Description

可燃粉体旋流组合燃烧器
所属技术领域
本发明涉及一种燃烧器,特别是一种用于气化炉和加热炉的以可燃粉体为燃料的旋流组合燃烧器。
背景技术
现有的煤气化技术中,以Texaco与Shell的工艺比较成熟,在国内很多厂家得到应用,两者在燃烧器设计方面各有特色。其中Texaco气化炉燃烧器以水煤浆为燃料,该燃烧器分为三层通道,中心通道介质为氧气,第二层通道介质为水煤浆,最外层通道介质仍为氧气。这种结构的燃烧器已很成熟,但也有自身的不足:(1)水煤浆对喷头有很强的磨损,因此必须经常更换磨损部件(磨损部件寿命一般为30~60天);(2)水煤浆与氧气采用直流结构使得燃烧火焰较长,相应炉体长度也增加;(3)燃烧器使用盘管冷却结构,在拆装时极易造成损坏;(4)燃烧器点火方式采用预热燃烧器对炉体内耐火砖加热,炉膛温度达到水煤浆的燃烧温度后进行切换,对水煤浆点火,点火方式操作繁琐;(5)此结构要求煤能制作成高浓度,高稳定性,流变特性好的水煤浆,要求煤磨成按一定粒度分布的煤浆,为了改善水煤浆的特性,还要加入一定量的添加剂,即使如此,仍有部分煤种不适宜制成水煤浆,使用范围受到局限。
Shell煤粉气化设备以燃料为干煤粉,采用高压氮气输送入气化炉,对煤种的适用范围宽,对煤的粒度、黏结性、含硫量、含氧量及灰份含量不敏感,其结构由四套燃烧器沿圆周均布在炉子中下部,四套燃烧器在炉内形成对冲火焰,合成气从气化炉上端排放,炉渣从下端排放。Shell燃烧器的不足是:(1)虽然结构简单,采用直流结构,火焰较长,但本身未带点火装置,需在气化炉内另加点火装置进行点火;(2)Shell燃烧器煤粉与氧气的混合过程主要靠炉内的四对冲结构来实现,未加旋流结构,单个燃烧器无法单独工作,因此Shell燃烧器适用范围小,只适用于火焰对冲结构的炉体。
发明内容
本发明的技术解决问题是:克服现有技术的不足,提供一种雾化效果好,使用寿命长,结构紧凑简单,易于实现,火焰粗壮,燃烧效率高,适用范围广泛的可燃粉体旋流组合燃烧器。
本发明的技术方案:可燃粉体旋流组合燃烧器,其特征在于:在燃烧器壳体的中心设置有一次风管,一次风管中心放置有点火装置,一次风管端盖上布置火焰监测器;燃料气进口管道与气化剂进口管道并接在一起与一次风管连接,两种气体通过阀门进行切换;一次风管外有二次粉管,二次粉管由直管段和弯头组成。可燃粉体从弯头进口进入,弯头的弯曲半径为直管段直径的20~60倍,一次风管从二次粉管的弯头处沿燃烧器轴向***,二次粉管出口位置加装可燃粉体旋流装置;二次粉管外有三次风道,三次风道由燃烧器最外层的冷却夹套套在二次粉管外侧形成,三次风道设有氧化剂进口管,三次风道末端收缩段布置有氧化剂旋流装置。冷却夹套由一环形空腔内加一层夹板构成。
本发明的原理:燃烧器的一次风管中心***高能点火棒,点火时一次风管内流过燃料气,三次风道同时供应适量氧化剂,燃料气经点火棒点燃后,打开可燃粉体进料阀门,氧化剂的供应量逐渐增加,用燃料气火焰点燃可燃粉体,然后逐渐停止燃料气供气,一次风管介质切换为气化剂。可燃粉体由辅助气体输送进入弯头,弯头弯曲半径为相接直管段直径的20~50倍,弯头弯曲角度为10°~60°,选取较大的弯曲半径是为了保证可燃粉体受到的离心力较小,否则会造成燃烧器出口可燃粉体均匀性不一致。可燃粉体进口采用直管会造成结构繁琐。二次粉管出口处可加装可燃粉体旋流装置,对粉体进行旋流。粉体从二次粉管喷出后,与一次风管喷出的气化剂进行预混,气化剂可以对可燃粉体进行预热和稀释,同时对粉体加速。三次风道的介质为氧化剂,风道末端设有氧化剂旋流装置,氧化剂经旋流后喷出,遇到混合的可燃粉体与气化剂后,三者迅速混合。粉体与氧化剂均采用旋流方式喷出是为了加快混合速度,对组织燃烧有利,同时燃烧火焰变短,***。火焰对燃烧器的辐射很强。一次风管和二次粉管在燃烧器正常工作时可以通过气化剂实现对通道和喷头的冷却保护作用。点火棒在点燃可燃粉体后可撤出,以避免高温辐射对点火装置的损坏。燃烧器外部加冷却夹套进行保护,夹套内的介质可以是水或其他冷却介质。夹套由一块夹板分为两层,介质由外层进入,经循环后由内层流出。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:
(1)气化剂对可燃粉体进行预混和加速,利于可燃粉体与氧化剂混合,避免了对粉体直接加速对输送管路造成的磨损。
(2)气化剂与燃料气利用同一根管路进行输送,不仅简化了燃烧器结构,同时避免了对一次风管和二次粉管另设计冷却结构。
(3)弯头弯曲半径的合理选取,简化了结构,避免燃烧器出口可燃粉体均匀性不一致。
(4)实现了中心点火,点火装置在点火后可撤出,拆装灵活,点火装置使用寿命延长。
(5)氧化剂与可燃粉体出口均设置旋流装置,加快二者混合速度,燃烧时形成短而粗的火焰,减少炉体长度。
(6)冷却介质很强的吸热能力保护燃烧器不被烧蚀,延长了燃烧器的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,点火棒1、一次风管2、直管4、冷却夹套12和可燃粉体旋流装置10、氧化剂旋流装置13同心放置。燃烧器壳体的中心设置有一次风管2,一次风管2中心***点火棒1,一次风管2端盖上布置火焰监测器21;燃料气管道与气化剂管道并接入一根管道,与进口20连接,进口20与一次风管2连接,燃料气和气化剂通过阀门进行切换;一次风管2外有二次粉管,二次粉管由直管段4和弯头3组成,可燃粉体从弯头3进口进入,弯头3的弯曲半径为直管段直径的20~60倍,弯头弯曲角度为10°~60°,一次风管2从弯头3处沿燃烧器轴向***,一次风管2外壁与二次粉管内壁形成二次粉道18,二次粉管出口位置加装可燃粉体旋流装置10;二次粉管外有三次风道15,三次风道15由燃烧器最外层的冷却夹套12套在二次粉管的直管4外侧形成,三次风道15末端收缩段布置有氧化剂旋流装置13;冷却夹套12冷却夹套由一环形空腔内插一层夹板9构成,并与盖板6,盖板7焊接,形成外层冷却通道11和内层冷却通道14,盖板5与冷却夹套12内层圆筒以及直管4外壁连接;冷却介质进口管道8与冷却夹套12外壁连接,冷却介质流入外层通道11,最后从冷却夹套12底部转入内层通道14,由出口16流出;冷却介质出口管道16与夹板9连接,一次风管2、二次粉管的直管4和冷却夹套12沿轴向方向依次伸长,并在燃烧器出口处截面积减小,保持锥形出口结构,且二次粉管直管的收缩段喷口长度略长于一次风管2出口,冷却夹套12收缩段喷口长度略长于二次粉管直管4出口。
火焰监测装置21能穿过气体介质,感应火焰区域高温。可燃粉体旋流装置10和氧化剂旋流装置13为常用装置,它由扇形叶片弯折后沿圆周均匀焊接于管壁上制作而成。一次风管1、直管段4、弯头3、旋流叶片和冷却夹套12头部均采用耐高温、耐冲刷的合金材料,例如HAYNES 188合金。点火棒1和火焰监测装置21可以外购。
本发明的工作过程:燃料气从进口20进入,通过一次风管19喷出,同时氧化剂从氧化剂进口17进入,通过三次风道15经旋流装置13旋流后喷出,二者在三次风道15出口处混合后被点火装置1点燃。燃料气被点燃后,可燃粉体从进口3进入,同时增大氧化剂流量,可燃粉体通过二次粉道18经旋流装置10旋流后喷出,与氧化剂混合后被燃料气火焰点燃。正常工作时,点火装置1可撤出,通过阀门控制逐渐减少燃料气流量,同时打开气化剂阀门逐渐增大气化剂流量。气化剂由进口20进入,取代燃料气通过一次风管19。整个工作过程,冷却夹套12始终有冷却介质通过,以保护燃烧器。燃烧器结束燃烧时,停止可燃粉体进料,最后停止氧化剂进料。

Claims (3)

1、可燃粉体旋流组合燃烧器,其特征在于:在燃烧器壳体的中心设置有一次风管,一次风管中心***点火装置,一次风管端盖上布置火焰监测装置;燃料气进口管道与气化剂进口管道并接后与一次风管连接,两者通过阀门进行切换;一次风管外有二次粉管,二次粉管由直管段和弯头焊接而成,可燃粉体从弯头进口进入,一次风管从二次粉管的弯头处沿燃烧器轴向***,二次粉管出口位置加装可燃粉体旋流装置;二次粉管外有三次风道,三次风道由燃烧器最外层的冷却夹套套在二次粉管外侧形成,三次风道连有氧化剂进口管,末端收缩段有氧化剂旋流装置。
2、根据权利要求1所述的可燃粉体旋流组合燃烧器,其特征在于:所述的弯头弯曲半径为直管段直径的20~60倍,弯曲角度为10°~60°。
3、根据权利要求1所述的可燃粉体旋流组合燃烧器,其特征在于:所述的冷却夹套由一环形空腔内加一层夹板构成。
