Abstract

发明背景
油气(hydrocarbon)产生于地下油藏地层(underground reservoirformation),在地下油藏地层中,经过钻探至地层的井筒(wellbore)捕集油气。使用的术语“油”广义上包括气体和凝结物。油藏地层一般为砂岩或碳酸盐岩。认为是碳酸盐岩的地层可含有一些砂岩,反之亦然。如果地层岩石具有足够尺寸和数量的孔,以为油提供流动经过地层的流路,则油将流动经过地层岩石。为了采油,也就是说,为了使油从地层流到井筒(最终到表面),必须存在从地层到井筒的充分无障碍的流路。
采油量降低的最普遍的原因之一是对地层的损害(damage),这至少部分堵塞岩石孔,并因而阻止油的流动。地层损害的来源包括:由于钻井和/或完井液(completion fluid)而涂覆在井筒面上或侵入近井(near-wellbore)基岩的颗粒;由于钻井、完井和开采而松动(mobilize)的地层部分的颗粒;和石蜡、沥青质或由于不相容流体的混合或温度改变或压力改变而沉淀的矿物(沉淀的矿物通常称为结垢)。这种损害通常产生于故意注入井筒的另一种流体,例如钻井或完井液。这种损害的全部自然效果是降低了井筒方向上油从地层流动的渗透率(permeability)。
低于预期产量的另一个原因可能是:地层是天然“紧密的”(低渗透率);也就是说,孔显著小,以致于油只能十分缓慢地向井筒迁移。这两种情况(损害和天然紧密的油藏)的共同特性是渗透率低。油气开采者实行的用来增加油藏的净渗透率的技术称为“增产技术”。本质上,可以如下实行增产技术:(1)注入化学物质经过井筒,至地层,以反应并溶解井筒和/或近井损害;(2)注入化学物质经过井筒,至地层,以反应并溶解地层中的小部分,从而为油气创建可选择的流路(因此,并非除去损害,而是围绕这损害重新引导迁移的油);或(3)在足够实际上压裂地层的压力下,注入化学物质经过井筒,至地层,从而创建大流动通道,油气可经过该流动通道更容易从地层流动到井筒中。方法(1)和(2)称为“基岩增产”,通常称为“基岩酸化”,这是因为化学物质通常为酸或酸类流体(尽管它们可为其它溶解地层的材料,例如某些鳌合剂,如氨基多羧酸),以及方法(3)可为“酸压裂”或“水力压裂”。方法(1)一般应用于砂岩油藏中,这是因为砂岩通常难溶或者比损害的贡献物更难溶。方法(2)一般应用于碳酸盐岩中,这是因为碳酸盐岩通常比一些或全部损害材料更容易溶解。方法(3)适用于两种岩性(lithology)。
本发明的实施方式主要涉及这三种方法中第一种方法。目前,基岩酸化处理,包括作为本发明余下部分主题的砂岩基岩酸化处理主要受到以下四个极其严重的限制的困扰:(1)不充分的径向穿透(penetration);(2)不完全的轴向分布;(3)对泵送和井筒管道***(tubing)的腐蚀(在此,对其将不作进一步讨论);和(4)由于酸本身而导致的对地层的损害。本发明的实施方式主要涉及第二个和第四个问题。
第一个问题,不充分的径向穿透,是由以下事实导致的,即当酸被引入地层时,酸首选与损害材料和/或地层基岩接触,然后与它们反应。(这通常发生在井筒处或者在井筒附近,我们将就如同情况正是如此来讨论该问题,尽管在一些情况下,例如存在天然裂缝的地方,出现处理液与地层第一次接触中的大多数的地方可能远离井筒)。井筒附近首先接触酸的地层被充分处理,然而离井筒较远侧的地层部分(当径向移动时,从井筒向外)仍然未被酸接触,这是因为所有的酸在到达该处之前,已经反应了。例如,砂岩地层通常由氢氟酸和氢氯酸的混合物以充分低的注入速率来处理,以避免压裂地层。通常选择这种酸混合物,因为它将溶解粘土(发现在钻井泥浆中)以及天然生成砂岩的主要成分(例如,二氧化硅、长石和钙质材料)。事实上,溶解如此有效,以致于当注入的酸到达井筒外几个英寸时,注入的酸基本上被消耗。因此,可以计算要求每英尺100加仑以上的酸来填充距井筒5英尺的区域(假设,20%空隙率和6-英寸的井筒直径)。事实上,由于这种有限的穿透,认为砂岩基岩处理没有提供显著超过由近井损害消除所获得的增产。然而,油气流路上的任何一位置的损害可妨碍流动(因此,妨 碍采油)。因此,由于要求巨大流体容量,所以这些处理受到严重它们成本的限制。
严重限制基岩酸化技术效率的第二个主要问题是不完全的轴向分布。该问题涉及含酸流体的合适布置,即确保含酸流体被输送到所需的区域(即,需要增产的区域),而不是其它区域。(因此,该问题本身并不涉及含酸流体的效率)。更具体地,当含油地层注入有酸时,酸开始溶解损害和/或基岩。取决于酸与基岩的反应性和酸至反应位置的流速,当继续将酸泵送至地层中时,通常会创建经过基岩的主要通道。当继续将酸泵送至地层中时,酸将自然地沿着新创建的通道流动,即阻力最小的通道,并因此使余下的地层基本未处理。在基岩增产中,这种通道(通常称为酸蚀孔洞)的形成通常是不合需要的。这种行为被地层和高渗透率的岩脉(streak)中的固有渗透率不均匀性(通常在多种地层中),特别是天然裂缝。再次,这些具有不均匀性的区域本质上吸引大量注入的酸,因此阻止酸沿着井筒到达地层的其它部分,实际上这些部分是最需要的。因此,在多种情况下,待处理的区域内多产的、含油层段(oil-bearing interval)的相当大的部分没有被充分穿透至地层基岩中足够深(在垂直井筒的情况下为横向)的酸接触,以有效增加其渗透率并因而增加其将油输送至井筒的能力。合适布置的问题是一个特别令人恼怒的问题,因为注入的流体将优先迁移至高渗透率区域(阻力最小的路径),而不是迁移至低渗透率区域,然而正是后一区域需要酸处理(即,因为它们是低渗透率区域,所以经过它们的油流动将减小)。为回答该问题,已经进行众多不同的技术来获得更多的流体受控布置(controlled placement),即将酸从天然高渗透率区域和已经处理的区域转向至感兴趣的区域。
