Abstract
一种排酸解毒保健凉茶及其制备方法,中草药白毛藤为27~70%,半枝莲为27~70%,卤碱为3~8%,白毛藤和半枝莲经破碎、浸泡、过滤后,在所得提取液体里加入卤碱,将pH值调至7.45~8。其采用纯中草药配方,制作工艺简单易行,可有效地降低人体内的酸性,对各种癌症、肿瘤、肝炎、高血压、风湿病等有一定的预防和辅助治疗的作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种保健饮品及其制造方法,特别是一种具有排酸解毒作用的保健凉茶及其制备方法。
背景技术
现有的凉茶比较多,以中草药组成的为主,有些经加工成袋泡茶、口服液、饮料等形式的产品,以方便饮用,各种凉茶的功效作用都不同,现有广东凉茶、王老吉凉茶、中华凉茶等等,为了提高凉茶的功效,有很多关于凉茶方面的发明都各具特色,如专利申请98112763.0提供的一种具有茶叶风味的保健凉茶,这些凉茶对人体内部具有清热解毒和辅助治疗的功效;专利申请00112140.5提供了一种“山苦瓜凉茶及其制造工艺”,具有清署涤热、明目、解毒功效;专利申请01107030.7提供了“一种保健凉茶及其制备方法”,对各脏腑进行有机调节,独具绿茶芳香、口味甘平、清凉解渴。由于人们每天所吃的大米、面、鱼、肉、蛋、虾都属酸性,只是蔬菜、水果属碱性,人体内一般容易偏酸性,人体内常偏酸性易患癌症、高血压、风湿病、肝硬化、胃溃疡等多种疾病;并且人的老化过程实际上就是人体的酸化过程,所以非排酸不可,及时排除人体内的酸性,可预防多种疾病,并可延年益寿;其次人们每天吃的蔬菜、水果的家农药残毒也是健康的一大危害,故非解毒不可。但目前尚没有一种理想的具有排酸解毒功效的凉茶。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新的排酸解毒保健凉茶及其制备方法,增加保健凉茶的品种,具排酸解毒作用,有益人身健康。
本发明的目的可以通过如下技术措施来实现:本发明以中草药白毛藤、半枝莲、卤碱为原料,白毛藤和半枝莲经破碎、浸泡、过滤后得提取液体,在提取液体里加入卤碱,调节其PH值为碱性。
本发明的原料组成配方(重量百分比)为:
白毛藤 27~70%
半枝莲 27~70%
卤碱 3~8%
其具体制备方法是:先将白毛藤、半枝莲分别用破碎机破碎,按配方比例将破碎后的白毛藤、半枝莲用净水浸泡,泡浸时间为10~40小时,过滤后在得提取液体,在提取液体中加入卤碱,将其PH值调至7.45~8,瓶装后采用紫外线灭菌,即为成品。
上述白毛藤异名蜀羊泉、白英,为茄科植物白英的全草,其含有生物碱。功用主治:清热,利湿,祛风,解毒,治疟疾,黄疸,水肿,淋病,风湿关节痛,丹毒,疔疮。
半枝莲异名松叶牡丹、金丝杜鹃、佛甲草,为马齿苋科植物大马齿苋的全草,其含马齿苋醛。功用主治:清热解毒,治跌打刀伤出血,汤火伤,咽喉肿痛。
卤碱异名卤盐、寒石,为盐卤凝结而成的氯化镁等物质的结晶。功用主治:强心,镇静,助消化,抗痉厥,消炎,治慢性克山病,甲状腺肿,大骨节病,慢性肾炎,肝炎,慢性支气管炎,高血压,皮炎,肿瘤。
本发明采用纯中草药配方,制作工艺简单易行,可有效地降低人体内的酸性,具有排酸、解毒、防癌、抗癌、消炎、去湿、散瘀、通胳止痛等作用,并对各种癌症、肿瘤、肝炎、高血压、风湿病等有一定的预防和辅助治疗的作用,从而保障人们的身体健康。
具体实施方式
本发明由中草药白毛藤、半枝莲、卤碱制成,白毛藤和半枝莲最好是等量加入,同时也可加入少量清热解毒、调整味道的中草药,如甘草、菊花等,将原料破碎、浸泡、过滤得提取液体,由卤碱调节为微碱性,PH值最好为7.5。
实施例一:
将白毛藤、半枝莲用破碎机破碎,将破碎后的白毛藤270克、半枝莲700克用3000毫升净水浸泡,浸泡时间为20小时,过滤后在所得提取液体里加入卤碱30克,PH值为7.45,瓶装后采用紫外线灭菌,即为成品。
实施例二:
将白毛藤、半枝莲用破碎机破碎,将破碎后的白毛藤240克、半枝莲240克用1200毫升净水泡浸,浸泡时间为30小时,过滤后在所得提取液体加入卤碱20克,将PH值调至7.5,瓶装后采用紫外线灭菌,即为成品。
实施例三:
将白毛藤、半枝莲用破碎机破碎,将破碎后的白毛藤680克、半枝莲270克用2500毫升净水浸泡,浸泡时间为30小时,过滤后在所得提取液体里加入卤碱50克,将PH值调至7.6,瓶装后采用紫外线灭菌,即为成品。

1.一种排酸解毒保健凉茶,其特征是以中草药白毛藤、半枝莲、卤碱为原料,其组成配方(重量百分比)为:
白毛藤 27~70%
半枝莲 27~70%
卤碱 3~8%
2.根据权利要求1所述的保健凉茶,其特征是白毛藤和半枝莲加入量相等。
3.一种排酸解毒保健凉茶的制备方法,白毛藤和半枝莲经破碎、浸泡、过滤后得提取液体,其特征是在提取液体里加入卤碱,调节其PH值为7.45~8。
4.根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征是提取液体的PH值为7.5。
