技术领域
本发明涉及农药制备领域,尤其是涉及一种植物生长调剂的制备方法。
背景技术
近年来,为了获取高产的作物、蔬菜、水果,超标使用农药、化肥,导致农产品中化肥、农药残留超标,土壤和水体污染,引发一系列环境破环及生态灾难。严重威胁着人类生存与发展。随着我国人口的日益增长以及可耕地面积的日趋减少,提高农业产量,稳定农产品供应对于国民经济非常重要。植物生长调节剂作为农药中的一大类别,在农业增产增收,提高品质等方面发挥了重要的作用。
人工合成的植物生长调节剂作为一种外源性的非营养性化学物质,在植物体内传导至作用部位后,通常以很低的浓度就能促进或抑制其生命过程的某些环节,使之向符合人类需要的方向发展。一般而言,每种植物生长调节剂都有其特定的用途,而且应用技术要求相当严格,只有在特定的施用条件(包括外界因素)和特定的配比条件下才能对目标植物产生特定的功效。
应用植物生长调节剂以调节作物生长发育,提高产量和改良品质,是农业现代化的重要措施之一。然而,现有植物生长调节剂需要注意其残毒问题,同时植株发育缓慢,残毒会损害人的健康,如果为了提高产量而影响人的健康,就得不偿失。
发明内容
本发明为上述技术问题提供一种零残留,促进植株生长发育,同时提高其品质的一种植物生长调节剂。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种植物生长调节剂,由40份植物生长促进剂和60份植物生长营养液组成;所述植物生长促进剂由以下原料及其重量份数组成:3,5-二硝基创木酚10-15份、赤霉素8-20份、芴0.01-2份、硬脂酸0.01-0.1份、α-萘乙酸13-35份、吲哚乙酸3-8份、细胞***素2-8份、2,4-D1-4份、多效唑10-15份、氯吡脲10-15份、胺鲜酯10-20份。植物生长营养液由以下原料及其重量份数组成:硼酸10-20份、氯化钙15-25份、硝酸铵13-18份、磷酸二氢钾15-25份、氯化亚铁15-20份、硫酸锰2-6份、海藻粉2-6份、pH缓冲液10份。一种植物生长调节剂的制备方法,包括植物生长促进剂的制备:按比例称取3,5-二硝基创木酚、赤霉素、α-萘乙酸、吲哚乙酸、细胞***素、2,4-D、多效唑、氯吡脲、胺鲜酯溶解于适量的乙醇中即得到植物生长促进剂;植物生长营养液的制备:按比例称取硼酸、氯化钙、硝酸铵、磷酸二氢钾、氯化亚铁、硫酸锰溶解于适量的蒸馏水中,再向其中加入海藻粉,用pH缓冲液调节至pH为6.8-7.2,即得到植物生长营养液。将植物生长促进剂和植物生长营养液按4:6的比例结合,即可得到植物生长调节剂,在农作物生长期的喷洒量为10-15kg/亩,在农作物收获时的喷洒量为15-20kg/亩。

实施例2:
一种植物生长调节剂,包括40份植物生长促进剂和60份植物生长营养液组成;上述植物生长促进剂由以下原料及其重量份数组成:3,5-二硝基创木酚13、赤霉素15份、α-萘乙酸27份、芴0.01份、硬脂酸0.011份、吲哚乙酸3份、细胞***素4份、2,4-D 1份、多效唑13份、氯吡脲11份、胺鲜酯13份。上述植物生长营养液由以下原料及其重量份数组成:硼酸17份、氯化钙13份、硝酸铵15份、磷酸二氢钾18份、氯化亚铁17份、硫酸锰4份、海藻粉6份、pH缓冲液10份。按比例称取3,5-二硝基创木酚、赤霉素、α-萘乙酸、吲哚乙酸、细胞***素、2,4-D、多效唑、氯吡脲、胺鲜酯溶解于适量的乙醇中即得到植物生长促进剂;植物生长营养液的制备:按比例称取硼酸、氯化钙、硝酸铵、磷酸二氢钾、氯化亚铁、硫酸锰溶解于适量的蒸馏水中,再向其中加入海藻粉,用pH缓冲液调节至pH为7.02,即得到植物生长营养液。将植物生长促进剂和植物生长营养液按4:6的比例结合,即可得到植物生长调节剂,在农作物生长期的喷洒量为10kg/亩,在农作物收获时的喷洒量为15kg/亩。
将上述植物生长调节剂作用于普通水稻田中进行推广,将水稻田分为面积相等的三份,均为10亩,按时喷洒本发明实施例中的两种植物生长调节剂,观察水稻生长时的长势,收获时计算产量,得到如下表所示

由上表可知,本发明的植物生长调节剂对植物具有十分明显的促进作用,能够提高农作物的产量。

1.一种植物生长调节剂,其特征在于:所述调节剂由40份植物生长促进剂和60份植物生长营养液组成;所述植物生长促进剂由以下原料及其重量份数组成:3,5-二硝基创木酚10-15份、赤霉素8-20份、芴0.01-2份、硬脂酸0.01-0.1份、α-萘乙酸13-35份、吲哚乙酸3-8份、细胞***素2-8份、2,4-D 1-4份、多效唑10-15份、氯吡脲10-15份、胺鲜酯10-20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种植物生长调节剂,其特征在于植物生长营养液由以下原料及其重量份数组成:硼酸10-20份、氯化钙15-25份、硝酸铵13-18份、磷酸二氢钾15-25份、氯化亚铁15-20份、硫酸锰2-6份、海藻粉2-6份、pH缓冲液10份。
3.一种植物生长调节剂的制备方法,其特征包括以下步骤:
1)植物生长促进剂的制备:按比例称取3,5-二硝基创木酚、赤霉素、α-萘乙酸、吲哚乙酸、细胞***素、2,4-D、多效唑、氯吡脲、胺鲜酯溶解于适量的乙醇中即得到植物生长促进剂;
2)植物生长营养液的制备:按比例称取硼酸、氯化钙、硝酸铵、磷酸二氢钾、氯化亚铁、硫酸锰溶解于适量的蒸馏水中,再向其中加入海藻粉,用pH缓冲液调节至pH为6.8-7.2,即得到植物生长营养液。
3)将植物生长促进剂和植物生长营养液按4:6的比例结合,即可得到植物生长调节剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种植物生长调节剂,其特征在于:所述调节剂在农作物生长期的喷洒量为10-15kg/亩,在农作物收获时的喷洒量为15-20kg/亩。