控制酸布置的技术(即,保证有效的区域覆盖率)可大致分为机械或化学技术。机械技术包括堵塞球(ball sealer)(即投入井筒中并堵塞套管中的穿孔,因而密封穿孔防止流体进入的球);封隔器(packer)和桥塞(bridge plug),特别包括跨式双封隔器(straddle packer)(堵塞部分井筒并因而抑制流体进入该部分井筒附近的穿孔的机械装置);卷曲油管(coiled tubing)(由机械化卷轴布置的挠性管,通过该挠性管将酸输送到井筒内更精确的位置);和压回地层压井法(bullheading)(试图以最大可能的压力(正好低于实际上将压裂地层的压力)泵送酸而获得转向)。化学技术可进一步分为:化学改性需要酸转向的部分地层邻近的井筒的化学技术,以及改性含酸流体本身的化学技术。第一种技术包括在井筒层面上形成减小渗透率的泥饼的材料,该泥饼当与酸接触时,将酸转向至高渗透率区域颗粒材料。它们一般为油溶性的或水溶性的颗粒,这些引至高渗透率区域,以堵塞这些区域,并因而将酸流动转向至低渗透率区域。第二种技术包括发泡剂、乳化剂和胶凝剂。机械方法和化学改性需要酸转向的部分地层邻近的井筒的化学方法将不在此作进一步讨论。
乳化酸体系和发泡体系是可从市场上购买的转向问题回答,但是它们充满着操作复杂性,这严重限制了它们的使用,例如,在处理期间必须谨慎小心地控制两种流体的流速和底孔的压力。这就剩下胶凝剂--本发明的实施方式所属的转向剂种类。尽管它们可从市场上购买,但是在基岩酸化方面,胶凝剂常常是不理想的,这是因为增加的粘度使得流体更难以泵送(即,对流动相同的阻力使得地层中压力增加并导致所需的转向,但实际上使得这些流体难以泵送)。一些市场上可购买的体系是聚合交联体系--即,当泵送时它们是线型聚合物,但与该聚合物一起泵送的化学试剂引起该聚合物在井筒中附集或交联,这导致胶凝化。不幸的是,这些体系在地层中留下残余物,这会损害地层,从而导致减少油气产量。已经完整记载了由这些体系导致的严重油井堵塞,特别是在低压油井中的油井堵塞。此外,这些体系的成功是天然地依赖于十分敏感地化学反应--交联--这十分难以优化,以致于在泵送期间被延迟,但是当化学物质在井筒内时被最大化。这种反应容易被地层化学、泵送装置中的污染物等干扰。再次,当这些体系在适当的位置时,它们难以清除,为清除要求它们应以某种方式未被交联和/或要求聚合物被毁坏。
粘弹性表面活性剂类胶凝体系能避免这些问题。一个粘弹性表面活性剂类胶凝体系公开于美国专利5979557和6435277中,它们与本申请具有共同的受让人。该体系不同于本发明的实施方式:它并非自转向(Self-Diverting)体系--即,该处理是以两步进行的:(1)注入转向剂,然后(2)注入酸。基于本发明实施方式的流体的处理是基于单个步骤的--它在化学上十分不同,这是因为转向剂被含有在该含酸流体中。
另一粘弹性表面活性剂类胶凝体系公开于美国专利6399546和美国专利申请10/065144中,它们也与本申请具有共同的受让人。该体系,在此我们称之为“VDA”(表示“粘弹性转向酸”),开发用于碳酸盐岩基岩酸化并可包含某些两亲表面活性剂之一,例如基于内铵盐(betaine)的那些(它们描述于美国专利6258859中并且我们将称之为BET表面活性剂);酸,即氢氯酸、氢氟酸、氢氯酸和氢氟酸的混合物、乙酸或甲酸;和(对一些BET表面活性剂而言)必需的辅助表面活性剂或(对另一些BET表面活性剂而言)任选的甲 醇、乙醇或异丙醇。该酸不是无机酸和有机酸的混合物。最初注入的流体具有接近水一样的粘度,但是当相当部分的酸“花费”或已被消耗后(由于酸被注入将与大量酸反应的碳酸盐岩地层中,所以这是可能的),粘度显著增加。因此,当首先被注入时,VDA进入渗透率最高的区域,但是当它们胶凝化时,它们阻塞(block)该区域或这些区域(zone or zones)并将随后注入的流体转向至渗透率较低的区域。这种体系的成功取决于地层与大量酸反应的能力。因此,它们最适用于碳酸盐岩,碳酸盐岩与酸的反应容量大。
SPE论文80274,“Application of Novel Diversion Acidizing Techniques ToImprove Gas Production in Heterogeneous Formation”描述了“转向酸”,该酸注入时是强凝胶。却没有化学指示:破裂剂(breaker)是必需的。
需要一种在砂岩中有效的转向体系--即需要下述的流体,其不被剪切力损害;泵送期间具有低粘度;当其与砂岩接触时,快速胶凝化;其形成具有足够强度的凝胶,以使转向发生;以及其立即和几乎完全“破裂”或返回至未胶凝化的状态,而无需破裂剂;处理停止后,油井能返回至开采中。此外,该流体不仅必须为自转向,而且还必须使随后注入的流体转向直到处理完成。
具体实施方式
本发明包括一种自转向预冲洗砂岩的酸组合物,其包括水、能形成粘弹性凝胶的酸可水解的表面活性剂、6至20wt%的无机酸,和5至20wt%的选自甲酸、柠檬酸、乙酸、硼酸、乳酸、甲磺酸和乙磺酸的酸,其中在中和全部酸的小于1/3时,所述组合物使粘度在170秒-1下增加至少50cP;

本发明的实施方式之一是自转向预冲洗砂岩的酸(self-divertingpre-flush sandstone acid),其是通过结合水、能形成粘弹性凝胶的酸可水解的(acid-hydrolyzable)表面活性剂、无机酸和有机酸而制备的。表面活性剂可具有下述酰胺结构:

在优选的实施方式中,无机酸为氢氯酸、硫酸或硝酸(特别为氢氯酸);有机酸为甲酸、柠檬酸、乙酸、硼酸、乳酸、甲磺酸或乙磺酸(特别为甲酸、乙酸和柠檬酸)。
在另一优选的实施方式中,自转向预冲洗砂岩的酸也包含选自甲醇、乙醇、丙醇、异丙醇、乙二醇和丙二醇中的醇(特别为甲醇)。
