Abstract

本发明提供一种柴油微粒去除装置,其具有外管(4)和多个过滤器单元(5、5),外管(4)组装在柴油发动机(1)的排出路径(2)上,在柴油废气(3)的流入侧及流出侧具有开口,多个过滤器单元安装在该外管(4)上,用于捕获或捕获并燃烧去除前述柴油废气(3)中的微粒;前述多个过滤器单元(5、5)沿前述柴油废气(3)的流路相互连接,并且与前述柴油废气(3)的流入口管(6)及流出口管(7)组合,如果去除流入侧和流出侧,则构成密封结构的内管。由此,能够容易且低成本地再生堵塞的过滤器。

Description

微粒去除装置及具有该装置的柴油车
技术领域
本发明涉及微粒去除装置,特别涉及用加热器或过滤器捕获柴油车、发电机、农机具等上使用的柴油发动机等内燃机的废气中所含的微粒,或把捕获的微粒燃烧去除所使用的微粒去除装置以及具有该去除装置的柴油车。
背景技术
以往,人们对汽车废气的规定的注重点在于以致癌物质二氧化氮为主的氮氧化物(NOx)等方面。
可是,在柴油车废气中存在多量的碳微粒(所谓的黑烟),这种碳微粒经废气通路排到空气中后,长时间在空气中漂浮,最终成为煤灰等飞舞降落到地面、路面、衣服等上。但是,因碳具有良好的吸附性,所以近年来不断有报告表明,与致癌相关物质等各种化学物质吸附在空气中所飘浮的碳微粒上,这种碳微粒被人吸入而进入人体中,引起癌症或呼吸***疾病。
因此,现在,不仅限于氮氧化物(NOx),柴油车的颗粒状物质(PM)的排出限制成为了重要的课题。所以,为了保护环境空气避免受柴油黑烟污染,提供有黑烟捕获装置,该黑烟捕获装置是在车载柴油发动机废气通道中配置由金属纤维和蜂窝状部件等构成的黑烟去除过滤器(例如,参照专利文献1及专利文献2)。
但是,这种黑烟去除过滤器,如果长期使用,会由所捕获黑烟导致堵塞,存在所谓压力损失增大的问题。
作为消除黑烟堵塞的手段,提案有使捕获的颗粒燃烧而再生过滤器功能的柴油颗粒去除装置(例如,参见专利文献3、专利文献4和专利文献5等)。
这种装置具备:具有废气入口和出口的筒状容器、设置在该筒状容器内的入口侧的加热器、在该加热器后部邻接配置的多孔泡沫过滤器、在该多孔泡沫过滤器的后部邻接配置的载有催化剂的过滤器。
在这种结构中,从入口导入的废气与由陶瓷或金属构成的、加热后的加热器接触着火燃烧,由多孔泡沫过滤器与载有催化剂的过滤器捕获去除未燃烧的颗粒。这时,加热器和废气中的热量传导给多孔泡沫过滤器,使被多孔泡沫过滤器捕获的未燃烧颗粒着火燃烧。在位于更下游侧的载有催化剂的过滤器中,因来从加热器及废气传导来的热变少,温度下降,但由载有催化剂的过滤器上的催化剂,促进捕获颗粒的燃烧,所以不会熄火,较多的捕获颗粒能在较低温度下燃烧去除,使过滤器的功能再生。

可是,装置内置的加热器中具有过滤器再生功能的结构虽然理想,但结构复杂且成本高,存在耐久性差的缺陷。
另外,对堵塞还没有发生的过滤器来说,在柴油颗粒去除装置内,与黑烟一起急剧流入含有大量氧的废气时,有可能会出现柴油颗粒去除装置内未燃烧的颗粒爆发性地进行燃烧,即所谓的氧闪燃的现象,而损伤过滤器等。
例如,在长的下坡等中,在使用阻断废气而进行制动的废气制动后,踏动油门踏板的情况下,含有柴油微粒和气体高浓度(例如是通常的4倍)的氧气的废气,急剧流入柴油颗粒去除装置内,从而会爆发性地引起柴油微粒的燃烧,甚至达到近1500℃,有可能会熔化如金属制的过滤器。
