Abstract

一种在不降低开封用带的强度下可向薄膜熔敷的超声波极头和具有该极头的超声波熔敷工作组装体,在为向作为包装材料的薄膜超声波熔敷包装后开封用带、而与平台2配合工作的超声波极头1中,在其与平台2相抵接的极头1的前端面上形成具有至少1个用于形成密封线的突条的密封突条部。

Description

超声波极头和具有该极 头的超声波熔敷工作组装体
技术领域
本发明涉及用于向形成包装体的薄膜进行超声波熔敷作为该包装体开封用带的超声波极头(ホ一ン)和具有该极头的超声波熔敷工作组装体。
在将带熔敷于薄膜之关系上,由于以和薄膜相同材料制作、但有开封时的强度要求,使用了比该薄膜还要厚的带。
包装体,例如红肠,有带沿包装体长度方向大致全长的纵切带、和设于周向的横贴切带(常简单叫带片)。在横贴切带情况下,如附图3所示,带片51沿周向贴装于红肠等包装体50的端部。带片51沿包装体50周向延伸,在特定密封线52部分和包装体50的薄膜熔敷。从而,在开封时,带片51的非熔敷部分,多数情况下以手捏着其端部沿箭头方向拉起,由于强力拉起,包装体50的薄膜沿周向破裂、开封。这种密封线52的形式可有各种实施形式,例如像图4(A)、(B)那样。
纵切带,在将带状薄膜形成用于充填内容物的筒状时,可沿移动的筒状薄膜熔敷带,得到稳定的熔敷;但带子必须沿红肠的全长,太不经济。关于这点,横贴切带,带片短而经济,但在熔敷时带必须与薄膜同步移动,其机构变得复杂。
另一方面,在为将带熔敷(密封)于薄膜的加热方面,有各种方式,例如已知的有高频密封、超声波密封。为确保带向薄膜熔敷有足够强度,由设于熔敷装置的线状密封突条部将带向薄膜局部加压,形成如图3、图4的密封线,这种密封突条部叫密封结构。在高频密封中,容易引起电火花;为避免由这种电火花引起的危害,对密封设计形状形成了限制,给设计造成困难。因此,不存在所谓电火花问题的超声波密封被广泛推行。
超声波密封以超声波极头与相互配合工作的平台对薄膜和带夹持加压来进行。在包装机的构造上,极头位于薄膜一侧,即平台位于成了包装体外侧的带一侧。这样的极头与平台,比如就形成图3那样的密封线的情况给予图示,即如图5所示。
在图5中,极头60对着平台61的下面是平坦面,在平台61上设长圆形密封突条部61A。在薄膜53侧配极头60,在带片51侧配平台61,在极头60与平台61间夹持着薄膜53与带片51,对其加压加热。带片51以上述密封突条部61A牢固熔敷于薄膜53上,形成密封线52。
在现有结构中,密封突条部设在平台上,由于这样可以相信,带牢固压紧并有足够强度地熔敷于薄膜上。
但在这种现有方式中,带子由于由平台密封条部局部加热,比薄膜先熔化并容易产生脆弱部位,当薄膜行走中或之后通过带受到外力时,容易产生针孔等,从开封时带的强度、以及向内容物可能侵入细菌这些方面考虑,往往产生一些非所希望的情况。
有鉴于这些事实,本发明的目的在于提供包装体上不产生针孔等、用于可确保带的熔敷强度的超声波熔敷的极头和具有该极头的熔敷工作组装体。
发明内容
本发明的超声波极头,用于将包装后开封用带向作为包装材料的薄膜熔敷时与平台配合工作。
在该超声波极头中,本发明的特征在于,在抵接于平台的极头前端面上,形成具有至少1个用于形成密封线的突条的密封突条部。密封突条部的形式,例如可以是直线、曲线、两者组合等,可自由选择;其线数可以是单条、也可以是多数。
如依这样的本发明,由于局部加热的密封突条部设在位于薄膜一侧的极头上,薄膜比带片先熔化而熔敷于带片上。从而,不会形成带片先熔化、也不会形成针孔或壁厚过度变薄的脆弱部分。即,带可维持原强度不变。薄膜上即使产生稍许脆弱部位,由于带熔敷于薄膜上也可得到补偿。
本发明的超声波极头与平台构成了超声波熔敷工作组装体,这种情况下,平台的与极头抵接的顶端面,可形成平坦面、也可在该顶端面上形成滚花纹。
由于在平台上形成滚花纹,带不产生移动,与薄膜的相对位置不会错动,可得到无皱折等最佳熔敷。由于这种滚花纹有防止错动效果,在带上广泛均匀存在,不进行局部加热,不会像密封突条那样先熔化带。
在本发明中,平台上,最好在对应于极头密封突条部形成领域之外的位置,设置用于吸附保持带的吸引口。由于以该吸引口保持带,可进一步确实防止与薄膜间产生错动。

