Abstract

玩具构筑套件
本发明涉及一种玩具构筑套件,该玩具构筑套件的玩具构筑单元具有偶合短柱和相应的接收腔室,所述接收腔室以摩擦接合的方式接收另一些构筑单元上的偶合短柱。
在GB 1269 755中公开了一这种类型的玩具构筑套件。在其构筑单元的腔室中具有与两个外壁平行的弹性壁或者舌部。在另一构筑单元上的圆柱形偶合短柱可以被接收在所述腔室中,从而使其与所述腔室中的一个外壁和弹性壁之一摩擦接合。在所述外壁的内侧上设有突起的导引肋,以确保所述偶合短柱在所述腔室中占据特定的位置。
US 5 795 210(见图11和12)中公开了下述构筑单元,其中使用者通过使两个构筑单元相对于彼此不同的取向而能够选择接合或者脱开互补的偶合装置,并且从而在相互连接的构筑单元之间有意地选择一个“正常”的偶合力或者增加的偶合力。
这些文件没有公开类似本发明中的对偶合装置施加不同摩擦力的偶合装置。
US专利No.3 005 282公开了具有玩具构筑单元的玩具构筑套件,其在市场上以商标LEGO和DUPLO销售。
图1和2分别表示了从上方和下方看去的这样一种已知玩具构筑套件10的立体图。这种已知的玩具构筑单元具有一个方形的水平横截面,并具有四个垂直的外壁11和一个水平上壁12,所述水平上壁12与所述外壁一起形成了一个腔室13,在该腔室13中容纳一个从所述上壁的内侧延伸的中心管14。所述上侧面或者上壁具有四个圆柱形偶合短柱15,后者如同在上述US专利No.3 005 282中描述的,可以被接收在一个相应的构筑单元的腔室13中,从而使偶合短柱15与外壁11的内侧和中心管14摩擦接合。其中所述中心管14也称作偶合管。
图3表示了从下方看去时另一种已知的玩具构筑单元16,其中该单元的上侧面具有圆柱形的偶合短柱(未示出),所述偶合短柱设置成彼此互相垂直的四行,每行有四个偶合短柱。这种构筑单元具有四个外壁17和方形的外形。所述四个壁形成一个腔室18,其中隔板19将所述腔室分隔成四个子腔室。所述四个子腔室中的每一个容纳着一个圆柱形偶合管20,并且在所述隔板19交会的中心点设有一个中心偶合管。所有的这些偶合管均从所述构筑单元的上壁21的下侧延伸,其中所述上壁21形成了腔室18的末端或者顶壁。
如图3所示已知的构筑单元和相应的较大的构筑单元可以堆积在一起,其方式与图1和2中的构筑单元10相同。在一个构筑单元16上的偶合短柱被接收在另一构筑单元的腔室18中,从而使所述偶合短柱与所述腔室中的管20中的一个或者两个管和/或所述外壁17的内侧摩擦接合。腔室18中的隔板19比外壁17薄,这意味着偶合短柱将不会与所述隔板摩擦接触。
结果,只有与所述外壁在其角部接触的偶合短柱具有完全的摩擦力,即,与在图1和2中所示构筑单元的情况下相同的总摩擦力,同时与所述角部隔开的偶合短柱和没有与外壁接触的偶合短柱每个都具有一个更小的总摩擦力。这里总摩擦力是必须被克服以装配或者拆开两个构筑单元所需要的摩擦力,该力因此也被称作偶合力。
对于在上侧面具有4×4个或者更多偶合短柱的已知构筑单元来说也是这样。如果这些已知的构筑单元的腔室没有如所述的那样设置,而是所述4×4个偶合短柱在所述腔室中具有完全的摩擦力,于是总摩擦力将相应地大于如同图1和2中那样的两个单元上的摩擦力,因此,其将在装配和拆开时施加一个相应较大的力。因此,很难让儿童装配和拆开具有许多偶合短柱的较大的构筑单元。因此期望所述隔板形成这样,使所述偶合短柱将不会与所述隔板接触,从而使只有某些位置的偶合短柱具有完全的偶合力,同时在其它位置上的偶合短柱具有降低的偶合力。这提供了一个优点,使儿童容易装配和拆开具有许多偶合短柱的很大的玩具构筑单元。
还有,如图3所示的已知的构筑单元具有一个缺点。图3示意性地表示了图1和2中其四个偶合短柱15被接收在另一已知的较大的构筑单元的腔室中的已知构筑单元10,从而没有一个偶合短柱15与外壁17接触。这四个偶合短柱15与腔室中的中心偶合管接触,因为该偶合短柱被定位在所述构筑单元10中与所述偶合管14同轴。可以看到所述构筑单元10能够围绕所述偶合管在由偶合短柱与所述薄隔板19接合所述限定的两个极限之间转动。所述极限于是作为该转动的末端止挡件。因此,两个这样构筑在一起的两个构筑单元没有被固定,而是能够彼此相对转动。相应地,具有一个、两个或者三个偶合短柱的构筑单元均与同一个偶合管接触,从而能够转动。
本发明的目的是消除上述缺陷,或者换句话说,提供一种玩具构筑套件,其中可以以这样一种方式将相对较大的构筑单元堆积在一起,使其偶合力基本上等于用于已知的相对大的构筑单元的偶合力,同时一个较小的构筑单元基本上被固定,使其在与一个较大单元构筑在一起时不能转动。
通过根据本发明的一个构筑套件可以实现上述目的,其中在所述腔室中设置了导引装置,该导引装置限制所述偶合短柱在该腔室中的移动,并且其只具有一个与偶合短柱并不显著的摩擦力。
下面将结合附图通过一个优选的实施例对本发明进行说明,其中,
图1表示了从上方看去时一种已知的玩具构筑单元的透视图;
图2表示了从下方看去时图1所示已知的玩具构筑单元的透视图;