在特别优选的实施方式中,表面活性剂存在的量为约1至约6wt%活性成分,优选为约2至约4%,最优选为约3%;无机酸存在的量为约6至约20wt%,优选为约6至约15%,最优选为约12%;以及有机酸存在的量为 约1至约20wt%,优选为约5至约10%,最优选为约6%。自转向预冲洗砂岩的酸可含有一种或多种腐蚀抑制剂、铁控制剂(iron control agent)和鳌合剂。

具体实施方式
我们已经确认了当其被注入砂岩时,自转向和非损害的流体。当与砂岩中发现的少量酸可溶材料反应时,该流体形成了凝胶,该凝胶具有足够粘性以及足够稳定,以转向泥酸(或其它任何基岩增产流体),以及该凝胶在泥酸处理后分解。通过这个(足够稳定以转向泥酸以及然后在泥酸处理之后分解),我们是指在给定温度和pH下凝胶(一旦形成后)中表面活性剂的水解要比泥酸处理多用至少1小时,正如通过该流体粘度在100秒-1的剪切速率下减少至小于50cP而确定的。该材料在泥酸处理之前用作预冲洗液,在此称为“自转向预冲洗砂岩的酸”。因为它在配制和泵送时粘度低,所以它优先进入地层中高渗透率区域;这些通常是未损害的和高含水量的区域,从这些区域中操作者希望拒绝使用主要基岩增产流体。它不仅仅是自转向的,而且它转向随后注入的流体,如HCl预冲洗液、主要的泥酸(或其它基岩增产流体)和任何后冲洗液。流体的转向,是指进入低渗透率区域的流体要比根据不同岩层对处理液的相对渗透率的简单计算所期待的结果多。理想地,随后注入的流体从高渗透率区域转向至低渗透率区域;从带由较少损害的未损害的区域转向到带有较多损害的损害区域;以及从全部含有水或主要含有水的区域转向至全部含有油气或主要含有油气的区域。优选地,自转向预冲洗砂岩的酸应当在井下(downhole)条件下稳定至少约2小时,但应当在作业完成时,关井(shut-in)之后在约1至3小时内分解。该流体含有水、所选择的表面活性剂(例如,BET-E-40内铵盐)、无机酸和所选择的有机酸。它优选含有腐蚀抑制剂,以及任选含有醇,例如甲醇。更重要的是,它是强酸性的,当只有少量的酸被消耗时胶凝化,用于容易损伤的砂岩地层时是安全的,以及容易清理(clean up)。
已经知道砂岩一般可仅含有少量能与酸反应的物质,也就是说,砂岩将具有使注入材料的酸性仅少量降低的能力。也已经知道:如果除去相当大量的这种酸(例如,通过在反应中消耗),则含有大量无机酸的某些粘弹性表面活性剂凝胶前体流体混合物的粘度将惊人地增加。也已经知道:如果酸性足够高,某些胶凝化的表面活性剂能够被分解以用于清理。现在已经发现:当无机酸的浓度只减少少量时,含有中等量无机酸的某些粘弹性表面活性剂凝胶前体流体混合物的粘度惊人地增加。因此,如果混合物中结合有合适量的合适有机酸,则无机酸的量可保持在足够低的范围内,在该范围内,一个小变化将产生胶凝化,而该混合物的总酸度可保持得足够高,以产生充分快速的随后凝胶分解。
已经发现:在无机酸浓度下,某些有机酸将保持这些表面活性剂/无机酸/有机酸流体的粘度低,否则在该无机酸浓度下,该粘度将高。例如,图1示意显示了由7.5wt%的BET-E-40(原样的)制备的粘弹性流体的粘度与变化量的浓HCl。从图中可知,当HCl浓度在约20%以上时,粘度极其低;当HCl浓度减小至约12%时,粘度于是开始逐渐增加;直到HCl浓度减小至约10%,粘度于是快速上升;在较低HCl浓度下,粘度于是快速上升并保持在高粘度。该曲线的精确形状稍微取决于这样的因素,例如表面活性剂的选择以及添加剂的存在和浓度,如腐蚀抑制剂。图2显示了将6wt%甲酸或柠檬酸添加至含有7.5wt%的BET-E-40(原样的)、12wt%HCl以及没有添加盐的流体中的效果。该图显示:当通过加入合适量的碳酸钙以与HCl反应并消耗一些HCl,HCl浓度减少时,这两种流体中各种流体的粘度的实验数据。从图中可知,当这些流体与甚至少量碳酸盐接触时,粘度立即开始上升。再次,精确形状将受到多种因素的影响,但对本发明实施方式的各种流体而言,将存在酸浓度减少导致粘度惊人地增加的点。其它实验已经显示这些效果实质上是由总的酸浓度控制的,而不是温度敏感的。
已知多种表面活性剂在水溶液中形成粘弹性凝胶。一些要求添加的盐和/或辅助表面活性剂和/或醇,以使凝胶充分粘稠和/或稳定,从而适用于油田处理条件。这种凝胶以及它们的用途描述于,例如美国专利6306800、6035936、5979557以及其它中。大多数粘弹性凝胶体系由于胶束结构的破坏而被断裂;当该体系被水或者特别是被烃(油气)稀释时,这将发生。如果使用条件使得这将不发生,则有时添加表面活性剂分子本身用的破裂剂, 例如氧化剂。这种表面活性剂是公知的。然而,并非全部可用于本发明的实施方式中,这是因为本发明实施方式的表面活性剂和胶束必须在无机强酸中稳定足够长的一段时间,以及然后被该酸破裂。
适用于本发明实施方式的表面活性剂具有可断裂的化学键,优选但不限于酰胺键,酰胺键被邻近的化学官能团稳定。特别地,这些表面活性剂在不超过酰胺氮原子的约3个原子内具有阳离子或吸电子基团。酰胺酸解的第一步是酰胺官能团的质子化作用。邻近的吸电子基团限制了这种质子化作用以及极大地减缓了酸解,然而在它们结构上没有这个特点的其它表面活性剂在欲使用的强酸中要么太稳定要么太不稳定,以致于不适用。因此,可断裂适用于本发明实施方式的表面活性剂,但不太容易。可调整该流体表面活性剂结构的选择以及其它组分的本性和浓度的选择,以使在使用条件下表面活性剂断裂的速率是合适的。
已经发现某些两亲表面活性剂特别适用于形成含水自转向预冲洗砂岩的酸。优选的表面活性剂具有下述酰胺结构:
式中,R1是可为支链或直链的、芳族的、脂族的或烯属的烃基,且具有约14至约26个碳原子,且可含有胺;R2为氢或具有1至约4个碳原子的烷基;R3为具有1至约5个碳原子的烃基;以及Y为吸电子基团。优选的吸电子基团为季胺、磺酸酯、羧酸或氧化胺。