具体实施方式
下边借附图1、图2说明本发明实施例。
在图1中,(A)是表示薄膜与带片熔敷之前的超声波极头与平台构成的超声波熔敷工作组装体的正视图;(B)是表示该极头的熔敷前端面的立体图。
在图1(A)中,成为充填了内容物的包装体的可熔敷薄膜下按箭头A的方向行走。在图示例的情况下,该薄膜下为平面状,2块薄膜紧贴起来成一块薄膜状或是一块薄膜。熔敷于薄膜F上的带或带片T,通常是与薄膜F同质的材料。
在薄膜F的两侧配设着用来进行超声波熔敷的极头1和平台2,成相对薄膜F方向可接离动作状态。图1(A)中,要熔敷于薄膜下的带或带片T位于薄膜F与平台2间。极头1和平台2以及带片T在熔敷瞬间相对薄膜F在箭头A方向无相对速度。即,在该瞬间薄片停止,或者是相对以一定速度行走的薄膜F、极头1与平台2以及带片T在上述瞬间同步同速移动。
在本实施例中,平台2的上面、即对着极头1的面是平坦面,或者也可以是在整个面上大致均匀形成滚花纹的面。
另一方面,极头1如图1(B)所示,在中央部设直线状密封突条部3。该密封突条部3叫密封结构,可以是直线、曲线、或两者组合等各种形式。密封突条部本身已为公知,但在现有结构中它设在平台上,而本发明的特征是,将该密封突条部3设在极头1上。
由该极头1与平台2将薄膜F与带片T夹持加压,超声波能量集中于极头1的密封突条部3,在与该密封突条部3相接的部分对薄膜F局部加热。从而,该部分比带片T早熔化、而熔敷于该带片T上。如图2(A)所示,在带片T上牢固形成直线状密封线4。带片T与薄膜F相比,熔化时间晚,因此温度也不会像薄膜F那样上升,因此,熔敷后其厚度可保持均一;结果维持了作为开封用带片的规定强度。另一方面,如上所述,由于薄膜F比带片T先熔化,局部变薄产生了脆弱部分。但,作为包装体带片牢固加强了该部分,在开封时,自然薄膜脆弱部分很容易破开。
极头的密封突条部,也不限于图1与图2(A)的例子,比如可取图2(B)~(D)中各种形式。现有形成于平台上的各种形式已知密封突条部可原样适用于本发明的极头。图2(B)~(D)示出了和带片T形成的密封线,密封突条部与其密封线成相同形式的形状。
在本实施例中,示出了适合于带片熔敷的例子,但本发明也适用于纵切带。重要的是,被熔敷的切带不使其强度降低,目的是熔敷于薄膜上,本发明可对两种切带达到其目的。
在本发明中,也可以在平台设保持带的吸引口。由于由该吸引口保持带,带子可无错动地稳定熔敷于薄膜上。该吸入口,如一并设上前述的滚花纹更好。上述吸入口,从稳定保持观点考虑,最好是设在极头突条部形成领域外。
如上所述,本发明由于在形成包装体的薄膜上超声波熔敷开封用的带时,在配置于薄膜侧的超声波极头上设置作为密封结构的密封突条部,在极头与平台间夹持加压薄膜与带时从薄膜侧熔敷,其结果在带上不会产生脆弱部位,可充分保持开封时的带强度,另外,在薄膜行走时或包装后,即使通过带受到外力也不会产生针孔等。

Claims (3)

1.一种超声波极头,向作为包装材料的薄膜进行超声波熔敷包装后的开封用带而与平台配合工作,其特征在于,在抵接于平台的极头前端面上形成具有至少1个用于形成密封线的突条的密封突条部。
2.一种超声波熔敷工作组装体,其特征在于,具有权利要求1的极头与平台,该平台与极头相抵接的前端面成平坦面、或在该前端面上形成滚花纹。
3.按权利要求2所述的超声波溶敷工作组装体,其特征在于,该平台在对应于极头密封突条部形成领域外的位置,设置用于吸附保持带的吸引口。