发明内容
本发明是鉴于上述情况而进行的,第一个目的在于提供一种微粒去除装置以及具有该去除装置的柴油车,能容易且低成本地再生堵塞了的过滤器。
本发明的第二个目的在于提供一种微粒去除装置以及具有该去除装置的柴油车,能防止任何原因引起的气体中微粒的爆发燃烧,即使例如产生了爆发燃烧也能防止由此所致的装置烧损。
为了解决上述问题,本发明之1涉及一种微粒去除装置,具有外管和安装在该外管内的过滤器,该外管组装在气体流路上,且在该气体的流入侧和流出侧具有开口,该过滤器用于捕获或捕获并燃烧去除所流入的前述气体中的微粒,其特征在于,前述过滤器构成内管,该内管和外管之间的间隙具有在前述内管内的压力急剧增大时作为前述气体的异常时迂回流路的功能。
本发明之2,在本发明之1所述的微粒去除装置的基础上,在前述内管上设置有安全阀;当前述内管内的压力急剧增大时,该安全阀使前述气体流入异常时迂回流路。
本发明之3,在本发明之1所述的微粒去除装置的基础上,在前述外管的侧面设置着带盖的装拆用开口部,该装拆用开口部用于安装或拆除前述过滤器。
本发明之4涉及一种微粒去除装置,具有外管和安装在该外管内的多个过滤器,该外管组装在气体流路上,且在该气体的流入侧和流出侧具有开口,该过滤器用于捕获或捕获并燃烧去除所流入的前述气体中的微粒,其特征在于,前述多个过滤器沿着前述气体流路相互连接,并且与前述气体的流入口管和流出口管组合,如果去除流入侧和流出侧,就构成密封结构的内管。
本发明之5,在本发明之4所述的微粒去除装置的基础上,前述多个过滤器相互之间、配置在最上游侧的前述过滤器和前述流入口管之间以及配置在最下游侧的前述过滤器与前述流出口管之间,***密封垫,构成密封结构的前述内管。
本发明之6,在本发明之4所述的微粒去除装置的基础上,在前述内管上附加有带前述密封垫的连接管,用以连接前述多个过滤器相互之间。
本发明之7,在本发明之4所述的微粒去除装置的基础上,在前述外管的侧面设置着带盖的装拆用开口部,用以安装或拆除前述各过滤器。
本发明之8,在本发明之7所述的微粒去除装置的基础上,设置有装拆机构,该装拆机构在组装前述内管时,打开前述装拆用开口部的盖部,从该装拆用开口部***前述各过滤器,组装前述内管;而在分解前述内管时,从前述装拆用开口部取出前述各过滤器。

如上所述,根据本发明的结构,能容易且低成本地再生逐渐堵塞的过滤器,并且,能防止任何原因引起的柴油微粒的爆发性燃烧,例如即使产生爆发燃烧也能防止其所引起的装置烧损。

具体实施方式
为了以低成本且容易地再生逐渐堵塞的过滤器,形成外管和由过滤器等构成的内管的双重管结构,在上述外管上设置带盖的装拆用开口部,用于装拆作为内管的过滤器。从外管取出的过滤器在再生炉内燃烧未燃的颗粒,从而进行再生。
实施例1
下面,参照附图说明本发明的实施方式。用实施例进行具体说明。
图1是表示本发明一实施例的柴油微粒去除装置的大体结构的模式剖视图。
该例中的柴油微粒去除装置1,搭载在柴油车上,如图1所示,具有外管4和多个过滤器单元5、5;外管连接在柴油发动机1的排出路径2上,且在柴油废气3的流入侧和流出侧具有开口;多个(本实施例中是两个)过滤器单元5、5安装于该外管4,用于捕获或捕获并燃烧去除前述柴油废气3中的微粒;同时,前述多个过滤器单元5、5沿着前述柴油废气3的流路相互连接,并与前述柴油废气3的流入口管6和流出口管7组合,若去除流入侧和流出侧,就构成密封结构的内管8;该柴油微粒去除装置1整体形成双重管结构。
图2是分解表示该柴油微粒去除装置1内部结构的分解图。
如图2所示,用带有螺钉螺母机构的装拆机构12拧紧固定具有前段和后段的两段圆筒形PM(particulate material,石墨微粒去除)过滤器单元5、5、接合这些过滤器单元5的带密封垫的连接管9、流入口管6、流出口管7,构成机械密封结构的内管8。在上述流入口管6上焊接着内管8的前盖部8B;在上述流出口管7上焊接着内管8的后盖部8C。在上游侧配置的过滤器单元5和前盖部8B(流入口管6)之间、以及在下游侧配置的过滤器单元5和后盖部8C(流出口管7)之间,均***未图示的环状密封垫,确保密封结构。这些密封垫是把环状金属板两面用碳颗粒覆盖而形成的。
各过滤器单元5大体由长度短的内筒部5A、与该内筒部5A同轴心地收置的辊状过滤器部5B、十字状过滤器座5C、分别沿轴芯设置的三枚或四枚结构的叶片5D构成。三枚或四枚结构的叶片5D,如后所述,用于确保内管8的外周面和外管4的内周面之间的剖面环带状间隙(异常时迂回流路K)。
在前盖部8B上除了流入口管6外,如后所述还安装着碟形弹簧挡件20和旁通阀(安全阀)15。
外管4大体由两面开口的长形外筒部4A、前盖部4B和圆板状后盖部4C构成;上述前盖部4B上设置有***内管8的流入口管6的开口。另外,在上述后盖部4C上设置有***内管8的流出口管7的开口。如图3和图4所示,在外管4的周侧面还设置着带侧盖10的装拆用开口部11,用于安装或拆除前述各过滤器单元5等。
在上述后盖部4C上设置着装卸机构12,该装拆机构12可装拆自由地接合内管8以及收置该内管8的外管13。该装拆机构12如图4、图5及图6所示,由单个或多个(本实施例中是多个)的长螺钉13A、13A……和螺母(优选双螺母)13B、13B、……构成。内管8的流出口管7的侧周面上嵌合焊接着受力板13C,用于承受上述长螺钉13A、13A、……的按压力。
在流入侧的内管8和外管4的轴向间隙,即,内管8的前盖部8B与外管4的前盖部4B的轴向间隙中,如图6所示,利用碟形弹簧挡件20把内管8按压固定在外管4上,同时为了吸收热膨胀还设置有由板簧部件构成的碟形弹簧14。在该碟形弹簧14的中央部设置着用以***内管4流入口管6的开口部。
在该例的结构中,柴油发动机运转时,在因任何理由急速增大内管8中的废气3的压力时,内管8的外周面与外管4的内周面间的剖面环带状间隙起异常时迂回流路K的作用,用于预先回避如氧闪燃等爆发燃烧(图1及图6)。因此,在内管8中设置着旁通阀(安全阀)15,在内管8内的压力急剧增大时,该旁通阀15把前述废气流入异常时迂回流路K中(图1)。
在旁通阀15中,通常靠压缩盘簧的弹力,阀板塞住阀,异常时,当内管8内的废气压超过规定的临界值压力时,由内管8内的废气压使阀板后退,阀开口部打开,从而内管8内的废气流入内管8的外周面和外管4的内周面之间的剖面环带状间隙中(异常时迂回流路K),排出管外。
另外,在外管4的后盖部4C上除了螺钉插孔外,还设有异常时排出口,成为经过异常时迂回流路K的废气3的出口。并且,为了安全起见,在上游侧和下游侧设置着用于感知过滤器单元5、5堵塞的压力传感器(堵塞传感器)16;在装置的中央部还设置着温度传感器。在前段过滤器单元5的上游侧设置着挡板17,用于使从流入口管6高速导入的柴油废气3减速,并且均等地分散在过滤器单元5内。
下面参照图1、图8~图10,对过滤器单元5中心部的过滤器部5B进行说明。
过滤器部5B如图1所示,大体由在设置于上游侧的金属滤网上承载的铂系氧化催化剂18和金属过滤器19构成。
图8是模式表示构成该实施例装置的过滤器单元上组装的金属过滤器19的结构的局部放大斜视图。
该例中的金属过滤器,如图8所示,是由多层金属板螺旋状卷成的波型卷筒状金属多孔体103构成的,该金属板设置有多个通孔102,并且具有重复正弦波起伏形状,其中通孔102边缘部具有有面凸起101,柴油废气通过该金属多孔体103的层间间隙,用于捕获去除该柴油废气中所含的黑烟微粒,上述通孔102设置在构成上述列状起伏的山部M及谷部V。并且,有面凸起101设置成伸向列状凹部105侧的方式。
图9是模式表示构成该实施例装置的过滤器单元上组装的另一种金属过滤器的结构的局部放大剖视图,图10是模式表示该金属过滤器的结构的局部放大斜视图。
该另一种金属过滤器如图9及图10所示,是由波状金属板26和金属平板27以相互重叠的状态多层卷曲形成的,该波状金属板26具有重复的正弦波起伏形状,该金属平板27比该波形金属板26***坦,且具有与该波形金属板26的宽度基本相同的宽度。波状金属板27是由多层金属板27螺旋状卷成的卷筒状金属多孔体30构成的,其中金属板27穿设有多个通孔29,并且具有重复正弦波起伏形状,其中通孔29边缘部具有有面凸起28。与此相比,在金属平板27上穿设的多个通孔31不具有有面凸起。
下面,对该实施例的动作进行说明。
过滤器单元5、5的安装
首先,把过滤器单元5、5安装在外管4内时,换言之在把内管8组装在外管4内时,在把前盖部8B(流入口管6)和后盖部8C(流出口管7)预先安装在外管4内的状态下,打开装拆用开口部11的侧盖10,从该装拆用开口部11***各过滤器单元5、5以及带密封垫的连接管9和未图示的其它种类的密封垫等。其次,在外管4的后盖部4C的螺钉插孔中***装拆机构12的长螺钉1A,用工具把螺母(双螺母)13B拧入,在流入侧内管8和外管4的轴向间隙按压被***的碟形弹簧14(图7、图11及图12)。紧固长螺钉13A后,就会使碟形弹簧14压迫变形,并且使内管8按压固定在外管4上,同时形成机械密封结构的内管8。
黑烟微粒去除装置的作用
上述构成的黑烟微粒去除装置组装在柴油车、即柴油发动机废气路径上使用。柴油发动机运转期间,柴油废气通过金属过滤器层间间隙时,如图8所示,有面凸起101作为气流F的障碍物起作用,具体来说作为阻挡/减速片、路径变更片、或者通孔导入片起作用,在废气中飘浮的未燃黑烟微粒容易被捕获在有面凸起101或通孔102附近的金属过滤器19内表面。在金属过滤器19上捕获的未燃黑烟微粒中,一部分由高温的该金属过滤器19或周围气体(废气3)加热燃烧,从金属过滤器19中去除,剩余部分原样附着在金属过滤器19上。因此,通过金属过滤器19的废气3的气流F作为不含有黑烟微粒的正常气体排出。
过滤器单元5、5的拆除、再生
过滤器单元5  (金属过滤器19)堵塞时,压力传感器(堵塞传感器)16探测到过滤器单元5、5的堵塞。随后,操作者分拆内管8,取出被堵塞的过滤器单元5、5。
