Abstract

The invention relates to hydraulic fluids, in particular brake fluids for motor vehicles, with improved anti-corrosion properties, containing (a) between 0.005 and 0.125 wt. % 1H-1,2,4-triazole and (b) between 0 and 10 wt. % of one or more corrosion inhibitors, whereby with the co-use of 1H-1,2,3-benzotriazole and/or 1H-1,2,3-tolyltriazole and/or their derivatives, the weight ratio of 1H-1,2,4-triazole to the aforementioned 1H-1,2,3-triazoles must be greater than 4:1.

Description
