向上进一步推动所述槽中的所述照明模块而松开照明模块,由此所述槽的边缘与所述闩锁中的曲面相互作用,使得闩锁被推开,它们的自由端在所述杠杆下面。
11.如权利要求1所述的显示元件,其中,所述显示板由支承板组成。
12.如权利要求11所述的显示元件,其中,所述机械安装接口由能通过磁引力与所述支承板协作的元件组成。
13.如权利要求11所述的显示元件,其中,所述机械安装接口由在所述照明模块和所述支承板上提供的所谓的互补维可牢带组成。
14.如权利要求11所述的显示元件,其中,所述机械安装接口由照明模块上的吸盘组成。
15.如权利要求1所述的显示元件,其中,所述显示板由具有U型截面的导轨和从所述滑轨腿的自由端凸出的边缘组成,所述边缘彼此相对,以及其中,所述机械安装接口包括能与所述边缘协作的两个凹槽。
16.如权利要求15所述的显示元件,其中,至少一个所述凹槽的一个壁由可伸缩闩锁组成。
17.如权利要求1所述的显示元件,其中,所述显示板由一个或多个导线、电缆或杆组成,以及其中,所述机械安装接口由能与所述一个或多个导线、电缆或杆协作的托架连接***组成。
18.如权利要求1所述的显示元件,其中,所述显示板由条组成,以及其中,所述机械安装接口由在所述照明模块中提供的条孔组成,所述条孔具有与所述条的截面形状互补的形状的截面。
19.一种机械安装接口,用于将照明模块固定到根据权利要求1所述的显示板上,其中,所述机械接口是从包括下述的组中选择的:螺栓连接***、标准卡入连接***、具有前调整孔的卡入连接***、单杠杆连接***、具有前调整孔的单杠杆连接***、按压关闭-按压打开连接***、销连接***、磁性连接***、维可牢连接***、吸盘连接***、标准滑轨连接***、导轨安装连接***、导线和托架连接***和条连接***。