在取出被堵塞的过滤器单元5、5时,打开装拆用开口部11的侧盖10,把外管4的后盖部4C上安装着的装拆机构12的长螺钉1A用工具松开。松开后,使碟形弹簧14从压迫状态放开,构成内管8的各部件(过滤器单元5、5、带有密封垫的连接管9、前盖部8B(流入口管6)、后盖部8C(流出口管7))的结合被解除而分解(图7、图11及图12)。因此,操作者把被堵塞的过滤器单元5、5从开放的装拆用开口部11取出,在专用再生炉内在规定时间规定温度下加热。利用加热把堵塞过滤器单元5、5的未燃颗粒燃烧,从而使过滤器单元5、5再生。
另外,从装拆用开口部11取出的,不仅局限于过滤器单元5、5,也可以根据需要,取出带密封垫的连接管9、前盖部8B(流入口管6)、后盖部8C(流出口管7)等,或者,也可以把它们留存在外管4内。
过滤器单元5、5的再安装
其次,在把过滤器单元5、5再次安装到外管4内时,再次打开装拆用开口部11的侧盖10,从该装拆用开口部11***各过滤器单元5、5。随后,在外管4的后盖部4C的螺钉插孔中***装拆机构12的长螺钉1A,用工具拧入螺母(双螺母)13B,在流入侧内管8和外管4的轴向间隙按压被***的碟形弹簧14(图7、图11及图12)。把长螺钉13A拧紧后,就会使碟形弹簧14压迫变形,并且把内管8按压固定在外管4上,同时再次形成机械密封结构的内管8,完成再安装工作。
安全装置的作用
柴油发动机运转期间,无论因任何理由,内管8的废气3压力急剧增大时,旁通阀(安全阀)15打开。其结果,高压状态的废气3通过打开的旁通阀(安全阀)15,经过在内管8的外周面和外管4的内周面之间的异常时迂回流路K,从设于外管4的后盖部4C的异常时排出口排出到外部空间(图1及图6)。这样,能预先防止氧闪燃等爆发燃烧所导致的危险或不愉快。
以上根据附图详细说明了本发明的实施例,但具体的结构并不局限于该实施例,不脱离本发明的要旨范围内的设计变更等也都包含在本发明内。例如,在上述的实施例中,在废气的流出侧设置着用于自由装拆地接合内管8和外管13的装拆机构12,但也可以取而代之,在废气的流入侧设置装拆机构12。装拆机构并不局限于长螺钉13A、13A、……和螺母(双螺母)13B、13B、……。
另外,在上述实施例中,在内管8的前盖部8B与外管4的前盖部4B的轴向间隙设置板簧部件(碟形弹簧14),但也可以取而代之,在内管8的后盖部8C和外管4的后盖部4C的轴向间隙设置板簧部件。板簧部件不局限于碟形弹簧。
产业上利用的可能性
本发明的微粒去除装置不只局限于柴油车也能适用于整个内燃机。例如,适用于紧急用发电机、家用发电机、农机具等上使用的内燃机。另外,不仅局限于柴油气体的排出路径,即使在不同种气体流路上组装也是有益的。

Claims (20)

1、一种微粒去除装置,具有外管和安装于该外管的过滤器,该外管组装在气体流路上,且在该气体的流入侧和流出侧具有开口,该过滤器用于捕获或捕获并燃烧去除所流入的前述气体中的微粒,其特征在于,前述过滤器构成内管,该内管和外管之间的间隙具有在前述内管内的压力急剧增大时作为前述气体的异常时迂回流路的功能。
2、根据权利要求1所述的微粒去除装置,其特征在于,在前述内管上设置有安全阀;当前述内管内的压力急剧增大时,该安全阀使前述气体流入异常时迂回流路。
3、根据权利要求1所述的微粒去除装置,其特征在于,在前述外管的侧面设置着带盖的装拆用开口部,该装拆用开口部用于安装或拆除前述过滤器。