两种特别优选的实例是内铵盐,分别称为BET-O和BET-E。其中一个指定为BET-O-30,这是因为当获自供应商(Rhodia,Inc.Cranbury,New Jersey,U.S.A.)时,由于它含有油酸酰胺基(包含C17H33端基(tail group))和含有约30%活性表面活性剂;其余的基本上为水、少量氯化钠和异丙醇,所以它被称为Mirataine BET-O-30。类似的物质,BET-E-40,也获自Rhodia以及含有芥酸酰胺基(包含C21H41端基)和40%活性成分,以及其余的基本上也是水、少量氯化钠和异丙醇。总的内铵盐表面活性剂如下所示。这些表面活性剂将称为BET-O和BET-E(以及统称为“BET表面活性剂”);在这些实例中,经常使用BET-O-30和BET-E-40。以这种形式提供表面活性剂、以及醇和二元醇,以辅助在这些高浓度下表面活性剂在水中的溶剂化,以及将其保持为 低温下的均相流体。然而,可以以其它形式获得和使用这些表面活性剂。在现场应用中,稀释后,原样的物质的其它组分的量并不重要。BET表面活性剂和其它描述于美国专利6258859中。通式为
式中,R是可为支链或直链的、芳族的、脂族的或烯属的烃基,且具有约14至约26个碳原子,且可含有胺;n为约2至约14;以及p为1至约5,和这些化合物的混合物。最优选地,表面活性剂为内铵盐,其中R为直链的烯烃基C17H33(BET-O-30)或者直链的烯烃基C21H41(BET-E-40),以及n为3和P=1。
这些内铵盐表面活性剂可在任何电解质浓度下形成含水的、粘性的、高温酸可降解的凝胶;它们将在没有添加的盐的情况下或者甚至在重盐水(heavy brine)中形成凝胶。这些流体可通常由,例如生活用水(municipalwater)、湖或溪水、或者海水制备。辅助表面活性剂可有用于拓展盐水耐量(brine tolerance),以及增加凝胶强度和减少流体(特别是BET-O)的剪切敏感度。这种辅助表面活性剂的实例是十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)。对给定的表面活性剂和条件(特别是合适粘度所要求的温度和时间),可调整盐度和辅助表面活性剂的存在和本性,以确保凝胶将具有所需的稳定性。
无机酸可为任何无机物的或无机酸,氢氟酸除外(其能导致不合需要的固体氟化物沉淀)。因此,该酸的非限制性实例为氢氯酸、硫酸或硝酸。流变性能主要受到酸强度(acid strength)的影响,而非阴离子的类型。
有机酸优选为甲酸、乙酸或柠檬酸。可使用其它酸,例如乙酸、硼酸、乳酸、甲磺酸和乙磺酸,但是使用甲酸、乙酸或柠檬酸形成的凝胶更稳定。在砂岩基岩增产措施中,对主要措施而言作为预冲洗液的酸的选择取决于地层的绝对和相对泥沙和粘土的含量、它的渗透率和HCl敏感矿物的存在,例如亚氯酸盐、海绿石和沸石。这些预冲洗酸通常含有HCl和有机酸。有机酸代替了一些HCl,这是因为高HCl浓度可能通过使细屑松动和/或使沙石分解而损害地层。为了操作简单,有利地但不是必须地是,在自转向预冲洗砂岩的酸中使用与在HCl预冲洗液(其实际上将遵循自转向预冲洗砂岩 的酸)中相同的有机酸/无机酸选择和组合。
醇优选为甲醇。乙醇、丙醇、异丙醇、乙二醇和丙二醇可用于低温应用中。醇的目的是当温度低时以及分解产物之一是高熔点的脂肪酸,例如可为固体的C22脂肪酸时,防止淤泥的形成。所需醇的量取决于温度和形成的任何脂肪酸的憎水末端(tail)的化学结构。例如,在约93℃之上,一般只要求约1%甲醇,以防止从BET-E形成淤泥。
在含水自转向预冲洗砂岩的酸中表面活性剂浓度一般为约1至约6wt%(活性成分);优选为约2至约4%;最优选为约3%。选择表面活性剂的量,以使流体建立足够的粘度,以有效充当转向剂,但是在所需的时间之后,表面活性剂的降解将减小该粘度。该无机酸的浓度,例如HCl,为约6至约20wt%,优选为约6至约15%;最优选为约12%。有机酸的浓度,例如甲酸,为约0至约20wt%,优选为约5至约10%;最优选为约6%。醇的浓度,例如甲醇,为约0至约10wt%,优选为约1至约6%;最优选为约6%。选择醇的浓度以防止淤泥形成。
对砂岩地层增产而言,优选的流体是氢氯酸/氢氟酸(“泥酸”)混合物,在这种情况下,这种处理通常称为“基岩酸化”。泥酸的主要缺陷是它们反应太快,并且因此贫乏地穿透(作为没有用完的酸)至地层中,以及它们对井筒管状组分(tubular components)高度腐蚀。有机酸是对无机酸限制的部分解答。有机酸的主要益处是较低腐蚀性和低反应速率(这允许没有用完的酸的更大径向穿透率)。在常规处理中使用的有机酸是甲酸和乙酸。当单独使用时,这两种酸均具有众多缺点。首先,它们远比无机酸昂贵。第二,虽然它们具有较低反应速率,它们也具有更加较低的反应性-实际上,它们并不使原料反应耗尽,而是保持与地下岩石处于平衡。因此,1摩尔HCl产生1摩尔可获得的酸(即,H+),但1摩尔乙酸产生显著小于1摩尔可获得的酸。
“基岩酸化”是指用含有反应性酸的增产流体处理油藏地层。在砂岩地层中,酸与可溶性物质反应,可溶性物质或是存在于原始地层基岩中(特别是将砂粒粘结在一起的物质或松散砂粒之间的物质,尽管一些沙石也可被溶解)或者从在钻井或完井期间使用的流体中引入。这清除了或扩大了孔空间。基岩酸化处理改进了地层渗透率,以使得油藏流体的产量能够增加。基岩酸化操作理想地运行在高流速下,但在低于地层的压裂压力的处理压力下。这使得酸穿透地层以及延伸处理深度,而避免了对油藏地层的损害。
“砂岩”是指碎屑沉积岩(clastic sedimentary rock),它的颗粒主要是砂粒尺寸的。该术语常用来暗示固结砂(consolidated sand)或者由主要是石英砂形成的岩石,但是砂岩通常含有长石、岩石碎片、云母和多种附加的矿物颗粒,它们由硅石或者其它种类的结合剂(cement)结合在一起。砂岩地层通常含有少量碳酸盐岩,一般为约1至2%,作为砂粒之间的结合剂。“碳酸盐岩”是指主要矿物组成(一般为95%或更多)是方解石(石灰石)和文石(均为CaCO3)和白云石[CaMg(CO3)2]的物质,在白云石化作用期间能代替方解石的物质。HCl基本上仅与碳酸盐反应;HF也与硅酸盐和硅石反应。
已经推荐可以进行转向,以使本发明实施方式的含水自转向预冲洗砂岩的酸穿透至泥酸处理的侵入深度的至少约10%的径向距离,以获得令人满意的转向。然而,可以避免更深的侵入,以使含水自转向预冲洗砂岩的酸的使用效率最大化,以及对地层的损害最小化。在适当设计的处理中,在注入含水自转向预冲洗砂岩的酸后,在高渗透率(和/或未受损害的和/或含水的)区域中(以下,将其定义成基岩增产流体的“非目标”区域)存在含水自转向预冲洗砂岩的酸凝胶的长塞子(plug),和在低渗透率(和/或损害的和/或含油的)区域(以下,将其定义成基岩增产流体的“目标”区域)中存在含水自转向预冲洗砂岩的酸凝胶的短塞子。注意对于“塞子”,我们并不是指地层变得不可渗透,而是指塞子是由于粘性凝胶的存在而渗透率减小的区域。含水自转向预冲洗砂岩的酸被设计成直到注入基岩增产流体后才分解(因此,它能阻塞基岩增产流体进入非目标区域),因而为了处理目标区域,低粘度的基岩增产流体必须通过高粘度的含水自转向预冲洗砂岩的酸的短塞子渗入(finger through)。因此,为了成功,必须注入合适量的含水自转向预冲洗砂岩的酸和在含水自转向预冲洗砂岩的酸和基岩增产流体之间存在合适粘度差异。
因为砂岩不可避免地含有至少少量的含有钙的碳酸盐,当砂岩基岩增产措施涉及HF,以溶解二氧化硅时,那么必须涉及某种方式来防止Ca++与F-之间的相互作用,否则CaF2将沉积。这不可避免地是指按顺序注入不同的流体。
在砂岩酸化中注入流体的优选顺序是任选的互溶剂预冲洗夜,然后是任选的盐水隔离液,然后是含水自转向预冲洗砂岩的酸,然后是任选的HCl预冲洗液(其将进入待增产的区域),然后是HCl/HF主酸流体(泥酸)(其将进 入待增产的区域),然后是后冲洗液。可使用任何溶解砂岩的酸,即具有不同浓度和比例的HCl和HF的泥酸、其中HF是产生于前体而非直接添加的酸、以及含有用于铝的鳌合剂的酸,如多羧酸和氨基多羧酸。在油井中使用互溶剂预冲洗液(例如,水中的约10%乙二醇一丁醚),以从与含水自转向预冲洗砂岩的酸接触的岩石中除去油;完成该操作是为了防止表面活性剂与油的接触,这是因为油将起到胶束破裂剂(micelle breaker)的作用。如果使用互溶剂,则然后使用盐水隔离液(例如,约3至约5%氯化铝),以从与含水自转向预冲洗砂岩的酸接触的岩石中置换互溶剂,这是因为互溶剂也将起到胶束破裂剂的作用。通常,HCl或HCl/HF也包含有机酸,例如乙酸或甲酸。互溶剂,例如水中的10%乙二醇一丁醚,用作后冲洗液,以从表面中抽提任何油湿润的表面活性剂,并且留下水润湿物(water wet)。在现有技术的常规砂岩酸化中,HCl预冲洗液一般为含有腐蚀抑制剂的5至15%HCl溶液。它置换Na+和K+,并且溶解方解石(碳酸钙)。这防止了当引入HF时,氟硅酸钠或钾或氟化钙的随后沉淀,并且节省了较昂贵的HF。本发明实施方式的含水自转向预冲洗砂岩的酸代替了一些或全部常规的HCl预冲洗液。通常,在含水自转向预冲洗砂岩的酸之后,将仍然使用常规的HCl预冲洗液,这是因为有必要预冲洗待增产的区域。后冲洗液(对油井而言是烃,如柴油(diesel),或15%HCl;对气井而言,酸或气体,如氮气或天然气)也将反应的HF与可用来冲洗管道的盐水隔离,以及使地层中和任何已经形成了的沉淀恢复至水湿润的条件。如果后冲洗液是气体,则在最后HCl/HF阶段中加入任意助排剂(clean-up additive)。可以重复阶段的顺序,例如连续处理被井眼(borehole)穿透的地层部分,例如每次约15至约25英尺。预冲洗液和/或后冲洗液也帮助最小化化学转向剂、处理液和油中的任何不相容性。取决于流体的配制、处理期限和温度,在将最后的流体注入后,可以将井关闭一小段时间,以充分分解含水自转向预冲洗砂岩的酸中的表面活性剂,然后倒转井以及开始流体生产。
根据凝胶应当稳定的温度和时间以及然后凝胶应当降解所经过的时间,与给定体积的岩石接触的含水自转向预冲洗砂岩的酸流体的体积,岩石是否含有无机酸敏感的矿物(特别是HCl敏感的矿物)和与给定体积的岩石反应的酸的数量,选择含水自转向预冲洗砂岩的酸中无机酸的浓度。除最后的(last piece)信息之外,几乎所有信息都可从地质信息和作业设计中确 定;如果可获得岩石试样,则最后的信息可由简单的实验操作确定,或者如果岩石组成是已知的,则最后的信息可计算。使用该信息,可容易确定无机酸浓度,以使泵送时流体具有低粘度,与岩石的反应将充分降低酸的浓度,粘度将显著增加(例如至少50cP),以及足量的酸将剩余在凝胶中以在合适时间内降解表面活性剂。最佳的无机酸浓度的非限制性实例为约12%HCl。
趋势是初始流体中总的酸浓度越高,配制时它的粘度越低。这是理想的,因为较低粘度的流体更容易注入以及因为在泵送的流体和在一些酸已经消耗之后所获较高粘度的流体之间存在较大的粘度差异(并且因此更好的转向)。然而,另一方面,对许多HCl敏感的地层而言,HCl浓度应当尽可能得保持低,并且所需的额外的酸应当与有机酸一起提供,但是另一方面,如果地层不对HCl敏感并且含有大量碳酸盐(因此,HCl含量将通过消耗被大量减少),那么可使用较高的HCl浓度,任选地根本没有有机酸。必须打破流体在合适的时间和空间增加粘度的能力,以及流体随后分解的趋势之间的另一平衡。如果配制剂在较宽的温度范围内起作用,则其是理想的。本发明实施方式的流体的粘度增加的产生并不是取决于温度的,而是取决于总的酸浓度的降低;然而,流体稳定性取决于温度和酸浓度两者。
