Abstract
本发明涉及一种止汗棒剂,它含有:(A)10-30重量%的收敛性铝盐、锆盐或锌盐;(B)30-50重量%的液态载体组分;(C)18-30重量%固化脂肪或蜡组分;和(D)1-20重量%水溶性表面活性剂。当相对于棒剂总量本发明棒剂的液态载体组分含有20-40重量%的非极性油,如液态硅油,和10-30重量%选自液态带支链的含有12-24个碳原子的链烷醇、烷二醇、醚醇和二烷基醚以及含有3-20个碳原子的单或多官能的链烷醇与2-30摩尔环氧丙烷的加成产物的极性油时,该止汗棒剂的止汗效果得到极大地改善。
Description
本发明涉及一种无水或基本上无水类型的止汗棒剂,其中止汗的生物活性物质(止汗剂)分散在一种载体中,该载体由液体非极性载体物质、固化脂肪或蜡组分以及表面活性剂组成。
市场上有很多用于止汗和控制身体异味的不同的美容制品,其中棒剂由于使用方便和简单而受到特别的欢迎。这种棒剂的凝胶基体一方面必须具有一定的硬度和形状稳定性,但另一方面,在轻微的压力下可以涂抹在皮肤上。例如,可以通过加入皂剂使水/醇或水/二醇制剂固化形成凝胶体,由此获得一定的硬度性质。但是这种棒剂有一个缺点,即酸性的铝盐如氯化铝的水合物,不能被制成这种皂化凝胶棒。
因此,所谓的无水分散棒剂具有特别的意义。这种类型的棒剂是由收敛性的铝盐或锆盐的细微颗粒分散在一种用凝胶体形成物或蜡状脂肪成分固化的非极性液体载体中形成的。合适的非极性液体载体例如可以是烃或硅油,优选沸点低于200℃的或具有一定挥发性的物质,如环状的硅氧烷(环二甲基硅酮)及其与皮肤软化油组分组成的混合物。
这种无水分散棒剂有时也有缺点,即收敛性盐的止汗效果不够迅速而且也不强烈。
目前已经通过表面活性剂的添加使棒剂组合物具有亲水性,表面活性剂也改善了通过洗涤将残留物从皮肤或从衣服上的清除效果。例如,美国专利US4,151,272公开了一种含有最多5重量%的脂肪醇聚二醇醚的止汗棒剂组合物。欧洲专利EP491 843 B1公开了一种含有为了减少“白斑”效应的丁二醇与10摩尔环氧丙烷形成的加成产物的止汗棒剂。欧洲专利EP777 463 B1公开了一种含有11,12-二羟基硬脂酸作为固化脂肪或蜡组分的止汗棒剂。
不幸的是,上述已知的棒剂组合物仍有各种缺点。因此,固化蜡组分含量偏低的棒剂组合物在受热时会流油。液体载体组分中不含任何极性组分的棒剂组合物的止汗效果较弱。现在已经发现,如果液体载体组分含有相对较高比例的选自具有12-24个碳原子的液态带支链的链烷醇、烷二醇或液态二烷基醚的极性油组分,则止汗棒剂组合物,包括那些含有相对较高的固化脂肪或蜡组分的棒剂,是特别有效的并且能够很快发挥其止汗的作用。
相应地,本发明涉及一种含有止汗的收敛性盐的止汗棒剂组合物,其中收敛性盐分散于在40℃下形状稳定但可涂抹在皮肤上的糊剂中,该组合物含有:
(A)10-30重量%的收敛性的铝盐、锆盐或锌盐;
(B)30-50重量%的液态载体组分;
(C)18-30重量%的固化脂肪或蜡组分,其熔点为40-80℃;
(D)1-20重量%的水溶性表面活性剂,其特征在于,相对于棒剂组合物的总重量,所述液态载体组分(B)含有
20-40重量%的非极性油,优选低沸点或液体硅油;
10-30重量%的极性油,该极性油选自液态带支链的含有12至24个碳原子的链烷醇、烷二醇、醚醇或二烷基醚和含有3至20个碳原子的单或多官能团的链烷醇与2-30摩尔环氧丙烷的加成产物。
