Abstract

发明领域
本发明一般涉及用于线材轧钢机的敷设头,尤其涉及在敷设头内支承敷设管的方式的改进。
背景技术
图1示出了带有在轴承(未示出)间支承成围绕一轴线A转动的一管状套筒10的一传统敷设头。一敷设管12具有与轴线A对齐的一进入端12a,用于接收来自轧钢机的最后轧机架的热轧线材。三维弯曲的中间段12b从该管子的进入端12a到达一输出端12c,线材以多圈的一螺旋形成从输出端送出。
突出于套筒10的该管子的外侧部分由装在传动装置板16上的一系列夹子14在径向和轴向支承,该板突出于一管状凸起部18。但是,容纳在套筒内的管子部分仅在20处被径向支承。在敷设头高速工作期间,在活动套筒内的管子部分相对自由地偏转,导致在区域22内中的磨损加速。由离心力和热膨胀引起偏转。
发明内容
按照本发明,将套筒的内表面构造成与敷设管的三维弯曲中间段一致并径向向内支承它。较佳地,在套筒内轴向接纳一内部的管支承件,且该内部的管支承件构造和定尺寸成限制弯曲的中间管段使其抵靠于一致的套筒内表面。

具体实施方式
按照本发明和如图2和3所示,管状套筒24具有一回转中心轴线A和围绕沿着轴线A从第一端26a至相对第二端26b延伸的一通道26的一内表面。该内表面具有从通道26的第一端26a引导至一径向向外扩大的段30的一带台阶的圆筒形段28,该扩大段30又通向该通道的第二端26b。
在通道26内接受一敷设管32。该敷设管具有在第一通道端26a处与轴线A对齐的一进入端32a和被套筒内表面的扩大段30包围的一个三维弯曲的中间部分32b。敷设管从第二通道端26b轴向突伸至与轴线A径向分开的一输出端32c。
套筒内表面的扩大段30构造成与弯曲的中间管部分32b一致并径向向内地约束弯曲的中间管部分。一环形***件34形式的一支承结构被接纳在通道26的第一端26a内,以径向支承敷设管32的进入端32a。
较佳地,在通道26的第二端26b内轴向接纳一内部的管支承件36。该管支承件具有在40处固定于一柱环42的一端凸缘38,柱环42由活节螺栓44(仅示出了一个)可拆卸地固定于套筒24。柱环42支承装有用于敷设管32的轴向突伸部分的托架48的一管状凸起部46。

Claims (4)

1.一种用于将纵向运动的热轧产品形成为螺旋状的敷设头,所述敷设头包括:
一管状套筒,它具有一转动的中心轴线和围绕一通道的一内表面,该通道沿所述轴线延伸并从一第一端到一相对的第二端穿过所述套筒,所述内表面具有从所述第一端引导到一径向向外扩大段的一圆筒形段,该扩大段又通到所述第二端;
一敷设管,所述敷设管容纳在所述通道内,所述敷设管具有在所述通道的第一端处与所述轴线对齐的一进入端,并具有被套筒的内表面的扩大段包围的一弯曲中间部分,所述敷设管从所述通道的第二端轴向伸出到与所述轴线径向分开的一输出端,所述内表面的扩大段被构造成与所述敷设管的弯曲中间部分一致并径向向内约束该弯曲中间部分;以及
在所述通道的第一端处的支承结构,用于径向支承所述敷设管的进入端。
2.如权利要求1所述的敷设头,其特征在于,还包括轴向被接纳在所述通道的第二端内的一内部的管支承件,所述支承件被构造和定尺寸为限制所述敷设管的中间部分使其抵靠于所述套筒的内表面的扩大段。
3.如权利要求3所述的敷设头,其特征在于,还包括在所述通道的第二端处可拆卸地固定于所述套筒的一圆形柱环,所述内部的管支承件由所述柱环携带并从所述柱环轴向伸入所述通道。
4.一种用于将纵向运动的热轧产品形成为螺旋状的敷设头,所述敷设头包括:
一管状套筒,它具有一转动的中心轴线和围绕一通道的一内表面,该通道沿所述轴线延伸并从一第一端到一相对的第二端穿过所述套筒,所述内表面具有靠近所述第二端的一径向向外扩大段;
一敷设管,所述敷设管容纳在所述通道内,所述敷设管具有在所述通道的第一端处与所述轴线对齐的一进入端,并具有被套筒的内表面的扩大段包围的一弯曲中间部分,所述敷设管从所述通道的第二端轴向伸出到与所述轴线径向分开的一输出端,所述内表面的扩大段被构造成与所述敷设管的弯曲中间部分一致并径向向内约束该弯曲中间部分;
在所述通道的第一端处的第一支承结构,用于径向支承所述敷设管的进入端;以及
被轴向接纳在所述通道的第二端内的第二支承结构所述第二支承结构被构造和定尺寸为限制所述敷设管的中间部分使其抵靠于所述套筒的内表面的扩大段。
