技术领域
本发明涉及用于医学成像目的的颈椎压缩设备,特别是使用计算机断层摄影(CT)或核磁共振断层摄影(MRT)进行辅助诊断时,用于诊断目的。
本发明的目的是得到设备,与计算机断层摄影和/或核磁共振断层摄影相联系,这种设备的使用对颈椎在负载下的适当和可再现的检查提供了帮助,特别用于颈部退形性病变和炎症状态,及退形性病变不稳定性的诊断。
背景技术
在已经确定的条件下,难于执行关于颈部退形性病变和炎症状态,及退形性病变不稳定性的诊断,并且市场不认可用于所述目的的任何此类的诊断工具或设备。
第95920357.1号欧洲专利揭示了用于医学成像目的的腰椎压缩设备,并且特别用于出现椎管和神经结构(椎管狭窄)的诊断。
进一步,从第US-A-3629581号美国专利中已知了与患者脊柱X射线检查相联系的定位患者肩部的设备,其中上部脊柱向下,向检查台压缩,并且能够得到好的上部脊椎X射线图像。由此,压力通过提供给患者的把手上的两条柔性线绳,加到躺着的患者的脊柱上,其中线绳围绕足板布置。
这样就有问题需要解决,即得到装置或设备,用于在已经确定的条件下,执行关于颈部退形性病变和炎症状态,及退形性病变不稳定性的诊断。
发明内容
已经令人惊奇地显示,能够通过本发明解决这个问题,其中特点在于设备包括:
腰部装置,围绕患者的上部躯干放置,并且紧贴上部躯干;
头盔装置,围绕患者的头部放置,并且紧贴头部;
线绳,连接所述腰部装置和所述头盔装置,其中线绳可以彼此独立拉伸,并且每个包括拉力计,来监视线绳拉伸产生的力。
通过本发明的方式,当围绕患者的上部躯干应用的腰部装置和头盔装置围绕患者的头部,放置在头上,并且线绳被拉伸到适当的负载时,可以得到颈椎的可控制负载。进一步,负载也可以不对称地应用,由此可以在任何弯曲位置检查并诊断颈椎,如向前、向后、或向侧面。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,1指示了腰部覆盖装置,它被布置而围绕患者的上部躯干,即胸部来放置,并且固定到患者的腋窝,由此使用牛蒡(burdock)类线绳传统地紧固。腰部覆盖装置被紧固地但仍然舒适地应用,而以这样的方式,即它不在身体上滑动。头盔2提供有装置,使它在头上紧固地并且不滑动地布置。头盔2通常是这样的类型,具有几条拉绳3穿过盔壳和盔壳带4,其中盔壳带4的尺寸可调整为其上应用头盔的头部直径。在头盔与腰部覆盖装置之间安排有至少四条拉绳或线绳5,由此每条线绳可以各自脱离/连接到头盔/腰部覆盖装置上。每条线绳包括拉力计6和拉伸装置,它们以这样的方式布置,即每条线绳可以各自拉伸,由此可以监视每条线绳的拉力。在简单实施例中,拉伸装置可以是机械卷动设备,由手动或由电机驱动。拉力计6最好是电子类型的,从而它们可以连接到计算机上,用于收集确定并归档使用条件所需的数据。
本发明提供的颈椎压缩设备,患者被放置在检查床的放置表面上,其中检查床适于引入计算机断层摄影或核磁共振断层摄影的设备中。计算机断层摄影或核磁共振断层摄影是已知的单元,并且是本发明的主体。
通过具有至少四条线绳5,可以实现不同的弯曲条件。在一般检查过程中线绳的拉力将为大约8到10kpm,由此,在适当的极限条件下,可以高达15到20kpm或更高,例如研究颈椎过度屈伸损伤时,其中颈部已经受到非常大的力和负载。如果实现更特别的弯曲条件,可以增加线绳的数量。在这种情况下,可以连接各自具有拉力计的六条或八条线绳。
拉力计6也可以连接到电机上,它影响线绳5的拉伸,当拉力计6控制电机时,可以保持预定的可调整值。
在检查中,患者被仰卧放置在断层成像设备检查台的放置表面上,腰部覆盖装置围绕胸部布置,并且头盔装置布置在患者的头部,其后,各自具有拉力计的线绳连接到两个装置之间。线绳拉伸到预定值,并且患者进入断层摄影装置,而得到所需图像。为了确定使用核磁共振断层摄影的条件,由于信号接收部分与患者之间的距离,可以需要适当的特殊附件,来得到正确的信号。然而,对这样的断层摄影的操作者而言,这是一般知识,并且不是本发明的一部分。
Claims (4)
1.一种用于医疗成像目的的颈椎压缩设备,特别是使用计算机断层摄影或核磁共振断层摄影进行辅助诊断时,用于诊断目的,其特征在于该设备包括:
腰部装置(1),围绕患者的上部躯干放置,并且紧贴上部躯干;
头盔装置(2),围绕患者的头部放置,并且紧贴头部;
线绳(5),连接所述腰部装置和所述头盔装置,其中线绳(5)可以彼此独立拉伸,并且每个包括拉力计(6),来监视线绳拉伸产生的力。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于线绳(5)的拉伸力被布置为手动调节。
3.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于线绳(5)的拉伸力被布置为使用电机调节。
4.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于线绳(5)的拉伸力被布置为使用所述拉力计(6)控制的电机调节。