适当的止汗剂首先是收敛性的或蛋白凝结性的铝盐、锆盐或锌盐。此类适当的止汗盐例如是氯化铝、羟基氯化铝、二氯化铝水合物、铝倍半氯水合物、其与例如下列化合物的络合物:1,2-丙二醇、羟基尿囊酸铝、氯化酒石酸铝、硫酸铝、乳酸钠铝、硫酸钾铝(K-明矾)、三氯化铝锆水合物、四氯化铝锆水合物、五氯化铝锆水合物及其与例如氨基乙酸等氨基酸形成的络合物,如铝锆四氯甘酸络合物、钠锆乳酸盐、硫酸锌和锌苯酚磺酸盐。收敛性盐必须是细颗粒的,它们的平均粒度必须低于100微米,优选低于50微米。在一个特别优选的实施方案中,使用的收敛性盐是铝的羟基氯化物(化学式为Al2(OH)5Cl·2-3H2O),其含量为15-25重量%。
如果使用一种水溶性的非离子表面活性剂包被或浸渍收敛性盐,证明了收敛性盐能特别迅速地起作用并具有很高的效率。还证明了特别适宜此目的的表面活性剂是烷基-(低聚)糖苷,其在盐颗粒的表面上的用量为0.1至5重量%。
适当的固化脂肪或蜡组分是或多或少任何含14至22个碳原子的饱和线性脂肪酸和脂肪醇、含14至22个碳原子的饱和脂肪酸的甘油三酯、含28-44个碳原子的饱和线性蜡酯(脂肪酸/脂肪醇酯)或它们的混合物。1重量份氢化蓖麻油和2-4重量份十六烷醇或十八烷醇的混合物被证实是特别适宜的。
基本上所有能在20℃的体系中形成1重量%的溶液以及在20℃的水中形成至少为1重量%的溶液的表面活性剂适宜作为水溶性的表面活性剂。虽然结构基本上与电离度不相关,但非离子的表面活性剂特别是环氧乙烷与含有至少1个可烷氧基化的基团的脂肪分子在正常温度(20℃)下为固体的加成产物似乎是特别适当的。此种类型适宜的表面活性剂例如是:含有16-22个碳原子的线性脂肪醇、含有12-22个碳原子的脂肪酸、脂肪酸链烷醇酰胺、脂肪酸单甘油酯、脂肪酸山梨糖醇单酯、脂肪酸链烷醇酰胺、脂肪酸甘油酯,如氢化的蓖麻油、甲基葡糖苷单脂肪酸酯与10-40摩尔环氧乙烷的加成产物和它们的混合物。
液体载体组分由非极性和极性液体油组分组成。主要组分是一种非极性油,如硅油或烃油。优选的非极性油是一种低沸点或挥发性的、线性或环状的二甲基聚硅氧烷。特别适宜的挥发性的硅油是环状聚二甲基硅氧烷,化学式为[(CH3)2·SiO]n,其中n=4,5或6。在市场上可以购买到此类产品,例如商品名为道康宁200,244,245,344或345的产品。
极性液体载体组分的含量对止汗棒剂组合物的性能特别是自然产生的效果有很大的影响,优选的极性液体载体组分是含有12-24碳原子的液态带支链的链烷醇、烷二醇、醚醇和二烷基醚或者是含有3-20碳原子的单或多官能团的链烷醇与4-30摩尔环氧丙烷的加成产物。根据本发明,也可以使用链烷醇或多元醇,如甘油,与环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷的加成产物。
适当的液态带支链的链烷醇例如在第二个碳上带有单个支链的格尔伯特醇(Gaerbet-Alhohole),如2-己基-癸醇或2-辛基-十二烷醇。其它适宜的液态醇例如有异三癸醇、异六癸醇和这些醇的混合物。
适宜的烷二醇是由含12-24个碳原子的环氧烷通过用水打开环而获得的邻位二醇。适宜的醚醇例如是甘油、乙二醇、1,2-丙二醇或1,2-丁二醇的单烷基醚,还有其它由含12-24个碳原子的环氧烷通过用一元醇打开环而获得的产物。
