Abstract

在一个便携式无线终端单元中,当装备了一个内置天线时,使用者的身体的影响则尽可能地被减少,以防止天线性能的恶化。内置天线放置在外壳的下面部分接触麦克风部件的位置。麦克风部件安装在形成外壳的前壳上,因而内置天线也被安装在前壳上。因此,既使在呼叫或者浏览显示器时,内置天线也不会接触到使用者的头部,也不可能被使用者的手盖住,从而明显地减少了天线的性能的恶化,以提供更稳定的通讯性能。

本发明的背景技术
发明所属领域
本发明涉及便携式无线终端单元。本发明尤其是涉及小型的便携式无线终端单元,比如蜂窝电话单元,所述的蜂窝电话单元其外壳内放置有一天线。
相关技术说明
近年来,随着移动通信技术的发展,便携式无线终端在技术的先进性和体积的小型化方面得到了很快的发展。通常,一旦使用蜂窝电话之类的便携式无线终端进行呼叫时,除非使用耳机麦克风或者其它类似装置,用户会很自然地手持所述的单元并置于头部附近。另一方面,在通过按键操作来发送电子邮件信息之类的信息或者在浏览屏幕时,使用者也会手持所述的单元。
当天线内置于终端单元的主体部分内以减小所述的便携式无线终端的体积,并增强其便携性时,则必须使天线越小越好。此时,可能使用者会用手接触靠近天线的部位,或者使用者的耳朵或头部可能处于接近天线的地方,从而使天线的性能受损。
即,当天线内置于小体积的单元体内时,则有必要把天线安装在一个不接触使用者的头、手、耳朵等的地方。选择安装位置对于天线性能来说是至关重要的。举例来说,当天线放置在终端单元外壳的上面部分(接收侧)时,则使用者的头部在通话期间自然地位于接近天线的地方,从而损坏了天线的性能。另一方面,即使天线放置在终端单元靠下的部分(麦克风侧),当天线安装在带有操作面板的前壳对面的后壳侧时,则靠近天线的部分能被使用者的手盖住,从而导致天线性能的恶化。
本发明的详述
因此,本发明的一个目的在于提供一便携式无线终端单元,当天线变得小型化并置于单元壳内时,所述的单元能减少由使用者身体带来的天线性能的恶化,并保证良好的通讯性能。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供一便携式无线终端单元。当天线减小体积并置于单元壳内时,所述的单元能完成天线与电路板之间的连接及装配。
依据本发明,提供一种带有一内置天线的便携式无线终端单元,包括:
所述天线安装在一个前壳上并处于麦克风的附近,所述的天线包括一个天线导体,一个用以加固天线导体的加固体,一个用于连接天线导体和射频电路的连接端子,并且所述的天线导体,加固体和连接端子集成在一起。
所述的加固体可以是树脂注塑的,并且所述的天线导体和连接端子用树脂注塑件集成在一起。所述的连接端子可构成天线导体的一部分。
所述的连接端子可以是探针形的。并且所述的连接端子也可以是弹性部件。另一方面,所述的连接端子也可以是线圈形的。所述的天线导体也可以是片状的导体,一个杆状的导体,一个螺旋形的导体或者是一个条形的导体。
在使用本发明时,当所述的天线为小型的并置于单元体内时,则小型的天线置于几乎不被使用者的身体盖住的位置,特别是使用者的头、手之类的。由于安装的位置,内置天线安装在装有操作面板的前壳上,并且处于外壳的下面邻近麦克风部件的地方。
另一方面,所述的天线结构为所述的天线导体,所述的用于加固天线导体(诸如树脂注塑件)的加固件和连接端子集成在一起。
因此,所述的内置天线可以不接触使用者的身体,并且可以不被使用者的身体盖住从而损坏天线的性能。并且,可以方便地将天线和射频电路板连接起来,或将天线安装到移动终端内。

