Claims (8)
- 1. 一种移动式集装箱检测设备, 它包括:一个第一箱形舱单元(2) , 其内装有一个用于发射穿透待探 测集装箱的射线的辐射源;一个第二箱形舱单元(6) , 其内装有用于接收由辐射源发出 的穿透待探测集装箱的射线并发出扫描图像信号的探测器( 10), 第二箱形舱单元(6) 与第一箱形舱单元(2) 分别相对设置在检 测通道的两侧;一个横架梁单元(3, 4, 5) , 它跨接在第一箱形舱单元(2) 和第二箱形舱单元 (6) 上, 以共同构成一个可让待探测集装箱置 于其内的门框架;用于使门框架沿检测通道运动的运动装置, 由此当运动装置 使门框架相对于置于门架内的待探测集装箱运动时, 探测器( 10, 11, 12)接收来自辐射源的穿过待探测集装箱的射线, 实现连续 扫描和电信号输出;其中, 第一、 第二箱形舱单元(2, 6)和横架梁单元(3, 4, 5)是分立预制的可拆卸地组装的模块式单元。
- 2. 根据权利要求 1所述的设备, 其中, 横架梁单元(3, 4, 5) 包括一水平梁 (4) 和分别与水平梁(4) 两端可拆卸地相连的两 个竖直辅助支架(3, 5) , 两辅助支架(3, 5) 分别可拆卸地连 接在第一和第二箱形舱单元(2, 6) 上。
- 3. 根据权利要求 1 所述的设备, 其中, 所述运动装置包括可 转动地安装在第一和第二箱形舱单元(2, 6)下面的行走车轮(7, 7) 和驱动行走车轮转动的驱动装置(9)
- 4. 根据权利要求 3 所述的设备, 还包括供行走车轮(7, 7) 在其上行走的轨道(8) 。
- 5. 根据权利要求 2 所述的设备, 其中, 在与第二箱形舱单元 (6)相连的辅助支架(5) 中, 以及在水平梁(4) 靠近第二箱形 舱单元(6)的部分中分别装有用于接收来自辐射源的倾斜向上穿 过待探测集装箱的射线的探测器( 11, 12) 。
- 6. 根据权利要求 1 所述的设备, 其中, 辐射源是电子直线加 速器或放射性同位素。
- 7. 根据权利要求 1 所述的设备, 还包括至少一个用于控制该 设备工作的操作控制舱单元。
- 8. 根据权利要求 7所述的设备, 其中, 第一、 第二箱形舱单 元(2, 6)和横架梁单元(3, 4, 5) 以及操作控制舱单元的尺寸 设计成可适于由汽车公路运输。― 1