本发明实施方式的含水自转向预冲洗砂岩的酸也可以用作另一种形式的基岩增产的转向剂,通过鳌合剂的砂岩处理,类似于砂岩酸化的处理。在通过鳌合剂的砂岩处理中,将含有高浓度的这种鳌合剂(例如,其非限制性实例为,乙二胺四乙酸、羟乙基乙二胺四乙酸或羟乙基亚氨基乙酸或它们的各种盐或这些酸和/或它们的盐的混合物)的流体注入砂岩基岩中,以溶解碳酸盐岩损害。这些处理可在一个十分宽的pH范围内进行,pH范围为约2至约10。一般地,鳌合剂或它们的盐以它们在所使用的pH值下的溶解度上限而存在于处理液中。一个通过鳌合剂的优选的砂岩处理方法是在无机强酸(例如,HCl)的存在下使用这种鳌合剂。通过鳌合剂的砂岩处理将区别于其它油田增产处理,例如压裂或酸化,其中更少量的这些鳌合剂作为稳定剂或金属控制剂而存在。
本发明实施方式的流体和方法在一定时间内在高于表面活性剂在强酸中分解的温度下使用,所述一定时间为足够长以完成泥酸基岩酸化处理,但是足够短以在合理的时间后开始回流和生产。对每种表面活性剂/酸组合 而言,存在这样的温度,高于该温度时,对进行的足够长的泥酸基岩酸化处理而言,凝胶将不再保持充分稳定。对每种表面活性剂而言,存在这样的温度,当低于该温度时,分解太慢,以致于分解不实际,这是因为即使无机酸的浓度十分高,也不会在足够短的时间内破坏表面活性剂。作为实例,在27℃下表面活性剂BET-E-40对15%HCl稳定超过34小时;在66℃下,在4%HCl内,于2小时内分解;以及在88℃下,在7%HCl内,于1小时内分解。含有7.5wt%原样的的BET-E-40、约7.5wt%HCl、6wt%甲酸和2.6wt%腐蚀抑制剂混合物的凝胶化的流体在66℃下稳定超过100分钟。应当理解:由于酸与地层的反应,所以当注入地层后自转向预冲洗砂岩的酸的酸浓度将远低于初始流体的酸浓度。因此,地层中(或者在实验室实验中的岩芯中)表面活性剂的分解将更低。另一方面,如果随后注入的基岩增产流体是强酸,那么它将增加表面活性剂的分解速率,在这种情况下,它将通过粘性的凝胶化的自转向预冲洗砂岩的酸渗入,并且新鲜的增产流体与凝胶接触。这将有助于转向剂的清理,以及因为在含油和/或损害的和/或低渗透率区域中有较少的转向剂,以及较多的增产流体注入该区域,所以该区域将清理得更快。此外,在其内存在较短的转向剂塞子的区域中,基岩增产流体将更容易穿透(break through)地层,以及与地层的接触更有效。
本发明实施方式的组合物和方法特别有利,这是因为对地下地层或对环境没有产生损害。它也不要求固体物质输送表面装置(solids-handlingsurface equipment)。用作转向剂的多种物质,例如无机盐、淀粉和交联聚合物能通过在井筒表面上形成滤饼或者通过堵塞地层的孔而产生损害。这种损害难以或者不可能消除。转向剂的某些组分可对人体或者对环境有毒。甚至基于粘弹性表面活性剂的某些转向剂可能是有害的。某些表面活性剂对海洋生物有毒;某些表面活性剂能使矿物表面产生不需要的润湿性变化;以及当水和油在地层中或者表面上混合时,某些表面活性剂能导致形成乳液。然而,本发明实施方式的流体中的表面活性剂,当如所描述的使用时,分解成小的无毒产物,该无毒产物不是表面活性剂。它们不妨碍地层中或者表面装置中的流体流动,条件是在某些情况下,包括醇以防止如上所述的淤泥形成。
本发明实施方式的组合物比以前所使用的组合物对环境更友好,这是因为返回至表面的注入流体中不含有表面活性剂并且分解产物中不包含在 水或油中不稳定的任何物质。此外,确信分解产物(例如,由表面活性剂BET-E-40的水解而形成的芥酸和胺)对人体无毒。
当构成含水自转向预冲洗砂岩的酸时,对组分的添加循序没有限制。原样的表面活性剂混合物;水;无机酸;和有机酸;任选物质,如醇;辅助表面活性剂;鳌合剂;和盐可在现场或在独立的位置以任何顺序共混。可供选择地,一些组分的任意组合可在现场或在分离的位置预混合,以及然后另一种或另一些组分可稍后添加。流体可分批混合或一次性(on the fly)混合。可使用标准的混合装置和方法;加热和特殊的搅拌通常不是必须的,但可以使用。在极其冷的周围环境条件下,可使用加热。组分和特定表面活性剂或待使用的表面活性剂的混合物的准确数量将取决于所需的粘度、使用的温度、在粘度降低至预定值以下之前的所需时间以及其它类似的因素。
正如通常用于酸处理的规则,配制剂将一般含有腐蚀抑制剂,最优选为基于季胺的少量腐蚀抑制剂,例如浓度为约0.2wt%至约1.5%,优选为约0.4至约1.0%,最优选为约0.2%至约0.6%。甲酸也可用作腐蚀抑制剂,一般其使用浓度为约0.1至约2.0wt%。根据需要,含水自转向预冲洗砂岩的酸中也可含有油田处理液中常用的所有其它添加剂,例如,但不限于,腐蚀抑制剂助剂、防垢剂、抗微生物剂、漏失控制剂、页岩稳定剂(如氯化铵,氯化四甲基铵或阳离子聚合物)、单价和多价盐和聚电解质、其它表面活性剂、缓冲剂、抗乳化剂、防冻剂(freezing point depressants)、铁还原剂、用于控制某些多价阳离子的鳌合剂,以及其它,条件是它们全部不破坏表面活性剂凝胶的结构、稳定性或者随后的可降解性。类似地,与本发明实施方式的流体一起使用的其它流体,例如隔离液、冲洗液等可含有这样的添加剂,条件是它们不妨碍含水自转向预冲洗砂岩的酸的功能。进行实验室试验或者运行计算机模拟以确保全部添加剂是合适的,是可以期待的并且在本发明实施方式的范围内。
应当注意的是,尽管没有运行试验,预期本发明实施方式的配制剂对铁敏感,特别是对浓度为约2000ppm(百万分率)或更高的铁离子敏感。因此,推荐在酸处理之前,用铁还原剂和鳌合剂进行预冲洗处理。尽管为防止乳液和淤泥,本发明实施方式的配制剂与低浓度的抗乳化剂相容,但是用互溶剂(优选为低分子量的酯、醚或醇,更优选为乙二醇一丁醚)预冲洗井也是 良好的实践。