优选实施例的说明
下面将参照附图对依据本发明的便携式无线终端单元的优选实施例对本发明作一详细的说明。在下面的说明中,提出了各种特别的细节以便于清楚地理解本发明。但很明显,对有经验的本领域技术人员来说不需要这些细节也能实现本发明。
图1所示为依据本发明的便携式无线终端单元的优选实施例中的内置天线的安装位置;参照图1,一个外置天线2,一个接收机3,一个显示部分4,操作键5和一个麦克风部件6安装在壳1上。并且,在壳1中同时安装了一个小型的内置天线7。所述的内置天线7放置于麦克风部件6下方并且靠近麦克风部件。
图2为一个透视图,详细地表明了内置天线7和麦克风部件6之间的位置关系。麦克风部件6和天线7被放置得彼此非常近以至于麦克风部件6的一部分被天线7所包围。这也有可能用天线7来包围麦克风部件6的整个边缘。如图2所示,天线7包括一个导体元件11,一个作为一个加固部件的、用来加固导体元件11的树脂注塑件12,和用来将导体11和安装在射频电路(见图3)上的电路板10(单元板)电连接的一个连接端子13。
图3所示的处于壳1中的内置天线7的安装位置。壳1由前壳8和后壳9组成。在前壳8上,安装了一个操作键5(见图1)。后壳9构成壳1的后表面。麦克风部件6安装在前壳8上。在前壳8和后壳9之间以夹持方式安装了一个单元板(电路板)。该内置的天线置于前壳8最低的部位(比麦克风部件6低的位置),并以夹持方式安装在前壳8和单元板10之间。
此时,将图2所示的连接器端子13电连接到一个预先提供的单元板10上的射频电路的端点部分当然也是一种选择。导体元件11设于树脂注塑件12上并被加强。连接端子13被注塑进树脂注塑件12上以便和导体元件11导通。导体元件11,树脂注塑件12和连接端子13通过注塑集成到一起。
图4所示为天线7安装在前壳8上的情形。树脂注塑件12安装在前壳8上。此时,树脂注塑件12置于接触麦克风部件6的地方。连接端子13固定位置以便和单元板10上的预定的端点相接。图5A和5B所示的壳,其中内置天线安装在壳1内;其中图5A所示为壳1从底表面看的视图;图5B所示为壳1的侧视图。所示的实施例中的连接端子13为探针形的端子,并和单元板10的预定的端点接触。
通常,安装在单元中的内置天线会因为在减小体积时,在携带过程中或通话过程中受到使用者的头部和手的影响导致性能的恶化。另一方面,最近的便携式无线终端设计成选择性地使用两个天线,即外部天线和内置天线执行分集接收。这就存在相对高的可能性,即外部天线在呼叫过程中受到使用者头部的影响,同时,内置天线受到使用者手的影响,从而导致两天线性能的恶化。
因此,在考虑使用者可能意识到在呼叫过程中当麦克风被手指挡住不可能进行呼叫时,依据本发明,内置天线7设置在前壳内的邻近麦克风部件,以减小由于使用者的手的影响带来的天线性能的恶化。
图6所示为依据本发明的便携式无线终端单元的另一优选实施例。所示的实施例与前面的实施例的不同之处在于所述的内置天线的连接端子由一个簧片构成的端子15组成。其余的结构和前面的实施例相同。该簧片构成的端子15注塑进树脂注塑件12上。如图7所示,当树脂注塑件12安装在在前壳8上时,簧片构成的端子15接触电路板10的预定端点,以提供天线导体和的射频电路的电连接。通过使用簧片构成的端子15,则可以进行电连接。簧片构成的端子15通常是由导电的金属构成的弹性元件。
必须注意,图7A所示为为的壳从底面的视图。图7B所示为的壳的侧视图。
图8所示为依据本发明的便携式无线终端单元的又一优施例。在所示的实施例中,一内置天线的连接端子由线圈构成的端子16构成。其余的结构和前面的实施例相同。图9A和图9B所示为在壳1内安装了内置天线的情况,其中图9A为壳的底面的视图而图9B为壳的侧视图。
图10所示为依据本发明的便携式无线终端单元的另外的又一优选实施例,其中内置天线的天线的导件部件11构成为杆形。杆形的导体元件11嵌入在树脂注塑件12的凹槽部分。
图11所示为依据本发明的便携式无线终端单元的另外的又一优选实施例,其中导体部件11构成一个薄片状(条状),薄片状的导体部件11是缠绕在树脂注塑件12上成螺旋形的(线圈)。
图12所示为依据本发明的便携式无线终端单元的另外的又一优选实施例,其中导体部件11构成一个薄片状(条状)。并放置在树脂注塑件12的四个侧表面(缠绕在侧表面上)大致成为一个正方形。
在图10-图12所示的这些实施例中,所述的连接端子13实事上可如前述的实施例那样,为探针形、簧片形,线圈形中的任何形状。
正如前面所述,依据本发明,由于内置天线放置在装有麦克风部件的前壳中,并和麦克风部件接触。因此,在呼叫或浏览显示部分时,能避免使用者的头或手接触到天线,从而明显地减少了天线的性能的恶化,以提供一稳定的通讯性能。
另一方面,由于内置天线构成模块并且连接端子和天线集成到一起,在前壳中安装内置天线非常简单,并且能方便地在射频电路和天线之间建立电连接。
虽然已经就示例性的实施例对本发明进行了图示和描述,因此,在没有脱离本发明的精神和范围下,对本领域的技术人员来说前述的各种不同的变形、这样或那样的省略或增加都是易于理解的。因此,本发明不能被理解为限制在如上所描述的特定的实施例,而是包括了所有包含在或等同于在附加的权利要求书中列出的特征的范围之内的可能的实施例。

Claims (10)

1.一种便携式无线终端单元,具有一个位于单元体内的天线,该便携式无线终端单元包括:
所述的天线安装在一个前壳上并处于麦克风部件的附近,所述的天线包括一个天线导体,一个用以加固所述的天线导体的加固体,一个用于连接天线导体和射频电路的连接端子,并且所述的天线导体,所述的加固体和连接端子集成在一起。
2.权利要求1所述的便携式无线终端单元,其中所述的天线导体为一个片状导体。
3.权利要求1所述的便携式无线终端单元,其中所述的天线导体为一杆状的导体。
4.权利要求1所述的便携式无线终端单元,其中所述的天线导体为一螺旋状的导体。
5.权利要求1所述的便携式无线终端单元,其中所述的天线导体为一条状的导体。
6.权利要求1所述的便携式无线终端单元,其中所述的加固体为一个树脂注塑件,并且所述的天线导体和所述的连接端子被所述的树脂注塑件集成到一起。
7.权利要求1所述的便携式无线终端单元,其中所述的连接端子由所述的天线导体的一部分构成。
8.权利要求1所述的便携式无线终端单元,其中所述的连接端子为探针形的端子。
9.权利要求1所述的便携式无线终端单元,其中所述的连接端子为一个弹性部件。
10.权利要求1所述的便携式无线终端单元,其中所述的连接端子为线圈形的端子。
