Abstract

本发明揭示了一种新型的稳定的乳液(高分子水相－水相乳液)及其制备方法和在制药及生物技术中的应用。该乳液与常规乳液的根本区别在于其分散相和连续相均为水溶液。这一乳液的主要用途在于对于有机溶剂敏感的化学及生物药物的剂型制备。其中生物药物包括蛋白，多肽，DNA，及活病毒。与常规乳液相比，本发明中的乳液的主要优点在于上述敏感的治疗试剂不会因为与有机溶剂的接触而变性失活。本发明揭示的材料对于上述治疗试剂的制备，保存，运输和释放提供了独到的优化机制。
