图1示出在总体以1标记的门的边缘区域内的垂直剖视图。在车辆例如轨道车辆的通常的门中,门设置于车厢6的侧壁内,因此该剖面至少基本上垂直于车纵轴线延伸。图1示出门机构2的区域,其基本上以其总体连同至少一个门扇3设置在一滑座4上,该滑座借助各滚子可在导轨5中移动,导轨5牢固固定在车厢6上,在必要时固定在一固定地连接于车厢6的支架或框架上。
在图1所示的关闭位置门扇3的外侧面下基本上与车厢6的外侧面A相应,如这在旋转滑门中是通常的。所示的实施例示出一可伸缩的门。其中一由至少三个部件组成的伸缩件7一方面与滑座4、另一方面与门扇3相连接,并且由此使门扇3能够沿车厢6的外侧移动。移动方向在通常的设置在车厢侧面上的门中因此平行于车辆的纵轴线延伸(在电梯门中该关系相应不同地定向)。
门机构2的该部件不直接与本发明有关,因此略去详细的描述。这样,代替一伸缩件可以设置另一移动***等。重要的只是,门扇3或各门扇3最后安装在滑座4上,其中不应该忽视的是达到所示的伸缩件以及导轨、锁定装置、传感器等,但它们也只在边缘处与本发明有关,因此在本文的描述中只这样进一步讨论它们,如本发明的核心所需要的那样。
图2以相同的剖面示出图1的门处于伸出的位置。其中滑座4在导轨5中或沿导轨5已移向车外侧面,从而门扇3也以其内侧面I位于车外侧面A以外,并且可以沿伸缩件7(垂直于视图平面)移动,而不碰撞车厢6。
要返回到图1应该保持,即使在门驱动装置无动力的情况下也必须确保,门扇3并不因作用到其上的力而被打开,而在这里必须存在一锁定装置,其只通过门驱动装置的按规定的启动或通过操作门紧急操作装置可以被取消。本发明的总体以8标记的锁定装置基本上包括一在滑座4上可绕转轴9摆动支承的锁定杠杆10,该锁定杠杆在一端支承一滚子11,滚子11可移动或可滚动地支承于相对于车厢6位置固定的槽12中。该锁定机构的操作以下还要更详细地说明。
图3示出平行于图1的剖面在相同的门位置时的一个剖面并且说明实际的门驱动装置13。在所示的实施例中一齿轮14抗转动地连接于一电机的输出轴。另一齿轮14′抗转动地连接于绕其输出轴可转动地悬挂的电机的壳体。齿轮14′与一抗转动地连接于锁定杠杆并从而随其绕转轴9转动的齿轮15相啮合。齿轮14与一齿轮16相啮合,后者抗转动地连接于一螺杆17(图2),其中螺杆17又与适配连接于门扇3的螺母共同负责门扇的纵向运动。
该装置的操作方式如下:当电机从图3中所示的位置起开始向开启方向转动时,一(未示出的)导轨阻止门扇3沿伸缩件7的运动并从而阻止螺杆17的任何转动和因此也阻止齿轮16和14的任何转动,从而通过电机的反力矩,使电机连同齿轮14′向相反方向转动并因此齿轮15绕转轴9旋转。由于齿轮15固定地连接于锁定杠杆10,后者偏转(图3中沿顺时针方向)并且这样使滚子11在槽12中移动。
槽12具有一至少基本上直线的部分12a和一从一过渡点18(图4)开始与其连接的弧形的部分12b。在门关闭的情况下(在锁定的位置)滚子11处于弧形部分12b中。部分12b的曲率至少基本上符合这样的曲率,其具有中心点在转轴9在关闭的门中的所在点的圆周。因此锁定杠杆10绕转轴9开始转动时导致滚子11在槽中适应于槽12b的形状的运动,而该运动在滚子与槽壁之间不引起显著的反力。由于没有这样的力,也不导致滑座4在导轨5中的移动。
当现在通过锁定杠杆10的前进的转动使滚子11进入槽12的直线的部分12a时,其试图继续转动并且此时压到(下面的或右边的)槽壁上,这导致一作用到滚子上并从而作用到锁定杠杆上的反力。借此使转轴9和与其一起的整个滑座4连同门驱动装置13和门机构2及门扇3移动(伸出运动),直到最后达到图2的情况。
