本发明的技术领域
本发明涉及用来监视机械洗涤装置内部的洗涤过程的装置,该装置包括用来测量洗涤过程的物理和/或机械参数的传感器装置和记录在所述装置内实测的参数的记录装置。
通过措词“机械洗涤装置”,每种用来洗涤物体的装置都是至少基于机械作用(但不排除诸如化学或生物学之类的任何其它的作用)发挥作用的装置。这样的装置的例子可能是洗涤器皿的装置,然而洗涤其它物体(例如脏衣物)的装置也包括在内。进而,“物理的”将被理解为也包括生物学的和化学的。
本发明的现有技术
优化机械洗涤装置的操作变成越来越重要的客户要求。通过这样的优化,不但装置所获得的性能可以被优化,而且考虑诸如改善材料的使用、减少能耗和减少环境污染之类的其它的因素也变成可能的。显而易见的是优化这类装置的操作的可能性构成日益重要的经济因素。对于这样的优化,作为第一步,定义洗涤过程的参数必须被确定下来。
本发明的目的是提供用来使这样的确定变成可能的改进装置。
本发明的概述
因此,依照本发明,所述装置是以用来引导通过传感器装置的洗涤液的装置和用来确定洗涤液和传感器装置之间的某种接触时间的装置为特色。作为结果,上述的参数能够以有效的方式被确定下来,尽管有时装置与洗涤液接触的时间周期短暂。本发明的详细描述

用来确定洗涤液和传感器之间的某种接触时间的装置和传感器装置能以不同的方式被优化。作为第一种可能性,出口通道的横截面小于入口通道的横截面。然而,在出口通道中提供阻塞装置也是可能的。第三种可能性是入口通道和出口通道通过曲折的通道区段互相连接,其中中央孔穴邻接曲折的区段。
在依照本发明的装置的优选实施方案中,入口通道实质上在装置的中心延伸,而出口通道包括从中央孔穴沿径向向外扩展的环形狭缝。洗涤液在中心(轴向地)经过入口通道进入装置并且到达有传感器装置的中央孔穴。洗涤液从那里沿径向流出装置。

用来在机械洗涤装置之内监视洗涤过程的装置如图1所示包括被从中央孔穴4沿径向向外扩展的环形狭缝3分开的上半个壳体部份1和下半个壳体部份2。上半个壳体部份1和下半个壳体部份2相互连接并且借助定位销5保持在某个距离上。进而,接地销6也被展示出来。
中央孔穴4通过备有入口漏斗8的入口通道7与环境连接。此外,用过滤器环10附着到上半个壳体部份1上的过滤器9覆盖着入口通道7的入口漏斗8。

下半个壳体部份2的内部14是空心的并且内藏装置的若干组成部分,例如,用来记录实测参数的记录装置、给装置供电的能源装置、诸如定时器或时钟之类用来测量消逝的时间的装置以及用来通过靠近对接站读出储存在记录装置中的信息的装置等等。例如,用传感器装置测量的参数将用诸如感应链路之类交换装置与外部装置(未示出)交换。这个感应链路还可以在监视装置与外部装置互相作用的时候自动地给诸如装置的电池之类能源装置再次充电。在这种情况下,电池是可再次充电的。
在图2中示意地图解说明依照本发明的监视装置的第二实施方案。带入口漏斗16的入口通道15借助曲折的通道区段17连接到出口通道18上。洗涤液的流动是用箭头19指示的。
曲折的通道区段17的中央部份接触被对应于依照图1的实施方案的下半个壳体部份2的壳体21包围着的传感器装置20。
曲折的通道区段17形成流动限制,因此使洗涤液和传感器装置20之间有某种接触时间成为可能。进而,如同在图2中能见到的那样,出口通道18的横截面小于入口通道15的横截面。这在提供某种接触时间方面也是有用的。实现预期的接触时间的另一种途经可能是在出口通道18中提供阻塞装置(未示出)。
依照图2的装置对于监视机械式器皿洗涤装置或洗碗机内的洗涤过程是特别有用的。
图3展示依照本发明的监视装置的另一个实施方案被极为简化的基本特征。提供底座22,该底座或许对应于依照图1的下半个壳体部份2,而且备有传感器装置(未示出)。在所述底座的顶部上放置瓶子状的部份23,定义入口通道24。出口通道25是在瓶子状的部份23的下半部分和底座22之间定义的。

因为在要洗的器皿表面上温度、尤其是机械作用可能不同于用传感器阵列27、28实测的数值,所以建议配备带温度传感器和力传感器的附加的碟子30。此外,特定的机械式器皿洗涤装置的清洁性能可以通过把标准的脏碟子31放在诊断架26上建立与其它装置进行比较的基准。这些标准的脏碟子31的清洁程度将提供性能等级而且从残存污物的图案能够获得附加的信息。

本发明不局限于前面描述的实施方案,而是可以在本发明的范围内大幅度地变化。

Claims (16)

1.一种用来监视机械洗涤装置内部的洗涤过程的装置,其中包括在所述装置内用来测量洗涤过程的物理和/或机械参数的传感器装置和用来记录所测定的参数的记录装置,其特色是用来引导通过传感器装置的洗涤液的装置和用来确定洗涤液和传感器装置之间的某种接触时间的装置。
2.根据权利要求1的装置,其特征在于传感器装置位于装置的中央孔穴中,而且其中入口通道把环境与中央孔穴连接起来。
3.根据权利要求2的装置,其特征在于入口通道备有入口漏斗。
4.根据权利要求2或3的装置,其特征在于入口通道被过滤器覆盖。
5.根据权利要求2-4中任何一项的装置,其特征在于中央孔穴借助出口通道进一步与环境连接。
