Abstract
本发明公开了一种电磁阀,基本上由阀(1)体构成,阀体包括:流体的出口(7)和入口(1)、有截留端口(5)的腔室(4)、线圈、套筒(8)、活塞(11)、固定芯(16,19,20),其特征在于:在套筒内具有阶梯,其中活塞在套筒内滑动,固定芯在阶梯上紧固到线圈外裙内,线圈利用合适装置连接到阀体。
Description
电磁阀是人们熟知的用于控制流体流通的装置,从本质上讲包括一个阀体和一个带端口的腔室,其中阀体包括该同一流体的入口和出口,腔室的端口由一个受控于活塞的闸关闭,该活塞自行移动到一个套筒内并通过线圈产生的电磁力而返回从而沿一由线圈外的外裙和同轴于活塞的固定芯构成的磁路自行闭合。
计划的解决方法有许多并属于不同的类型。
最大的问题之一是关于套筒-线圈***与阀体的固定,通常这种固定是通过两种主要的方法解决:第一种是将带有固定芯的套筒固定到阀体,或者是紧定它或是用其他专门的***从而可以通过也用专门的***固定线圈而将线圈组装到套筒上。第二种是用螺钉或其他装置将线圈安装到阀体,并使阀体来保持住套筒;因此,所述套筒能直接制于线圈体或被分离。这些解决方法需要昂贵的制作过程和精确的公差,以致于在许多必需的连接器保持所导致的活塞的活动行程的可接受的限度。
通过许多公差的恢复和经济及安装上的节约,本发明轻松解决了这些问题。
两种可能的解决方法在图1,2,3和4中示出。
图1和2分别是被称为双稳态的电磁阀的俯视图和正面图,其中电磁阀在磁路中具有永磁体,因此具有流过一个方向的直流电流的线圈中的脉冲励磁作用使得活塞连接至固定芯,开启流体的通道,并利用一个反信号脉冲释放关闭通过端口的流体通道的活塞。
图3和4分别是传统类型的另一种解决方案的正面图和侧视图,在该解决方案中,带有去激励线圈的活塞利用闸关闭经端口的流体通道,而当线圈被激励时,活塞又开启同一通道。
两种解决办法的特征都在于和固定芯分离的套筒,线圈,外裙,可快速接合到阀体上,其中固定芯位于阀体中并紧固,阀体紧抵同一套筒的专用室从而将外裙压紧到它们的可移式刚性连接室,并且阀体上的带线轴的套筒使得任何部件都紧固不动。
参考图1,阀体表示为号码1,而入口2、至端口5的腔4的通道3位于阀体内,其中端口5通过孔6和出口7相连。
在端口的腔内,带由垫圈9封闭的线圈的线轴的套筒8容纳并停在其中;带线轴的套筒外侧倚靠在磁路板10上;活塞11在套筒内滑动,闸12的外壳在活塞内制成,并由在弹簧推动器14上作用的弹簧13支承;由紧抵固定芯的弹簧15推动活塞11以通过闸闭合端口,这种固定芯由三部分组成:第一部分16,由可磁化的材料制成,带有垫圈17并停止和紧抵在套筒-线轴的阶梯18上;第二部分19,由永磁体构成;第三部分20,由可磁化的材料制成,带有螺纹21,该螺纹通过保证极好的磁闭接合入外裙22内。
所述外裙,其通过板10闭合磁路,通过形成在阀体1中的专用接头24和两翼23连接。
外裙的形状并不是重要的。它可以是圆形也可以具有开口的壳。
很容易理解,阀的安装有多么简单,而一旦通过紧固活塞20来连接外裙,就在外裙和套筒之间形成反作用,以致于该外裙和阀体保持紧密连接,并且通过该套筒的阶梯18固定芯迫使套筒-线轴不动。
该***允许利用通过组装它们本身来集成一体的三部分构成的芯有多么容易,也是很明显的。
另一种引人注意的解决方法如图3所示,其中阀体25由塑料制成,一体地带有套筒-线轴26,并具有一块用于闭合磁路的埋入阀体的板27,板27带有在周边29外侧的凸出28,其中相应槽30与形成于外裙31中的它们连接,这样就能保证同一磁路的连接和闭合;在图中固定芯32由单片制成,并总在阶梯33处受到反作用。
在两幅图中,总的用号码34表示的线圈带有用于电连接的电缆或快速接上(fast-on)连接器,未示出。
在图3描述的解决方法中,所披露的安装十分简单,花费适度,活塞运动行程的保障仅和同一芯体和套筒的公差有关。
Claims (6)
1.一种电磁阀,基本上由阀体、线圈、套筒、活塞、固定芯构成,阀体包括:流体的出口和入口、有截留端口的腔室,其特征在于:在套筒内具有阶梯,其中活塞在套筒内滑动,固定芯作用在阶梯上,固定芯紧固到线圈外裙内,线圈外裙利用合适装置连接到阀体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电磁阀,其特征在于:套筒和线圈线轴是一体的。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电磁阀,其特征在于:套筒和线轴与阀体是一体的。
4.根据权利要求1、2和3所述的电磁阀,其特征在于:外裙制成圆形,并带有合适的凸起,所述凸起接合到阀体的相应腔室内。
5.根据权利要求3所述的电磁阀,其特征在于:用于闭合磁路的板埋入与线轴-套筒一体的阀体内,板并带有凸起,形成在外裙内的合适腔室与凸起接合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的电磁阀,其特征在于:固定芯由三部分组成:由可磁化的材料制成的第一部分,第一部分停止并紧抵在套筒-线轴的阶梯上;第二部分由永磁体构成;也由可磁化的材料制成的第三部分,带有螺纹,该螺纹接合入线圈的外裙内。