最重要的是,与多种其它粘弹性表面活性剂类凝胶不同的是,本发明实施方式的配制剂不要求油、地层水或互溶剂从地层中流回用于破裂凝胶,这是因为无机酸起到破裂剂的作用。因此,低渗透率区域内凝胶的破裂将以高渗透率区域内凝胶破裂的相同速率发生。与通过酸破坏表面活性剂相比,通过稀释破裂凝胶是一个更不有效的方法,因此地层水流动进入高渗透率区域内的凝胶将延缓表面活性剂在水区域被酸(通过稀释酸)破坏,因此是延长了而非减小了转向作用。尽管本发明实施方式的配制剂不要求添加胶束或表面活性剂的破裂剂,但是可加入附加的破裂剂,特别是在低温下。
调节该体系,以使破裂时间大于泥酸泵送时间。破裂时间将是下列因素的函数:表面活性剂的选择及它的浓度;温度;酸的选择及它的浓度;阴离子和阳离子(包括离子化形式的其它添加剂,如鳌合剂,如果存在的话)的离子浓度和本性;以及存在的醇的本性和数量。然而,对各种指定的表面活性剂类型而言,期待稳定性大约相同(例如,以时间、温度和酸浓度为函数的BET-O对BET-E),这是因为它们在可降解的化学官能团中具有相同的吸电子基团。(吸电子基团和断裂的键之间的距离很重要)。具有不同吸电子基团的表面活性剂将表现出不同的稳定性范围。起到表面活性剂破裂剂作用的酸的数量变化可用来控制给定温度下凝胶破裂的时间。在含水自转向预冲洗砂岩的酸与砂岩中碳酸盐反应以及形成转向凝胶之后,剩余一定范围的酸浓度,例如对BET-E而言,约4%高至约7%,在该酸浓度下凝胶强度约与给定温度下相同,但是破裂的时间将随着酸浓度增加而减少。
如果需要,可以对流体发泡或者赋予能量(energize),例如利用氮气、二氧化碳或这两者的混合物。BET表面活性剂它们自身是泡沫形成剂(foamformer),但可以添加附加的发泡剂,条件是它们不妨碍含水自转向预冲洗砂岩的酸的功能。这些流体的其它重要用途包括防滤失丸(fluid loss pill)、压井丸(kill pill)或者用于临时选择性的堵水(temporary selective watershutoff)。对这些用途而言,在100秒-1的剪切速率下测量的至少约30至约50cP的粘度是优选的。尽管这些用途是在开采井以获得油和/或气的方面而描述的,但是该流体和方法也可用于注入井(injection well)(例如,用于强化采油或用于储存或处理)或者用于对其它流体,如二氧化碳或水的生产井。
实施例1.进行实验,其中将流体泵送至贝雷(Berea)砂岩的岩芯,以及 在处理之前和之后确定对水的渗透率。在两个Hassler室中,通过外部加热带将直径为1英寸(2.54厘米)、长度为12英寸(30.5厘米)的岩芯加热到所需的温度。第一组实验数据示于表1中。在各种情况中,自转向预冲洗砂岩的酸(SDSA)是7.5%原样的BET-E-40、12%浓HCl、6%甲酸、1%甲醇、2%腐蚀抑制剂“A”(水中的85%甲酸)和0.6%腐蚀抑制剂“B”(含有基于季胺的腐蚀抑制剂的添加剂组合(additive package))的水溶液。该流体称为SDSA-1。在各种情况中,“基岩增产流体”(MSF)是15%浓HCl、6%甲醇、和0.6%腐蚀抑制剂B的水溶液,除了在实验4中,MSF中没有使用甲醇。(将HF从该“基岩增产流体”中省去,以避免实验复杂性。)含有6%甲醇的流体称为MSF-1。将各种流体以2.5ml/min的速度注入。关井操作在岩芯内MSF的温度下。
表1.单岩芯实验
试验1-3中的趋势是由于表面活性剂的水解;关井时间越长,表面活性剂水解越多,清理更好,以及因此重获得的渗透率(regained permeability)更大。在实验4中,不限于理论,但认为注入的MSF不足够,所以该体系可能不能维持足够高的酸浓度,以用于充分水解。在实验5中,不限于理论,但认为更好的结果是由于更多的水解和更多增产(更大的CaCO3溶解)两者的原因,相对于实验4,它们来自于较长的关井时间和较多的MSF。这些结果表明了设计作业的重要性,以获得转向、增产和清理中的全部三个。
图3显示了实验5中在流体注入期间,穿过岩芯的压降。从图中可知,在注入自转向预冲洗砂岩的酸期间,当凝胶粘度在岩芯内由于碳酸盐溶解消耗HCl而增加时,穿过岩芯的压降稳定增加。当引入低粘度的基岩增产 流体时,压降保持高,这表明对该流体流动的阻力大。不限于理论,但认为在地下地层中,流体将转向至不同的区域;在没有选择的这样的情况下,低粘度的流体通过转向剂渗入。在约40分钟时,它明显地突破,其后压降保持得相当明显和稳定,这表明在岩芯孔隙中仍然存在转向剂。在实验开始时,在水渗透率测量期间的压降为14psi(0.097MPa)。实际上,正是这种渗入(由于粘度差异)导致本发明实施方式的方法的成功。在适当设计的处理中,在注入SDSA之后,在高渗透率(和/或未损害的和/或含水的)区域中存在SDSA凝胶的长塞子,以及在低渗透率(和/或损害的和/或含油的)区域中存在SDSA凝胶的短塞子。该SDSA设计为直到注入MSF之后才分解(因此,它可阻塞MSF进入非目标区域),因此为了处理目标区域,低粘度的MSF必须通过高粘度的SDSA渗入。
实施例2.进行多个双岩芯实验,其中使用与实施例1中相同的方法,不同之处在于:通过分流器注入该流体,以使其等量进入双岩芯中的每个岩芯。以恒定的总流速,将流体泵送至这两个岩芯。然而,进入各个岩芯的流速取决于岩芯的相对渗透率、实验期间岩芯中流体粘度的变化(当不同长度的凝胶塞子建立时)、以及当凝胶塞子被破坏时的清理。测量进入个岩芯的流体量(以及穿过岩芯的压降)。各个实验的基本数据示于表2中。

这些实验结果示于图4-12中。在这些图中,进入各岩芯的正在被注入的流体的瞬时重量百分比显示为时间的函数。各图显示注入SDSA,简短地延迟几分钟之后,同时改变正在被注入的流体,然后注入MSF。例如,在实验6(图4)中,持续注入SDSA-1第一个25分钟,然后在约2分钟的流体改变时间之后,持续注入MSF-1约18分钟。初始时,几乎80%SDSA-1进入含水岩芯;约11分钟之后,等量的DSDS-1进入各岩芯;在转向剂注入 结束时,60%流体进入含油岩芯。在开始注入MSF时,几乎80%流体进入含水岩芯,随着继续注入MSF,进入含水岩芯的流体量增加。
图4和5显示了两个实验(6和7),其中在各种情况中,用水测得初始渗透率之后,一个岩芯首先注入有一孔隙体积以上的柴油。因此,在转向实验的初始阶段,一个岩芯含有作为连续相的柴油,以及处于低的水饱和;另一岩芯只含有水。在这些实验的各个中,两个岩芯的初始渗透率约相同。从各种情况中可知,起初80-90%SDSA进入含水岩芯,但是随着注入继续,越来越多的SDSA进入含油岩芯。不限于理论,但认为这是因为起初,含水注入流体将进入含水岩芯,但高粘度凝胶的塞子及时形成在含水岩芯中。在实验7中,SDSA的注入正好在大约等量的SDSA进入各岩芯时停止。在该实验中,当将注入的流体切换至MSF时大多数MSF进入含油岩芯,这正是油田中合适转向所需的。然而,在实验6中,远在等量SDSA进入各岩芯的时刻之前,继续注入SDSA;尽管没有显示,当继续泵送时,两个岩芯中压力已变得非常高。在这种情况下,当将注入的流体切换至MSF时,大多数MSF进入含水岩芯。尽管不限于理论,但是认为已经向含油岩芯中注入太多的转向剂,因此当开始含水的MSF时,它优选进入含水岩芯。这些结果证明必须选择准确量的SDSA以及如果作业没有合适设计,则将会使用太多。
实验8和9(图6和7)是成功处理的极好实例。在各种情况中,岩芯被盐水饱和,然后注入约一孔隙体积的SDSA,然后注入MSF。在实验8中,“MSF”是NH4Cl;在实验9中,它主要是HCl。正如所期待的,在各种情况中,SDSA主要进入高渗透率的岩芯。然而,不限于理论,但是因为在各个实验中,注入的SDSA总量等于两个岩芯的全部孔隙体积,以及在实验8中进入高渗透率岩芯的流体比进入低渗透率岩芯的流体约多1倍,以及在实验9中进入高渗透率岩芯的流体比进入低渗透率岩芯的流体约多3倍,所以认为在各种情况中,高渗透率岩芯充满粘性SDSA凝胶,而低渗透率岩芯只在前端含有一些凝胶。然后,当注入MSF时,起初它进入高渗透率岩芯,但是随着时间推移,其通过较少量的凝胶渗入低渗透率岩芯中,并且最终更多MSF进入低渗透率岩芯,这正是成功转向所需的。然后在温度下关闭该体系12小时,以及用水再次测量各岩芯的渗透率。在各种情况中,初始低渗透率岩芯比初始高渗透率岩芯恢复其渗透率的比值高得多。实际 上,低渗透率岩芯(认为当关闭12小时后,其充满有酸(即使酸是HCl以及不含有HF))实验后比实验前更容易渗透。这可能是由于岩芯中至少一些碳酸盐溶解。当“MSF”中不含有酸时,这没有发生。
实验10(无图)显示砂岩必须具有消耗SDSA中酸的一定能力。在该实验中,在注入SDSA之前,岩芯淹没(flood)有两孔隙体积以上的12%HCl。认为这是消耗了所有碳酸盐。SDSA没有产生任何转向。当开始MSF时,大部分MSF进入高渗透率岩芯,并且当继续注入MSF时,越来越多的MSF进入高渗透率岩芯。到实验结束时,比从初始渗透率所预测的稍微较多部分的MSF进入高渗透率岩芯。实验之后,各岩芯对水的渗透率略高于实验之前的渗透率。
实验11-15(图8-12)全都显示了岩芯淹没,这证明了通过SDSA成功转向。(这些图中各图显示,在最初几分钟内,注入小于约0.2孔隙体积的盐水的全部,以用来确定初始渗透率。)这些实验显示各种温度、渗透率、渗透率差异和关井时间。在各种情况中,SDSA中大多数初始进入高渗透率岩芯,但是MSF中大多数最终进入低渗透率岩芯,以及由于更有效的清理和更有效的增产的原因,试验后低渗透率岩芯的重获得的渗透率较大。
尽管这些方法在此已经描述用于,以及最通常用于,油气开采,但是它们也使用在注入井中以及用于生产其它流体,如水或盐水。
Claims (10)
1.自转向预冲洗砂岩的酸组合物,其包括水、能形成粘弹性凝胶的酸可水解的表面活性剂、6至20wt%的无机酸,和5至20wt%的选自甲酸、柠檬酸、乙酸、硼酸、乳酸、甲磺酸和乙磺酸的酸,其中在中和全部酸的小于1/3时,所述组合物使粘度在170秒-1下增加至少50cP;
其中表面活性剂具有下述酰胺结构:
式中,R1是为支链或直链的、芳族的、脂族的或烯属的烃基,且具有14至26个碳原子,且可含有胺;R2为氢或具有1至4个碳原子的烷基;R3为具有1至10个碳原子的烃基;以及Y为使酰胺基难于水解的吸电子基团;
其中无机酸选自氢氯酸、硫酸和硝酸。
2.权利要求1的酸组合物,其中Y为选自季胺、氧化胺、磺酸酯和羧酸的官能团。
4.权利要求3的酸组合物,其中R具有17至22个碳原子。
5.权利要求3的酸组合物,其中n为3至5。
6.权利要求3的酸组合物,其中p为1至3。
7.权利要求3的酸组合物,其中表面活性剂是具有下述结构的内铵盐:

8.上述权利要求中任何一项的酸组合物,其进一步包括选自甲醇、乙醇、丙醇、异丙醇、乙二醇和丙二醇中的醇。
9.处理具有被井筒穿透的非目标区域和目标区域的砂岩地层的方法,所述方法包括:将上述权利要求中任一项的自转向预冲洗砂岩的酸组合物注入井筒中,以选择性地阻塞非目标区域中的孔结构,其中在给定温度和pH下,表面活性剂的水解要比酸处理多用至少1小时,正如通过该流体粘度在100秒-1的剪切速率下减少至小于50cP而确定的。
10.权利要求9的方法,其包括:将权利要求1-8中任一项的自转向预冲洗砂岩的酸组合物注入井筒中,以选择性地阻塞非目标区域中的孔结构,以便选择性地阻碍流体进入非目标区域而允许流体进入目标区域中;以及然后将基岩增产流体注入地层中,其中基岩增产流体从非目标区域转向至目标区域。
