Abstract

本发明涉及一种游戏机控制器,尤其是涉及一种电池内置式的游戏机控制器,可提高其电池端子和按钮基板的固定强度,在主基板(1)上装有一体式的零件基座(2),该零件基座(2)具有:在中央部配置电池端子板(5),(6)及其前端的电池接点(7),(8);和为将按钮基板(10)垂直固定在左右两端而设置的基板座(9);由于设有围绕电池端子板(5),(6)周围的凸缘(23),因此可防止电池端子板在外力作用下的位移。由于在与主基板不同的另一零件基座上固定有电池端子板和按钮基板,因此可以减轻施加到主基板上的应力并提高其可靠性和使用寿命。

游戏机控制器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种游戏机控制器,尤其是涉及一种电池内置式的游戏机控制器。
背景技术
游戏机控制器一般是通过电缆与电脑游戏机连接的,而为了制成无线式,则需要使用内置电池作为收发信号电路的电源。对于这种情况下的电池安装及其连接方法,一般是在控制器内的主基板上安装电池接点板,电池接点板与主基板通过焊锡连接。但是,由于在装卸电池时,会通过电池接点板对主基板施加弯曲应力,因此有可能使电池接点板的焊接部分断裂,或者使主基板的印刷电路板产生断路。另外,也有可能由于电池接点板的露出而互相接触,造成短路现象。
另外,一般的控制器都安装有使用左右拇指来操作的一对多方向键和使用左右食指来操作的一对按键,承受前后移动的按键动作的按钮基板虽然垂直安装在水平的主基板上,但是,希望有一种可使按钮基部保持更牢固的方法。
因此,就产生了为消除电池接点平台部分和主基板及按钮基平台部分有损伤可能所应解决的技术课题,本发明的目的就是为了解决上述课题。
发明内容
本发明是为实现上述目的而提出的,提供一种游戏机控制器,在其主基板上装有将电池端子座和基板座连为一体的零件基座,所述基板座是与装有按钮等的基板垂直连接的。
另外,所提供的游戏机控制器是在上述电池端子座上围成电池端子板的凸缘而确定了电池端子板的位置。

具体实施方式
下面,结合附图详细说明本发明的一实施例。图1是游戏机控制器主基板的仰视图,图2是本发明的主要部分零件基座,图3是从外壳(图中未示出)内部向前方(图的上方)突出的按键。零件基座2安装在主基板1上,两节电池B的正负电极与在其中央的平台部4上设置的两个电池端子板5,6的正极接点7和负极接点8相接触。另外,对主基板1来说,用单独的按钮基板10垂直地安装在向左右两侧延伸的基板座9上。按钮基板10上的按钮11与按键3的背面相对,通过将按键3拉到跟前侧和由按键3按压按钮11使之接通。
图2和图3表示零件基座2,将设置在底面左右两端的定位销21***到主基板1的销孔中并进行定位,并使设置在底面后边缘处的钩22与主基板1上的方形孔相咬合,从而将零件基座2固定到主基板1上。设置在零件基座2中央的矩形平台部4上,在左右两侧形成了由凸缘23围成的电池端子座24、25,凸缘23从平台部4的上面连接到侧面的下端。如果将用金属板折成的电池端子板(图中未示出)配置在电池端子座24,25处,在电池端子板的下端部,如图3(e)所示,就会穿过底板的孔26向下突出,通过锡焊连接在主基板1的电源回路板上。在左右一对的电池端子座24,25的内侧,设有从平台部4的上面垂直站立的正极接点座27和负极接点座28,将电池端子板的上部弯成直角的正极接点和负极接点固定连接在正极接点座27和负极接点座28上而构成电池接点。
下面就基板座9进行说明。在零件基座2的左右两端垂直的竖立有基板座9,在背面的左右两侧形成纵方向的凸缘29,在背面凸缘29之间固定有***的按钮基板。如图2(b)所示,在基板座9的前面设有加强凸缘30,可以承受从背面施加的按键的压力。
因此,由于用零件基座2固定电池端子板,而且电池端子板的周围围有凸缘23,可以限制电池端子板的前后移动,所以,在进行更换电池时,零件基座2承受对电池端子板所施加的外力,可以减轻主基板1所受的弯曲和扭曲等应力。此外,因由凸缘23围成的电池端子板可以减少在电池端子板的表面接触导电性物体而发生短路的危险。另外,由于按钮基板垂直固定在零件基座上,也可以提高其使用寿命。
本发明不是仅限定于上述实施例,在本发明的技术范围内可以有多种改变,这些改变都应落入本发明所要求保护的范围内。
根据以上说明,本发明的游戏机控制器由于将电池端子板及按钮基板固定在和主基板不同的另一零件基座上,可以减轻施加到主基板上的应力,并提高其可靠性和使用寿命。此外,通过将电池端子的固定和按钮基板用一个部件固定,从而减少了部件的数量及工时数。

Claims (2)

1.一种游戏机控制器,其特征在于:在主基板上装有将电池端子座和基板座连为一体的零件基座,所述基板座垂直固定有装有按钮等的基板。
2.如权利要求1所述的游戏机控制器,其特征在于:在上述电池端子座上形成包围电池端子板的凸缘,以实现对电池端子板的定位。