图3表示了图1和图2所示已知玩具构筑单元与另一种已知的玩具构筑单元构筑在一起时从下方看去时的视图;
图4表示了根据本发明的玩具构筑单元与图1和图2所示已知玩具构筑单元构筑在一起时从下方看去时的视图。
图1至3表示了如上所述的现有技术。
图4表示了一种玩具构筑单元30,其具有四个外壁31,后者限定了一个腔室32。所述腔室32具有内部隔板33,该隔板33将所述腔室32分隔成四个较小的子腔室34、34a,其方式与图3中所示构筑单元16相同。四个子腔室34中的每一个容纳着一个偶合管35,该偶合管35定位于相应每个子腔室的中心。已知的构筑单元10与所述构筑单元30构筑在一起,其中在所述单元10上的每一个偶合短柱15以与图3中相同的方式与各自的一个偶合管35和一个中心偶合管35c接合,所述偶合管35c与偶合管14同轴。在子腔室34a中示出了偶合短柱15a在一个构筑单元上可能的位置。在偶合短柱所有可能的位置,该偶合短柱与一个或者两个偶合管35、35c摩擦接合,从而在堆积在一起的构筑单元10和30之间形成偶合力。
所述外壁31和隔板33具有不同功能的突起肋,这将在下面说明。
外壁31在此分别比如图1至3所示的构筑单元10和16上相应的外壁11和17薄。这种设计的第一个优点是节省了材料。为了获得偶合短柱15、15a和外壁31之间的偶合力,所述外壁在选定的位置设有突起的偶合肋36,所述偶合肋这样设置,使得当一个构筑单元10与所述构筑单元30构筑在一起时,在构筑单元10上的偶合短柱将与偶合管35、35c或者与偶合肋36或者其结合摩擦接合。
较薄外壁的另一个优点是,可以在所述壁上希望具有偶合力的选定位置设置偶合肋36。可以看出,与图3所示构筑单元相比,只是构筑单元30上偶合短柱的可能位置的一半位置上偶合短柱与一个偶合肋36接触。如果期望一个更大的偶合力,可以增加偶合肋36的数量;如果期望一个较小的偶合力,可以减少偶合肋36的数量。
所述偶合肋36在此设置成其用于与偶合短柱接触的接触面被相对于一个偶合管35成对地沿径向相对定位的位置。所述接触面具有一定取向,该取向与所述偶合短柱相切并且与一个最终接触区域面接触,而不只是点接触或者线接触。在某些位置,一个偶合短柱将在其圆柱表面上的两个位置偶合,而在其它位置,一个偶合短柱将只在其圆柱表面上的单个位置偶合。单个偶合短柱只在其圆柱表面上的一个或者两个位置进行偶合的构造本身不足以确保两个构筑单元10和30之间良好限定的相互位置。
因此,所述外壁31和隔板33还具有导引肋37,后者将与一个偶合短柱接触,其接触的摩擦力并不显著或者至少明显地小于一个偶合短柱和一个偶合管或者一个偶合肋之间的偶合力。所述导引肋37相对于所述偶合短柱15、15a设置在选定的位置,从而确保优选的(不是必须的)所有偶合短柱只能占据一个良好限定的位置而没有任何横向位移的可能性。这是这样保证的,即在这些位置,所述偶合管、偶合肋和导引肋的总数至少是三个,这三个限定了一个三角形或者其它多边形,后者围绕着偶合短柱的中心。
在此,所述导引肋37都表示为具有一个矩形横截面,并且为了清楚起见,示意性地表示为在导引肋和偶合短柱之间具有一个较小的间隙。为了获得精确的偶合短柱的定位,从理论上说,最好具有尽可能小的间隙,但是所述间隙的尺寸可以选定为允许一个或大或小可以接受的运动。
如果需要,通过适当地限定所述导引肋37的尺寸,其可以产生相互连接的构筑单元之间的偶合力。在这种情况下,所述间隙当然可以消失。
很显然,偶合管、偶合肋和导引肋或者其结合限定了所述偶合短柱的位置;并且在某些偶合位置,所述偶合力可以比其它位置大或者小。
术语“导引肋”在此选定为指代这样一种装置,该装置实质上只具有一个导引功能并且从而实质上只对限定所述偶合短柱的位置起作用,并且有助于形成相互连接的单元之间的偶合力,使该偶合力处于较小或者不明显的程度。术语“偶合管”和“偶合肋”相应地用于这样一种装置,该装置基本上有助于形成相互连接的单元之间的偶合力,即使其需要限定所述偶合短柱的位置。

Claims (3)

1.一种玩具构筑套件,包括:
一个第一玩具构筑单元(10),其具有一个带有偶合短柱(15)的侧面,和
一个第二玩具构筑单元(30),其具有壁(31),后者限定了一个具有偶合装置(35、36)的腔室(32),所述腔室能够接收在所述第一玩具构筑单元(10)上的偶合短柱(15),从而使至少一些偶合短柱(15)与偶合装置(35、36)接合,在所述偶合短柱(15)和偶合装置(35、36)之间以第一预定的摩擦力接合,
其特征在于,在所述腔室(34)中设置了导引装置(37),其适合于与所述偶合短柱(15)以一个第二预定的摩擦力接合,该第二预定的摩擦力小于第一预定的摩擦力。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种玩具构筑套件,其特征在于,所述偶合短柱(15)是圆柱形的,并且每个限定了一根轴线,并且所述偶合装置(35、36)和导引装置(37)一起形成了多边形的角部,后者适合于围绕一个偶合短柱的轴线。
3.根据权利要求1-2所述的一种玩具构筑套件,其特征在于,所述第二预定的摩擦力为零。
