Abstract
本发明提出一种汽车内饰件的制造方法,用于汽车内方向盘、座垫、扶手、头枕及车门内衬板等的制作,它是一种内部发泡状态,外部为仿真皮状态的制件。根据需要选用硅橡胶制作一具有反向纹理的方向盘样件,放入水性聚氨酯涂料的料槽中使其旋转浸渍,取出加温至150℃,使液体涂料呈半固化状态,再浸渍,固化,使样件表层PU厚度达1mm,剥下外皮,翻过来使纹理朝外套在骨架上,一起放入模具中,用PU发泡浇注机向外皮的内部填充PU料,经固化后开模,取出成品。所加工的制件无排料、无排气、无浇口痕迹、无分型面痕迹,其外观质量好,节省原料,制造成本低,不必用传统的金属模具加工,周期降低了2/3,造价只是传统金属模具的20%,用硅橡胶制造的母模仿真性极强。
Description
一、技术领域:
本发明提出一种汽车内饰件的制造方法,具体的说是制备汽车方向盘、座垫、扶手、头枕等内饰件的方法。
二、背景技术:
目前,如汽车方向盘的制造方法,主要是用PU自结皮料,模内发泡成型,高档汽车方向盘在发泡成型后再包覆真皮。模内发泡制做方向盘在加工过程中需要用排料方法带出模具内部的空气,使之制品的外表不但有浇口痕迹,还要有排气孔痕迹,并在分型面外溢出毛边,在修边后留下明显痕迹,严重影响了制品的外观质量。更重要的是排出的料回收困难,形成大量的垃圾,污染环境,原料浪费,生产成本高;包覆真皮手工作业,效率低,价格昂贵。另外在浇注之前必须在模腔表面喷涂脱模剂,给工作环境造成污染。
三、技术内容:
本发明的目的是解决与背景技术存在的问题和不足,而提出一种内部为发泡状态的外部有真皮状态或合成革包覆的汽车内饰件的方法。
本发明的技术方案I
首先,根据需要用硅橡胶制作一个具有反向纹理的方向盘样件,称为母模,放在装有水性聚氨酯涂料的料槽中使之旋转均匀浸渍,然后取出加温至150 ℃,使液体涂料呈半固化状态,然后再次放入料槽浸渍,再次固化使覆在母模样件表层的PU厚度达1mm左右剥下外皮,翻过来使纹理向外,套在方向盘骨架上一同放在模具中,用PU发泡浇注机对着设在制品隐蔽处的浇口往外皮的内部填充发泡PU料,固化后开模取出成品。
本发明的技术方案II
将方向盘样件,放在比此方向盘周边大出4mm的树脂模具外模中,在真空状态下,往样件与模具的4mm空间中浇注硅橡胶,待24小时后取出包有硅橡胶的样件,在方向盘样件的内圈准确切割剥下硅橡胶外皮,做为内模套在方向盘骨架上一起放入外模中,用聚氨酯弹性体浇注机将双组份聚氨酯计量通过设在制品隐蔽处的浇口注入模具的内模中,然后将模具固定在专用的能使其低速旋转的构架上,使聚氨酯均匀布满内模表面,待双组份PU反应固化后连同骨架一同取出,放在模具中通过隐蔽浇口用PU发泡浇注机往外皮的内部填充发泡PU料,固化后取出成品。
本发明与背景技术相比,所加工饰件不用排料,不用排气,无浇口痕迹也无分型面痕迹,由于硅橡胶制造的母模仿真性极佳,所以制品的外观质量可与真皮制品相媲美;模具可用树脂浇注模,不必用传统的金属模具,加工周期降低2/3,造价只是传统金属模具的20%。
四、具体实施方式
实施例1
制做汽车内饰件:方向盘。根据需要采用硅橡胶制做一个具有真皮反向纹理的方向盘样件,即母模:选择方向盘样件,用真皮纹理向内包在样件上,将其固定在能够产生低速旋转的构架上,刷涂PU弹性体至5mm固化后,在其内侧准确切割后将其连同真皮一同剥下,然后装在树脂模中,选取畜用大号针头往其内部注射硅橡胶经24小时固化后取出,即成母模。
