Abstract
一种汽车窗电动调节器,主要解决车门玻璃提升时,车门玻璃垂直移动所产生的工作力使主臂向内和向外弯,并且扇形齿轮和驱动电机没有恰当啮合而导致噪音的产生,本发明包括固定在门玻璃底边的导轨,可作线性移动的主臂和辅臂连接于门玻璃下端的导轨上,并作交叉联接;驱动电机啮合扇形齿轮,扇形齿轮连接在主臂的下端,其特征在于主臂和导轨间的结合区设置为提供车玻璃垂直移动时所需挠度的调节装置。优点是适当提供所要求的挠度,以免在主臂和门玻璃连接于导轨上的联结区产生已知技术因缺少挠度而出现的工作力,如压力和张力,可避免门玻璃沿曲线轨迹移动时主臂变弯,并可防止给扇形齿轮施力过大,从而减少齿轮啮合引起的噪音。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车窗电动调节器,特别是当车窗玻璃提升时,能吸收车窗玻璃曲线移动产生的压力和张力的汽车窗电动调节器。
背景技术
通常的汽车窗电动调节器是一些受电动窗开关操纵控制的、能自动使车门的窗玻璃滑上滑下的器件。已知技术的汽车窗电动调节器,如图1所示,固定在门玻璃102下部的导轨104,导轨104是用主臂106和辅臂108呈X形交叉可滚动地固定。主臂106由一个扇形齿轮110连接到驱动电机112下面,并且辅臂108辅臂可滚动地固定于一侧门框下。驱动电机112与扇形齿轮110啮合,在预定的范围内往复滚动,并且扇形齿轮110与主臂106连接,往复滚动,从而使门玻璃102上下滑动。
图2、图3所示为位于导轨104和主臂106的铰链连接结构,其中滑块116可滑动地置于导轨104中,滑块轴118垂直凸出于滑块116,并且主臂106上还制出个铰链凹槽,用于嵌入滑块轴118。
如上所述的传统的汽车窗电动调节器,当驱动电机112启动时,扇形齿轮110旋转带动主臂106转动,随着主臂106转动,滑块116沿导轨104移动,使门玻璃102滑上滑下。这时,主臂106沿线性轨迹垂直打开,而门玻璃102沿曲线轨迹移动,因为门玻璃102是按预定曲线制成曲线形状。结果是由于不同的运行轨迹,在车门玻璃102的导轨104与主臂106之间的结合区产生了压力和张力,车门玻璃102提升时,车门玻璃102垂直移动所产生的工作力使主臂106向内和向外弯,并且扇形齿轮和驱动电机没有恰当啮合而导致噪音的产生。
为解决上述问题,驱动电机在材质强度上、扇形齿轮在规格上都要增强,以提高对不完全啮合后果的耐受力。但是这种措施难以从根本上解决问题,因为所提高的强度只能抵御由门玻璃垂直运动产生的压力和张力。上述增加强度的另一个问题是,包括主臂在内的各个零件的重量和规格也增加了,势必要增加制造成本和调节器的总重量。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种汽车窗电动调节器,可使车门玻璃垂直运动产生的压力和张力在主臂和导轨结合区得以均衡,以防止主臂变弯,并且可减小扇形齿轮产生的噪音。因此也不必增加各个零件的重量和规格,从而降低制造成本并减轻总重量。
本发明的汽车窗电动调节器包括:固定在门玻璃下端的导轨;可作线性移动的主臂和辅臂连接于导轨上,并作交叉联接;驱动电机啮合扇形齿轮,扇形齿轮连接在主臂的下端;主臂和导轨间的结合区设置为提供车玻璃垂直移动时所需挠度的调节装置。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的一个实例作详细描述:
图4是本发明的汽车窗电动调节器侧视图,图5是图4的沿“V-V”线局部剖视图,以及图6是本发明的汽车窗电动调节器中滑块轴结构的投影视图;本发明的汽车窗电动调节器包括固定在门玻璃2底边的导轨4,可作线性移动的主臂6和辅臂8连接在门玻璃下端的导轨4上;与驱动电机12啮合的扇形齿轮10固定在主臂6下端;挠度调节装置为主臂6和导轨4间的结合区提供了车门玻璃2垂直移动时所需的挠度。所述的挠度调节装置由固定于导轨4上可作线性移动的滑块13、可滚动地安放于滑块13上的滑块轴14和卡夹16构成,卡夹16的圆形内表面可嵌入滑块轴14的另一侧,而卡夹16的外表面嵌入滑块轴14和主臂6之间结合区的主臂6联结凹槽内。滑块轴14制成一端为球状部位22,同时滑块13制成球形凹槽24,使球部位22可滚动地嵌于其中。换种方式表述:比如要求滑块轴14变成垂直角度,球状部位22则可以在滑块的球状凹槽内滚动,以获得预置范围内的角度改变。更确切地说,滑块轴14另一端为预定长度的棒形杆26。棒形杆26顶端有联结销28,防止棒形杆26上的卡夹16与之分离。卡夹16中心是空的,可使棒形杆26***其中,而在另一侧有许多裂口,以承受预置强度的回能,卡夹16的圆周外表面有凹槽30,可使主臂6的联结凹槽20嵌于其中。卡夹16从裂口处起至另一侧按一定角度呈圆锥体,便于嵌入主臂6的联结凹槽内,在卡夹16顶端设置防止嵌入杆上的卡夹16与联结凹槽20分离的联结销28。
如上所述,与主臂6相连的卡夹16可在棒形杆26上作线性移动,以便当玻璃门2垂直移动时能够为主臂6和导轨之间提供改变一点点距离的挠度。
下面说明本发明的汽车窗电动调节器的作业方式:当打开门玻璃开关时,驱动电机12根据所施的力向前或向后驱动,与驱动电机12啮合的扇形齿轮10随着电机12转动并使主臂6转动,主臂6另一端相继沿导轨4作线性移动,从而使玻璃门2垂直移动。玻璃门2制成预先设计的曲线形状,当主臂6沿线性轨迹移动时,玻璃门2作曲线移动,这样玻璃门2垂直移动时便可在导轨4和主臂6之间结合区为不同的运动轨迹提供所要求的预定挠度。在这种状况下,可滚动地嵌在滑块球形凹槽24内的滑块轴的球状部位22,给滑块轴14在垂直角度上提供了超出上述预定的挠度,即玻璃门2曲线轨迹和主臂6线性轨迹之间线性垂直连接的角变化挠度,而卡夹16沿滑块轴14作线性移动也提供滑块轴14长度方向的挠度。这就是联系门玻璃2曲线轨迹与主臂6线性轨迹、随长度变化的线性垂直挠性。
如上所展示本发明的汽车窗电动调节器的优点是:当门玻璃垂直移动时,可恰到好处地为导轨结合区提供所需的挠度,以免产生工作力,那种在已知技术中主臂和门玻璃连接的结合区由于缺少挠性而产生的工作力,如压力和张力,并且可避免当门玻璃沿曲线移动时主臂变弯,以及防止给扇形齿轮施力过大,从而减小齿轮啮合引起的噪音。另一优点是不需增强门玻璃的强度以适应垂直移动时产生的压力和张力,并且可以大幅度地减小相关零件的重量和尺寸,以降低造价和调节器的总重量。
Claims (5)
1、一种汽车窗电动调节器,包括固定在门玻璃2底边的导轨4,可作线性移动的主臂6和辅臂8连接于门玻璃下端的导轨4上,并作交叉联接;驱动电机12啮合扇形齿轮10,扇形齿轮10连接在主臂6的下端,其特征在于主臂6和导轨4间的结合区设置为提供车玻璃垂直移动时所需挠度的调节装置。
2、根据权利要求1所述的调节器,其特征在于挠度的调节装置包括:用于作线性移动的滑块13组装在导轨4上;卡夹16的内圆周表面嵌在滑块轴14的另一端,而卡夹16的外表面嵌入滑块轴14和主臂6之间结合区的主臂6联结凹槽内。
3、根据权利要求2所述的调节器,其特征在于滑块轴14的一端有球形部位,并且滑块13上有球形凹槽,使球形部位可滚动地嵌于其中。
4、根据权利要求2所述的调节器,其特征在于卡夹16中心是空的,可使棒形杆26***其中,而在另一侧有许多以承受预置强度回能的裂口,卡夹16的圆周外表面有凹槽30,可使主臂6的联结凹槽嵌于其中。
5、根据权利要求4所述的调节器,其特征在于卡夹16从裂口处起至另一侧按一定角度呈圆锥体,在卡夹16顶端设置防止嵌入杆上的卡夹16与联结凹槽20分离的联结销28。