该伸出运动更详细地示于图4至9中,其中一方面放大了的图的比例,另一方面为清楚起见省略全部的位于滑座4的门侧的构件。锁定杠杆10是不同于图1至3中的成形的,但这并不起某种作用。现在在图4中各部件的位置与在图1中的相对应:滑座4处于最远移入车厢的内部的位置,锁定杠杆10占据一位置,该位置不可能或几乎不可能继续向顺时针方向旋转并且滚子11处于滑槽或槽12的弧形部分12b中离过渡点18有一些的即使是微小的间距处。
槽12的形状在图4和以下各图中通过其中心线12′明显地得出,在直线的部分12a与弧形部分12b之间的过渡由一绕过渡点18的小圆圈标示。同样可明显看出,槽12的中心线12′在弧形部分内具有在滑座4的该位置时绕转轴9的圆弧的形状。此外显而易见的是,滚子11的中心点11′已处在弧形部分12b上,因此离过渡点18具有间距,在所示的实例中该间距记为5°。
现在对这种成形和位置的特殊性是,不应该将作用到门扇上的力理解为操作过程中的驱动力和导向力,而是由乘客有意地或无意地施加到门扇上的力(与此相反转弯时的碰撞、人员的倚靠、利用站位、破坏行为、穿过隧道时或列车相遇时的压力差等),只要合力至少近似水平向外指向门扇,一个力就沿箭头H的方向作用到滑座4上。传到滑座4的垂直分力由导轨5承担,在所示实施例中滑座通过各个滚子支承于该导轨中。
唯一的能够朝水平力H方向作用的反力是在滚子11与槽12的壁之间产生的力,该力可以(忽略摩擦)只垂直于滚子11的表面与槽壁的表面(方向N)之间的接触区内的共同切平面产生,但其按照所述的几何关系同沿转轴9与滚子11的转轴11′之间的方向R的连接直线重合:R=N。这意味着,不论产生多大的力H也不会在锁定杠杆10上形成转矩,从而滑座不可能发生运动并因此门扇3也不可能向开启方向运动。法向力N的水平分力与作用的水平力H相等:门是锁定的。
当现在开始正常的开启运动时,则如图5中所示,通过施加到锁定杠杆10上的转矩,滚子11的转轴11′达到槽12的直线部分12a与弧形部分12b之间的过渡18并从而达到区域的边界,在该区域内符合上述实情。在所示的实施例中当旋转在按图4的终端位置与按图5的中立的边界位置之间的角度5°时滑座不实现在电机转轴(图3)上规定的行程,亦即通过不论多大的沿水平方向的力H不难进行这样的运动。
这大大不同于上述的超死点机构,在后者中在从锁合的终端位置至边界位置的运动过程中总是不可避免的是“要越过死点”,这意味着传给所示的实施例一虽然小的但仍显著的相反于力H的滑座4运动,从而在慌乱或单一大的力的情况下,难以越过死点并且在手动的打开的情况下使得正好出现慌乱时常常几乎是不可能的。
由图6显而易见的是,如在进入槽的直线部分12a时一方面开始提升运动,另一方面由于滚子11与槽壁之间的法向力N和作为转轴9与滚子轴11′之间的连线的径向方向R的相互分开由水平力H通过切向力T在锁定杠杆10上引起一力矩向开启方向作用。
图7示出在继续前进的提升时锁定杠杆处于几乎垂直于导轨5的方向,图8示出继续旋转锁定杠杆10的情况,该锁定杠杆已开始又从槽12中向外运动。
图9中最后示出完全移出的终端位置,滚子11再次达到或已进入弧形部分12b,这由于转轴9的已完全移动的位置,其当然随滑座4一起移动,对锁定不起任何作用。