将母模上生产线设备放入装有水性聚氨酯涂料的不锈钢料槽中,使其5转/分的低速旋转,均匀浸渍方向盘样件,即母模,然后取出,进入加热箱,加温至150℃,15分钟,使之液体涂料呈半固化状态,样件表层厚度达到1.5mm左右,可再进入水性聚氨酯料槽中浸渍,再次取出固化,加温15分钟150℃,使其包覆在样件(母模)上的PU厚度稳定在1.5mm左右,用专用工具准确切割剥下外皮,翻过来使内面的纹理朝外,成为仿真皮的定型的外套,再套在方向盘骨架上一起放入模具中,通过设在制品隐蔽处的浇口,用PU发泡浇注机,往外皮的内部注入填充发泡PU料,待固化后开模取出成品,既为仿真皮状态的方向盘。
实施例2
选择方向盘样件,放入比此方向盘周边大出4mm的树脂模具即外模中,放入抽真空的箱体内,在真空的状态下,往样件与模具的4mm的空间中浇注硅橡胶,待24小时后取出包有硅橡胶的样件,在方向盘样件的内侧准确切割,剥下硅橡胶外皮做为内模,套在方向盘骨架上,放在外模中,通过设在制品隐蔽处的浇口,用聚氨酯弹性体浇注机将双组份聚氨酯根据制件结构大小计量注入模具的内模中,将模具固定在专用的能使其低速旋转的构架上,使聚氨酯均匀的布满内模表面,双组份PU反应固化后连同骨架一同取出,放在模具中通过隐蔽浇口用PU发泡浇注机往外皮的内部填充发泡PU料,待固化后取出成品。
按上述技术对汽车内饰件,如靠背、扶手、座垫、头枕及车门内衬板等以相同的原理方法同样可以制做,其扶手及座垫的方法也可以用于家具行业。
Claims (3)
1.一种汽车内饰件的制造方法,其特征是:1.用硅橡胶制作具有反向纹理的方向盘样件(称母模),2.放入水性聚氨酯涂料的料槽中使其低速旋转均匀浸渍,3.从料槽中取出放入加温箱中,加温至150℃,保持15分钟左右,使液体涂料呈半固化状态,4.再次放入料槽中浸渍,5.取出放入加温箱,固化后包覆在母模样件表层的PU厚度达1.5mm为合格,6.然后剥下外皮,翻过来使纹理向外套在方向盘骨架上,一起放入模具中,7.用PU发泡浇注机通过制品浇口向外皮的内部填充PU料,经固化后开模,取出成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征是方向盘样件即母模加工方法:选择方向盘样件以真皮的纹理向内包在样件上固定,再放到低速旋转的构架上,刷涂PU弹性体至5mm,固化后在其内侧准确切割,然后连其真皮一同剥下,放在树脂模中,选用大号针头向其内部注射硅橡胶,24小时后固化取出即成母模。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征是:1.将方向盘样件放在比此方向盘周边大出4mm的树脂模具中,2.在真空状态下往样件与模具的4mm空间中浇注硅橡胶,3.待24小时后取出包有硅橡胶的样件,在样件的内圈准确割下硅橡胶外皮,4.作为内模套在方向盘骨架上一起放入外模中,5.用聚氨酯弹性体浇注机,将双组份聚氨酯计量对着制品的浇口注入模具的内模中,封闭浇口,6.将模具固定在专用的能使其低速旋转的构架上,使聚氨酯均匀布满内模表面,7.待双组份PU反应固化后连同骨架一同取出,8.放在模具中,用PU发泡浇注机对着浇口往外皮的内部填充发泡PU料,9.待固化后取出成品。
