Abstract

一种集管内的制冷剂分配结构,热交换器包括中空的水平集管,供制冷剂流过;多支垂直制冷剂管,是插在水平集管内,使在水平集管内流动的制冷剂得到分配;散热片,是安装在垂直制冷剂管之间;还包括隔断,是沿集管内长度方向安装,在它的预定位置上具有能够使制冷剂流过的多个孔;制冷剂分配管,向集管的一侧输送制冷剂。本发明可简化超细管道热交换器的制造工序,降低超细管道热交换器的制造费用。

集管内的制冷剂分配结构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种集管内的制冷剂分配结构。
背景技术
参阅图1、图2所示,现有的热交换器由以下部件构成,即中空的水平集管(1、2),供制冷剂流过;多个垂直制冷剂管及支管(3),它们插在上述水平集管(1、2)内,能够使在上述水平制冷剂管内流动的制冷剂得到分配;散热片(5),它们安装在上述支管(3)上。在这样的热交换器中,集管内的制冷剂分配结构在预定的位置上设有能够使制冷剂流过的多个制冷剂分配孔(4a),并且设有用来向上述集管输送制冷剂的制冷剂分配管(4)***于上述集管的一侧。也就是说,通过上述制冷剂分配管(4)而流入的制冷剂会通过制冷剂分配管(4)的预定位置上所开设的多个制冷剂分配孔(4a)而得到分配,这样被分配的制冷剂会顺着靠近制冷剂分配孔(4a)的位置而安装的支管(3)的管道(3a)内流动。
但是,在采用现有技术的集管结构中,为了对制冷剂进行分配,需要在集管内***设有制冷剂分配孔的另外的管子(pipe),因此会使作业效率降低,同时增加制造费用。
发明内容
为了克服现有的热交换器集管存在的上述缺点,本发明提供一种集管内的制冷剂分配结构,其可简化超细管道热交换器的制造工序,降低超细管道热交换器的制造费用。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种集管内的制冷剂分配结构,其特征在于,热交换器包括中空的水平集管,供制冷剂流过;多支垂直制冷剂管,是插在所述水平集管内,使在所述水平集管内流动的制冷剂得到分配;散热片,是安装在所述垂直制冷剂管之间;还包括隔断,是沿所述集管内长度方向安装,在它的预定位置上具有能够使制冷剂流过的多个孔;制冷剂分配管,向所述集管的一侧输送制冷剂。
前述的集管内的制冷剂分配结构,其中隔断与所述集管是成一体状。
前述的集管内的制冷剂分配结构,其中隔断通过铜焊与所述集管一体形成。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图对本发明的集管内的制冷剂分配结构的较佳实施例予以详细说明。
请参阅图3、图4所示,本发明的技术特征是集管(1)内具有隔断(1b),这个隔断沿长度方向具有能够使制冷剂流过的孔即制冷剂分配孔(1c)。下面详细介绍其结构:在用来向垂直制冷剂管即支管(3)输送制冷剂的集管(1)的大约中央部位沿其长度方向装有隔断(1b),该隔断(1b)的预定位置上具有制冷剂分配孔(1c),该制冷剂分配孔(1c)用来将制冷剂向支管(3)输送,特别是它能够将集管(1)内的制冷剂均匀地分配。
因此,在本发明的集管内的制冷剂分配结构中,被输送到集管(1)内的制冷剂能够在隔断(1b)上所设置的制冷剂分配孔(1c)的作用下得到分配,然后这些制冷剂会向靠近上述制冷剂分配孔(1c)的支管(3)流动。
如图4b所示,本发明的隔断(1b)最好通过铜焊(brazing)方法与集管(1)结合一体。
由于需要使隔断(1b)与集管成为一体,因此它们是通过以下方法制成的,即首先对板状材料进行折弯加工,使其成为“G”形,然后利用铜焊的方法把上述经过了折弯的材料的接头处连接成一体。
因此,对于本发明的集管内的制冷剂分配结构来说,不需要为了均匀地分配制冷剂而在集管(1)内***设有制冷剂分配孔(4a)的制冷剂分配管。
发明的效果
对于本发明的集管内的制冷剂分配结构来说,由于集管的加工方法很简单,因此能够达到以下效果,即可以简化制造工序,并且降低制造费用。
本发明能够达到的另一效果是:由于可以使制冷剂在热交换器内均匀地流动,因此可以最大限度地提高热交换器的效率。

Claims (3)

1、一种集管内的制冷剂分配结构,其特征在于,热交换器包括中空的水平集管,供制冷剂流过;多支垂直制冷剂管,是插在所述水平集管内,使在所述水平集管内流动的制冷剂得到分配;散热片,是安装在所述垂直制冷剂管之间;还包括隔断,是沿所述集管内长度方向安装,在它的预定位置上具有能够使制冷剂流过的多个孔;制冷剂分配管,向所述集管的一侧输送制冷剂。
2、根据权利要求1所述的集管内的制冷剂分配结构,其特征在于所述隔断与所述集管是成一体状。
3、根据权利要求1所述的集管内的制冷剂分配结构,其特征在于所述隔断通过铜焊与所述集管一体形成。