4、一种微粒去除装置,具有外管和安装于该外管的多个过滤器,该外管组装在气体流路上,且在该气体的流入侧和流出侧具有开口,该过滤器用于捕获或捕获并燃烧去除所流入的前述气体中的微粒,其特征在于,前述多个过滤器沿着前述气体流路相互连接,并且与前述气体的流入口管和流出口管组合,如果去除流入侧和流出侧,就构成密封结构的内管。
5、根据权利要求4所述的微粒去除装置,其特征在于,在前述多个过滤器相互之间、配置在最上游侧的前述过滤器和前述流入口管之间以及配置在最下游侧的前述过滤器与前述流出口管之间,***密封垫,构成密封结构的前述内管。
6、根据权利要求5所述的微粒去除装置,其特征在于,在前述内管上附加有带前述密封垫的连接管,用以连接前述多个过滤器相互之间。
7、根据权利要求4所述的微粒去除装置,其特征在于,在前述外管的侧面设置着带盖的装拆用开口部,用以安装或拆除前述各过滤器。
8、根据权利要求7所述的微粒去除装置,其特征在于,设置有装拆机构,该装拆机构在组装前述内管时,打开前述装拆用开口部的盖部,从该装拆用开口部***前述各过滤器,组装前述内管;而在分解前述内管时,从前述装拆用开口部取出前述各过滤器。
9、根据权利要求8所述的微粒去除装置,其特征在于,前述装拆机构具有单个或多个长螺钉。
10、根据权利要求8所述的微粒去除装置,其特征在于,前述装拆机构具有单个或多个长螺钉和双螺母。
11、根据权利要求4所述的微粒去除装置,其特征在于,在流出侧或流入侧的前述内管和前述外管的轴向间隙设置有板簧部件,用于把前述内管固定在前述外管中,同时吸收热膨胀。
12、根据权利要求4所述的微粒去除装置,其特征在于,设置有装拆机构,该装拆机构具有单个或多个长螺钉,该装拆机构用于在组装前述内管时,打开前述装拆用开口部的盖部,从该装拆用开口部***前述各过滤器,组装前述内管,而在分解前述内管时,从前述装拆用开口部取出前述各过滤器;在前述外管的流入侧端面或流出侧端面上***前述装拆机构的前述长螺钉,并且在流出侧或流入侧的前述内管和前述外管的轴向间隙设置着用于吸收热膨胀的板簧部件,在紧固前述长螺钉时,前述板簧部件压迫变形,从而把前述内管固定前述外管上。
13、根据权利要求12所述的微粒去除装置,其特征在于,前述板簧部件由碟形弹簧构成,该碟形弹簧在中央部设置着用于***前述流入口管或流出口管的开口部。
14、根据权利要求12所述的微粒去除装置,其特征在于,前述内管和外管的间隙具有在前述内管内的压力急剧增大时作为前述气体的异常时迂回流路的功能。
15、根据权利要求14所述的微粒去除装置,其特征在于,在前述内管上设置有安全阀,当前述内管内的压力急剧增大时,该安全阀把前述气体流入异常时迂回流路。
16、根据权利要求4所述的微粒去除装置,其特征在于,附加有感知前述过滤器的堵塞的堵塞传感器。
17、根据权利要求1所述的微粒去除装置,其特征在于,具有组装在柴油发动机的排出路径上的外管和安装于该外管的过滤器;该外管在柴油废气的流入侧和流出侧具有开口;该过滤器用于捕获或捕获并燃烧去除前述柴油废气中的微粒。
18、根据权利要求4所述的微粒去除装置,其特征在于,具有组装在柴油发动机的排出路径上的外管和安装于该外管的多个过滤器;该外管在柴油废气的流入侧和流出侧具有开口;该过滤器用于捕获或捕获并燃烧去除前述柴油废气中的微粒。
19、一种柴油车,其特征在于,具有权利要求17所述的前述微粒去除装置。
20、一种柴油车,其特征在于,具有权利要求18所述的前述微粒去除装置。
