本发明涉及一种植物生长调节剂,它的特征在于:为以乙烯利、己酸二乙氨基乙醇酯为主要成分,并加入溶剂、稳定剂和表面活性剂而混合制成的液剂。本发明构思新颖,能有效防止玉米倒伏,增产效果好,能改善品质,而且生产工艺简单,便于使用,其推广应用前景可观。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种植物生长调节剂。
技术背景:
玉米、大麦、高粱、水稻等禾本科作物的倒伏问题是农业生产上的重大难题。已有的乙烯利农药在农业上仅作为单剂使用,虽然它可降低株高,防止倒伏,但却存在有影响雌穗和雄穗发育,易产生穗小,秃尖瘪粒增多和受粉不良等副作用。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种植物生长调节剂及其制备方法,该调节剂能有效增加玉米等植物的产量、改善其品质、提高其在生长过程中的抗倒伏性。
本发明的调节剂是以乙烯利、己酸二乙氨基乙醇酯(DTA-6)为主要成分,并加入稳定剂和表面活性剂而混合制成的液剂。其各组分的重量配比为:乙烯利1%-60%,己酸二乙氨基乙醇酯1%-50%,稳定剂1%-30%,表面活性剂1%-30%,溶剂30%-96%,最终各组分的总量为100%,所述的溶剂为水、盐酸、乙醇、丙三醇等其中一种或几种混合物,所述的稳定剂为柠檬酸盐、柠檬酸、乙酸、磷酸二氢钾、三聚磷酸钠等其中的一种或几种的混合物,所述的表面活性剂为TX-10,OP-10,OP21,吐温60-80,司盘,曲拉通X100等其中一种或几种混合物。其生产工艺为:按照上述配方比例,先称取各组分,将乙烯利和己酸二乙氨基乙醇酯分别用含有稳定剂的水溶解,在配制罐中搅拌、混合均匀后,再加入表面活性剂,继续搅拌,静置,即得成品,整个生产过程中保持pH值在3以下。其中乙烯利和己酸二乙氨基乙醇酯分别用含有稳定剂的水溶解后在配制罐中搅拌的时间为30-60分钟,加入表面活性剂后继续搅拌的时间为30分钟,静置时间为4小时。
本发明的调节剂中的乙烯利在使用时可降低株高,防止倒伏,而己酸二乙氨基乙醇酯有促进物质运输,增强抗性,协调营养和生殖生长作用,促进结实和增加抗逆性效果显著,将两者组合在一起,可产生协同效应,能进一步提高作物的抗倒伏性,增加产量,改善品质。经江苏省农科院植保所、辽宁省农药检定站、黑龙江省农科院植保所的对玉米的药效试验表明,本发明具有以下优点效果:
1、可以调节生长,可控制定向基部节间生长,增加茎杆粗度、强度和韧性,有效防止倒伏;
2、提高根系活力,改善叶片功能,协调产量构成因素,有效防止秃尖,减少空秆和增加双穗率,一般增产15%以上;
3、可适当促进早熟,熟相正常;
4、改善产品品质;
5、对玉米无药害作用,安全性好。
本发明的调节剂可广泛应用于多种植物或作物,如玉米、小麦、大麦、高粱、水稻等。

具体实施方式:
本发明的实施例如下,但本发明的内容完全不局限于此:
实施例1:
原料按重量配比为:乙烯利40%,己酸二乙氨基乙醇酯6%,司盘8%,盐酸2%,水44%;其工艺步骤为:按照上述配方比例,先称取各组分,将乙烯利和己酸二乙氨基乙醇酯分别用含有稳定剂的水溶解,在配制罐中搅拌30-60分钟,混合均匀后,再加入表面活性剂,继续搅拌30分钟,静置4小时,检验合格后,即得成品,整个生产过程中保持pH值3以下。
实施例2:
原料按重量配比为:乙烯利20%,己酸二乙氨基乙醇酯15%,TX-10为5%,OP-10为5%,乙酸5%,水40%,乙醇10%;其工艺步骤同实施例1。
其余实施例见附图。
本发明构思新颖,能有效防止玉米倒伏,增产效果好,能改善品质,而且生产工艺简单,便于使用,其推广应用前景可观。

Claims (4)

1、一种植物生长调节剂,其特征在于:为以乙烯利、己酸二乙氨基乙醇酯为主要成分,并加入溶剂稳定剂和表面活性剂而混合制成的液剂。
2、根据权利要求1所述的植物生长调节剂,其特征在于各组分的重量配比为:乙烯利1%-60%,己酸二乙氨基乙醇酯1%-50%,稳定剂1%-30%,表面活性剂1%-30%,溶剂30%-96%,最终各组分的总量为100%,所述的溶剂为水、盐酸、乙醇、甲醇、丙三醇等其中一种或几种混合物,所述的稳定剂为柠檬酸盐、柠檬酸、乙酸、磷酸二氢钾、三聚磷酸钠等其中的一种或几种的混合物,所述的表面活性剂为TX-10,OP-10,OP21,吐温60-80,司盘,曲拉通X100等其中一种或几种混合物。
3、根据权利要求2所述的植物生长调节剂的生产工艺,其特征在于:按照上述配方比例,先称取各组分,将稳定剂与溶剂混合均匀后再分别与两种有效成分混合,在配制罐中搅拌、混合均匀后,再加入表面活性剂,继续搅拌,静置,即得成品,整个生产过程中保持pH值在3以下。
4、根据权利要求3所述的植物生长调节剂的生产工艺,其特征在于:乙烯利和己酸二乙氨基乙醇酯分别用含有稳定剂的水溶解后在配制罐中搅拌的时间为30-60分钟,加入表面活性剂后继续搅拌的时间为30分钟,静置时间为4小时。