在图4至9所示的伸出运动过程中也开始门扇3沿伸缩件7(图1)的移动,按已知方式通过一导轨实现该两运动的顺序,该导轨关于车厢6固定地设置并且其还(如果例如在导轨5中没有其他的止动机构)被设定,实现滑座4的伸出运动的终止。通过滑座4的这样的固定,为旋转螺杆17(图2)所需要的力矩小于由于固定的滑座作用到电机壳体(齿轮14′)上的保持力矩,从而开始螺杆的转动。当然有可能按其他的方式实现门的移动,多个已知的驱动装置可以与本发明的用于门在关闭位置的锁定装置一起组合。
按如以前开启运动的正好相反的顺序实现门的关闭运动。首先通过电机,其壳体和与其连接的齿轮14′是固定的,使螺杆向关闭方向旋转,在门扇接近其关闭位置时与车厢6固定连接的导轨(未示出)可使滑座4向远离车外侧面A的方向移动,此后在齿轮14′上的反力矩开始这样的运动,即其现在按图9、8、7、6、5和最后图4的顺序在锁定的位置上又确定关闭位置。
如其中在图5与4之间的比较所表明的,当转轴9与滚子转轴11′之间的连线运动到导轨12的过渡点18之上时确保由于水平力H的反力和径向力R与产生的法向力N重合,从而导致锁定,而并不越过一死点。
如开头所述,将锁定杠杆10的位置固定于图4中所示的位置,例如借助一在锁定杠杆10的轴承中围绕轴9的弱扭簧或借助通过一销的形锁合的锁定装置,该销在适当的位置伸入槽12中。这样的保险装置即使在已知的超压机构中也是必要的,因为这些机构只在持久的向开启方向作用的力的情况下可靠地保持在锁定位置,而其在完全不受载荷的情况下由于振动等可能以不希望的方式解锁。
关于图1至3和图4至9中的锁定杠杆的不同的形式还应说,在图1至3中该杠杆也用于操作一在下面的门端设置的门扇3的固定装置。如由图1和2显而易见的,在打开门的过程中操作杆19的上面的铰接点向上运动,从而由此可以产生一固持运动或松开运动。也有可能将该操作杠杆19构成为一紧急操作装置的部件。借助一这样的紧急操作装置可将为打开所需要的力矩直接施加到锁定杠杆10上,而与实际的电机无关。

Claims (5)

1.一种用于车辆、特别是轨道车辆或电梯轿厢的旋转滑门,其具有至少一个门扇(3),该门扇在关闭状态下设置于车壁内而在开启状态下在外侧面(A)设置在车壁之前并且此时可打开一门洞,其中设有驱动装置(2)以及横导向装置(4、5)和纵导向装置(7),它们使所述至少一个门扇(3)能够横向于车壁和沿着车壁运动,其中纵导向装置借助横导向装置沿横向方向运动,其中通过一嵌入一导轨中的摆动件将门锁定在关闭的位置;其特征在于,摆动件(10)具有一导向件(11),该导向件与一导轨(12)共同作用,并且该导轨在门处于关闭位置时摆动件(10)与其共同作用所在的区域内具有一绕摆动件(10)的转轴(9)的当前的位置的圆弧部分(12b)。
2.按照权利要求1所述的旋转滑门,其特征在于,当摆动件(10)处于门的关闭位置以外时,所述导轨在回转件(10)与其共同作用所在的部分(12a)中成直线地延伸。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的旋转滑门,其特征在于,在门的关闭位置,摆动件(10)的导向件(11)定位于离连接两导轨部分(12a、12b)的过渡点(18)一定距离处。
4.按照上述权利要求之一项所述的旋转滑门,其特征在于,摆动件(10)可绕转轴(9)转动地设置在一作横向运动的滑座(4)上。
5.按照权利要求4所述的旋转滑门,其特征在于,通过作用到纵导向装置上的、在滑座上设置的驱动电机的反力矩使摆动件(10)绕其转轴(9)偏转。
