Abstract

本发明公开一种涉及展览器材的拼装式方柱组件，由方柱体、嵌入式支架和连接锁组成，连接锁可脱卸的设在嵌入式支架内，嵌入式支架可脱卸的设在方柱体内，至少在方柱体的一个外表面上设有连接槽，在方柱体外表面的连接槽以外的区域设有定位组装孔，嵌入式支架由支架本体、弹簧销和弹簧销座组成，弹簧销设在弹簧销座上且弹簧销在初始状态高于弹簧销座，弹簧销座设在支架本体上且设置于能使***或拔出嵌入式支架时弹簧销的运动轨迹经过上述定位组装孔的位置。本发明保证了连接槽的完整或完好，使展览器材在组装时无须考虑现有技术连接槽上的工艺孔的影响，在连接槽上的任何位置都可以实现可靠连接，便于组装、安全可靠性高的优点。

Description

拼装式方柱组件
                        技术领域
本发明涉及一种组合式展览器材的部件，尤其涉及一种拼装式方柱组件。
                        背景技术
现有技术依靠大方柱内部的导轨和内部装配关系的连接件。与连接件之间的固定关系采用螺钉固定的方法，由于固定螺钉必须具有沉头的头部，该头部要穿过现有的槽，才能实现紧固连接，而为使螺钉穿过槽口时不可避免地会切削一部分的槽，这样会产生一种安全隐患，即如果与之相连的其他支架的连接器前爪部工作点正好在该槽的被切削的位置，则会出现连接点没有实际连接或部分虚连的情况。这对展览支架来说，产生的后果会是展览的支架结构连接失效并可能导致人员伤亡。
                        发明内容
本发明提供一种便于展览器材的组装且能提高展览器材安全可靠性的拼装式方柱组件。
本发明采用如下技术方案：
一种涉及展览器材的拼装式方柱组件，由方柱体1、嵌入式支架2和连接锁3组成，连接锁3可脱卸的设在嵌入式支架2内，嵌入式支架2可脱卸的设在方柱体1内，至少在方柱体1的一个外表面上设有连接槽11，在方柱体1外表面的连接槽11以外的区域设有定位组装孔12，嵌入式支架2由支架本体21、弹簧销22和弹簧销座23组成，弹簧销22设在弹簧销座23上且弹簧销22在初始状态高于弹簧销座23，弹簧销座23设在支架本体21上且设置于能使***或拔出嵌入式支架2时弹簧销22的运动轨迹经过上述定位组装孔12的位置。
与现有技术相比，本发明具有如下优点：
①本发明将方柱体与嵌入式支架的连接用孔设置在用于连接其它展览器材部件的连接槽之外的区域，这就保证了连接槽的完整或完好，使展览器材在组装时无须考虑现有技术连接槽上的工艺孔的影响，在连接槽上的任何位置都可以实现可靠连接，故本发明具有便于展览器材的组装、展览器材安全可靠性高的优点。
②组成方柱体的平板之间可拆卸的连接，为展览器材的组装提供了更多的便利。
③本发明采用带弹簧结构的销柱来实现连接，柱销结构能够精确地实现内部连接过渡件(嵌件)与连接型材外壁之间的装配，保证了必要的精度。而且，按一般行业常识，在外壁上等壁厚处加工定位孔要比在一些复杂形状(如不等壁厚、半开口、部分悬臂、斜面等)位置处加工容易得多。采用柱销结构在最常暴露在外得装饰面上避免一些用作固定的开孔或工艺孔；由于注销结构在完成与外型材截面的装配后，正好填平安装柱销的开孔，最大限度地保持外观完美。又由于本结构的安装点在连接处的上下位置，也尽可能避免了左右侧面的被加工而留下会影响装饰的痕迹。

                        具体实施方式
一种涉及展览器材的拼装式方柱组件，由方柱体1、嵌入式支架2和连接锁3组成，连接锁3可脱卸的设在嵌入式支架2内，嵌入式支架2可脱卸的设在方柱体1内，至少在方柱体1的一个外表面上设有连接槽11，在方柱体1外表面的连接槽11以外的区域设有定位组装孔12，嵌入式支架2由支架本体21、弹簧销22和弹簧销座23组成，弹簧销22设在弹簧销座23上且弹簧销22在初始状态高于弹簧销座23，弹簧销座23设在支架本体21上且设置于能使***或拔出嵌入式支架2时弹簧销22的运动轨迹经过上述定位组装孔12的位置，弹簧销22由销柱221和弹簧222组成，弹簧222位于销柱221和弹簧销座23之间，弹簧销22还可以采用其它具体技术方案(参见图5)，在本实施例中，在支架本体21上设有安装导架24，在安装导架24上设有开启/关闭连接锁3的专用工具的导向孔241，在方柱体1上的与导向孔241相对应之处设有安装孔13，上述方柱体1由两两连接的平板构成且其中至少有一块平板与其相邻的平板为可拆卸的连接，该可拆卸的连接可以采用如下之一的具体实施方式：①可拆卸的连接由设在其中一块平板上公槽和设在另一块平板上母槽组成：②可拆卸的连接由设在相邻平板上的“T”形槽141、142和“H”截面插接件143组成，“H”截面插接件143插在相邻平板的“T”形槽141、142内。

Claims (6)

1、一种涉及展览器材的拼装式方柱组件，由方柱体(1)、嵌入式支架(2)和连接锁(3)组成，连接锁(3)可脱卸的设在嵌入式支架(2)内，嵌入式支架(2)可脱卸的设在方柱体(1)内，至少在方柱体(1)的一个外表面上设有连接槽(11)，其特征在于在方柱体(1)外表面的连接槽(11)以外的区域设有定位组装孔(12)，嵌入式支架(2)由支架本体(21)、弹簧销(22)和弹簧销座(23)组成，弹簧销(22)设在弹簧销座(23)上且弹簧销(22)在初始状态高于弹簧销座(23)，弹簧销座(23)设在支架本体(21)上且设置于能使***或拔出嵌入式支架(2)时弹簧销(22)的运动轨迹经过上述定位组装孔(12)的位置。
2、根据权利要求1所述的拼装式方柱组件，其特征在于弹簧销(22)由销柱(221)和弹簧(222)组成，弹簧(222)位于销柱(221)和弹簧销座(23)之间。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的拼装式方柱组件，其特征在于在支架本体(21)上设有安装导架(24)，在安装导架(24)上设有开启/关闭连接锁(3)的专用工具的导向孔(241)，在方柱体(1)上的与导向孔(241)相对应之处设有安装孔(13)。
4、根据权利要求4所述的拼装式方柱组件，其特征在于方柱体(1)由两两连接的平板构成且其中至少有一块平板与其相邻的平板为可拆卸的连接。
5、根据权利要求5所述的拼装式方柱组件，其特征在于可拆卸的连接由设在其中一块平板上公槽和设在另一块平板上母槽组成。
6、根据权利要求5所述的拼装式方柱组件，其特征在于可拆卸的连接由设在相邻平板上的“T”形槽(141、142)和“H”截面插接件(143)组成，“H”截面插接件(143)插在相邻平板的“T”形槽(141、142)内。
