Abstract

本发明公开了一种无泡无磷消毒洗涤剂。该洗涤剂按重量百分比计算,含有AEO-9 0.5~3.0%,聚醚L-62 1.0~4.0%,A92R 0.05~0.5%,丙烯酸-马来酸共聚物0.2~2.5%,三氯生0.2~2.0%,纯碱1.0~5.0%,聚醚改性有机硅消泡剂0.1~1.0%,水为余量。本发明的消毒洗涤剂同时兼具消毒和洗涤两种功能,消毒洗涤效果好,高效无毒,无污染。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种组合物,具体的说涉及一种消毒洗涤剂。
背景技术
目前,应用于工业生产和日常使用的消毒和洗涤产品种类繁多,但同时兼具消毒和洗涤功能且作用效果显著又安全环保的产品极少。现有的消毒洗涤剂大多含有不同程度毒性的化学成份,其对环境和人畜有很大危害。大多消毒洗涤剂含磷,泡沫丰富,限制了其使用范围,市场呼唤高性能环保型消毒洗涤剂面世。
三氯生(克力恩),化学名称为2.4.4′-三氯-2′-羟基二苯醚,结构式:

三氯生微溶于水,能溶于多种有机溶剂及表面活性剂,对强酸强碱及热具有高度稳定性,对引起感染或病原性革兰氏阳性及阴性菌、真菌、酵母及病毒(如甲、乙肝炎病毒、狂犬病毒、艾滋病毒HIV)等都具有广泛的杀灭及抑制作用;对皮肤无刺激性;对抗抗生素菌和非抗生素菌同样有效。
三氯生与人体皮肤有很好的相容性,长期广泛的动物毒理实验也证明了三氯生在建议使用范围及用量下,能够达到当今世界对化学品毒性的国际标准,是目前国际上推崇的安全高效广谱抗菌剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有消毒洗涤剂的环保问题,提供一种无色、无味、无毒、安全性好的高性能消毒洗涤剂。
本发明的无泡无磷消毒洗涤剂,按重量百分比计算,由如下组分组成:
    AEO-9                       0.5~3.0%
    聚醚L-62                    1.0~4.0%
    A92R                        0.05~0.5%
    丙烯酸-马来酸共聚物         0.2~2.5%
    三氯生                      0.2~2.0%
    聚醚改性有机硅消泡剂        0.1~1.0%
    纯碱                        1.0%~5.0%
    水                          余量。
上述无泡无磷消毒洗涤剂,其特征在于用NaOH调节无泡无磷消毒洗涤剂的pH=13。
上述无泡无磷消毒洗涤剂,其特征在于用柠檬酸调节无泡无磷消毒洗涤剂的pH=7.0~7.5。
本发明的无泡无磷消毒洗涤剂制备方法简单,将各个组分按比例混合均匀即可。
本发明的无泡无磷消毒洗涤剂使用方便,用水稀释30~50倍后,可室温下使用,也可以在30~40℃水中使用,消毒和洗涤时间为2~5分钟。
本发明的产品为无色透明溶液,稀释50倍后,1分钟杀灭大肠杆菌达到为100%。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明的无泡无磷消毒洗涤剂配方中,采用了消毒杀菌剂三氯生。三氯生为国际上流行的高效安全抗菌消毒剂,可以杀死大肠杆菌,金黄色葡萄球菌,白色念株菌,具有对化脓性球菌,肠道致病菌,和真菌的消毒作用,经实验测得其有效杀菌浓度为80ppm,广泛应用于化妆品,卫生洗液,洗涤用品,医疗器械,食品器具的杀菌消毒,对细菌无抗药性,目前其市场价格为140元/kg,而同样是杀菌剂的洗必泰(氯己定)的市场价格为460/kg。因此,本发明的无泡无磷消毒洗涤剂成本低,具有很好的性价比。
2、三氯生能被表面活性剂的胶束分散和包围在配方体系中,从而使微溶于水的三氯生能和较高浓度(1.5%以上)的表面活性剂形成均一透明溶液。选用L-62具有良好的乳化性能和分散性能,良好的除油污性能,作为洗涤剂的活性成份,无色、无味、无毒、安全性好。而AEO-9与L-62复配,使配方体系的HLB值达到了净洗所要求的值,从而使产品具有良好的洗涤功能。同时三氯生在液体水溶液中稳定性好,耐酸碱性好,适合于产品配方的无泡性能。
3、本配方使用了NTA和丙烯酸、马来酸共聚物作为金属离子螯合剂,其络合性能和分散能力很好,并且能完全生物降解,不含磷,从而不会对环境造成污染,是一种很好的环保型产品。
具体实施方式
实施例1
AEO-9 2.3克,A92R(Na3-NTA)0.7克,聚醚L-62 2.5克,丙烯酸-马来酸共聚物1.2克,三氯生0.5克,聚醚改性有机硅消泡剂0.3克,纯碱3克,用NaOH调节pH=13,水余量。均匀混合制得100克无泡无磷消毒洗涤剂。本发明的无泡无磷消毒洗涤剂无色、无味、无毒、无泡。取10ml稀释50倍液于30ml比色管中,剧烈振荡10次,泡沫高度为25mm,3~4秒钟后泡沫全部消失,泡沫高度为0。
实施例2
AEO-9 3克,A92R(Na3-NTA)0.4克,聚醚L-62 3.5克,丙烯酸-马来酸共聚物2.4克,三氯生0.5克,聚醚改性有机硅消泡剂0.3克,用柠檬酸调节pH为7.0~7.5,水余量。均匀混合制得100无泡无磷消毒洗涤剂。本发明无泡无磷消毒洗涤剂无色、无味、无毒、无泡。取10ml稀释50倍液于30ml比色管中,剧烈振荡10次,泡沫高度为25mm,3~4秒钟后泡沫全部消失,泡沫高度为0。

1、一种无泡无磷消毒洗涤剂,其特征在于按重量百分比计算,由如下组分组成:
AEO-9                  0.5~3.0%
聚醚L-62               1.0~4.0%
A92R                   0.05~0.5%
丙烯酸-马来酸共聚物    0.2~2.5%
三氯生                 0.2~2.0%
聚醚改性有机硅消泡剂   0.1~1.0%
纯碱                   1.0%~5.0%
NaOH                   用于调节pH=13
水                     余量。
2、如权利要求1所述的无泡无磷消毒洗涤剂,其特征在于按重量百分比计算,由如下组分组成:
