Abstract
在用于机动车供油单元(2)的精滤器(4)中,过滤元件(11)具有至少两个同心地围绕供油单元的段(12,13)。这两个段(12,13)在精滤器(4)安装完毕的状态时被固定在供油单元(2)和防溅罐(1)上。该过滤元件(11)的成本可以特别经济,并且其占用空间小,可以使用特别小的网眼。
Description
本发明涉及一种用于机动车供油单元的精滤器,该精滤器具有一个过滤元件及将该过滤元件固定在供油单元及一个包围供油单元的防溅罐上的装置。
这种精滤器在现有的机动车中特别是双级供油单元中经常被使用并且在实践中公知。该供油单元的第一级一般将燃油经一个粗滤器从一个油箱输送到防溅罐的上部区域中。该供油单元的第二级将燃油从防溅罐的下部区域输送到机动车的一个内燃机中。其中,精滤器被安置在防溅罐的中部区域,该精滤器具有一个内部安置有过滤元件的被燃油沿轴向流过的壳体。该公知的精滤器的缺点在于,它的结构非常复杂并且需要占用大的空间。因此该过滤器需要一个很大的防溅罐。这导致安装防溅罐和精滤器的成本很高。
另外,实践中公知一种精滤器,该精滤器呈环形围绕供油单元并被固定在防溅罐的底部。该精滤器的尺寸小,但不能充分地、持续地过滤燃油。为了避免污物微粒快速加进到精滤器中,过滤元件因此一般具有40-80微米的网眼直径。
本发明的技术问题在于,为此提供一种开头提到的类型的精滤器,使该精滤器可以成本经济地被制造并且能够使用网眼特别小的过滤元件。
按照本发明这一问题可以这样被解决,即该过滤元件呈环形构形,并分别固定在供油单元和防溅罐的表面上并且具有至少两个基本上轴向对准的、与对称轴同心设置的段。
通过这种构形该过滤元件被直接固定在防溅罐和供油单元上。因此按照本发明该精滤器不要求成本高和占用空间大的壳体。因此按照本发明的精滤器的制造成本特别经济。所述轴向朝向的段使得所述过滤元件的表面特别大并且因此使得堵塞几率特别小。本发明的另一个优点在于,根据本发明的精滤器也可以用在防溅罐尺寸小的情况并因此可用在油箱狭窄情况。
如果过滤元件在一个轴向截面上呈V形构形,这有助于进一步减少根据本发明的精滤器的制造成本。此外,该精滤器因此具有高的稳定性。
根据本发明的另一优选的实施形式,如果所述过滤元件在一个轴向截面上基本上呈U形构形,由所述过滤元件挡住的大量污物颗粒容易集中在该过滤元件的一个小的局部范围中。
根据本发明的另一优选的实施形式,如果所述过滤元件的各段呈套形构形并同心地围绕其对称轴安置并且如果两个段借助于一个环盘状的段相互连接在一起,所述过滤元件在其尺寸特别小的情况下可以具有一个特别大的表面。
根据本发明的另一优选的实施形式,如果多个段同心地相互围绕时,这有助于进一步扩大所述过滤元件的表面。
如果用一种或多种具有规定的稳定性的材料层制造所述过滤元件并且在其边缘处具有用于固定在防溅罐或供油单元上的装置,所述根据本发明的精滤器的结构构成可特别简单并且其安装费用低。
根据本发明的另一优选的实施形式,如果所述过滤元件的网眼宽度为15微米,所述供油单元特别可靠地被保护,防止其被污染并从而防止其被磨损。与公知的具有40-80微米的网眼的精滤器的过滤元件相反,上述结构使得燃油特别细地被过滤。
本发明允许多种实施形式。为进一步阐明其基本原理,在附图中示出了两个实施形式并在下面对其加以描述。附图所示为:

图2 附图1中所示的具有供油单元的防溅罐,该防溅罐具有根据本发明的精滤器的另一种实施形式。
图1示出了一个安置在一个防溅罐1中的供油单元2,该供油单元2具有一个安置在该防溅罐1的底部区域中的粗滤器3和一个安置在该防溅罐1中的精滤器4。该供油单元2具有一个由一个电动机5驱动的带有两个叶轮7,8的输送泵6,在该供油单元的顶面上有一个接管9。在该接管9处连接有一个通向一个未被示出的机动车内燃机的前行管道。当输送泵6的叶轮8的下部受驱动时燃油通过粗滤器3被抽入并经一个上升管10导入防溅罐1的上部区域。接着燃油流经精滤器4到达叶轮7的上部。燃油从那里通过电动机5被输送到接管9。为清晰起见,在附图中用箭头标明燃油的流向。供油单元2借助于一个泵支架22被固定在防溅罐1中。
精滤器4具有一个同心地围绕供油单元的过滤元件11,并且该精滤器4被固定在防溅罐1的内壁上。过滤元件11在纵截面图上呈U形构形并具有两个与对称轴同心安置的套形段12,13。这两个段12、13以其下端与一个环盘状的段14相互连接。套形段12、13在其上端处具有水平边缘15,套形段12、13以其水平边缘15与供油单元2及防溅罐1密封地连接。
图2示出了供油单元2及图1所示的带有一个精滤器16的防溅罐1,在该精滤器16中一个过滤元件17具有多个呈V形安置的段18。这些呈V形安置的段18同心地相互围绕。精滤器16径向朝内和朝外分别具有边缘19,用于把精滤器16固定在供油单元2上及防溅罐1上。供油单元2和防溅罐1各自具有一个用于支承边缘19的支撑边缘20并具有用于撑住边缘19的斜面21。在安装精滤器16时边缘19被斜面20沿径向移动。接着边缘19在斜面21后面卡入图示的位置。
Claims (7)
1.用于机动车供油单元的精滤器,该精滤器具有一个过滤元件及用于把该过滤元件固定在供油单元及一个包围该供油单元的防溅罐上的装置,
其特征在于,
该过滤元件(11,17)呈环形构形并分别固定在供油单元(2)和防溅罐(1)的表面上并且具有至少两个基本上轴向对准的与对称轴同心设置的段(12,13,18)。

其特征在于,
所述过滤元件(17)在一个轴向截面上呈V形构形。
3.按照权利要求1或2的精滤器,
其特征在于,
所述过滤元件(11)在一个轴向截面上基本上呈U形构形。
4.按照以上权利要求中至少一项所述的精滤器,
其特征在于,
所述过滤元件(11)的段(12,13)呈套状构形并同心地绕其对称轴设置,并且两个段(12,13)借助于一个环盘形的段(14)相互连接。
5.按照以上权利要求中至少一项所述的精滤器,
其特征在于,
多个轴向段(12,13,18)同心地相互包围。
6.按照以上权利要求中至少一项所述的精滤器,
其特征在于,
所述精滤器(11,17)由一种或多种具有规定的稳定性的材料层制造并且在其边缘处具有用于将其固定在防溅罐(1)或供油单元(2)上的装置。
7.按照以上权利要求中至少一项所述的精滤器,
其特征在于,
所述过滤元件(11,17)的网眼为15微米。