适宜的二烷基醚是例如含有总数为12-24个碳原子的烷基甲基醚或含12-24个碳原子的二正烷基醚。一种特别适宜的二正烷基醚是一种商业产品CetiolOE(汉高两合股份公司)的产品,一种二正辛基醚。
适宜的环氧丙烷与一元或多元醇的加成产物例如是PPG-3-十四烷基醚(WitconolAPM)、PPG-14-丁基醚(Ucon FluidAP)、PPG-15-十八烷基醚(Arla摩尔E)、PPG-9-丁基醚(BreoxB 25)或PPG-10-丁二醇(Macol57)。
在一个优选的实施例中,本发明的止汗棒剂组合物含有一种带支链的链烷醇作为极性油,它们选自2-己基-癸醇、2-辛基-十二醇以及这些醇和含有3-20个碳原子的链烷醇与2-20摩尔环氧丙烷加成产物的混合物。
此外,本发明的棒剂组合物还可以含有通常的辅剂和活性皮肤护理成分。
在这点上,惰性、细颗粒的无机或有机填料是特别重要的。这种惰性的填料可以是例如二氧化硅、陶土、滑石粉、硅酸镁铝(Veegum)或有机填料,如聚合物粉末、淀粉或纤维素粉末。在一个优选的实施方案中,本发明的止汗棒剂组合物还含有1-20重量%选自滑石粉、二氧化硅及其混合物的细颗粒填料。此类填料使棒剂的强度、与油结合的能力和可涂抹性得到极大的改善。
其它在除臭剂和止汗剂中通常使用的辅剂是芳香油、抗氧化剂、络合剂、抗菌剂、抑制酯酶的除臭剂和吸收气味的聚合物。最后还可加入染料和有色或白色颜料,以提高棒剂的吸引力。
下面的实施例旨在详细说明本发明而不以任何方式限制本发明。
实施例
用表中所列的原料根据一般方法生产配方1-5的棒剂组合物。为了作比较,生产含有下列成分的C1、C2、C3和C4的棒剂组合物:
-较低比例的极性油(C1,C3)和/或
-较低比例的固化脂肪或蜡组分(C2)或
-不含水溶性表面活性剂(C4)。
根据Bio Skin方法(SFW Journal,123,Vol.10/97 639-642页)对比地测试了止汗效果。使用3天后测定出汗减少情况,并与一个未处理的实验部位作比较。对结果评估如下:出汗减少:++=很好 +=好 -=差止汗棒剂在50℃下放置3天后对其硬度进行评估:硬度(50℃):++=很好 +=满意 -=出油

Claims (6)
1.一种含有分散在一种糊剂中的止汗剂的止汗棒剂组合物,其中的糊剂在40℃下能够保持形状稳定并能涂抹在皮肤上,所述的组合物含有:
(A)10-30重量%的收敛性的铝盐、锆盐或锌盐;
(B)30-50重量%的液态载体组分;
(C)18-30重量%的固化脂肪或蜡组分,其熔点为40-90℃;
(D)1-20重量%的水溶性表面活性剂,其特征在于,相对于棒剂组合物的总重量,所述液态载体组分(B)含有
20-40重量%的非极性油,优选低沸点或液体硅油;
10-30重量%的极性油,该极性油选自液态带支链的含有12至24个碳原子的链烷醇、烷二醇、醚醇或二烷基醚和含有3至20个碳原子的单或多官能团的链烷醇与2-30摩尔环氧丙烷的加成产物。
2.权利要求1所述的止汗棒剂组合物,其特征在于,作为非极性油的是一种低沸点或挥发性的线性或环状二甲基聚硅氧烷。
3.权利要求1或2所述的止汗棒剂组合物,其特征在于,作为极性油的是单支链的链烷醇,其选自2-己基-癸醇、2-辛基-十二烷醇以及这些醇和含3至20个碳原子的链烷醇与2-20摩尔环氧丙烷的加成产物的混合物。
4.权利要求1至3中任一项所述的止汗棒剂组合物,其特征在于,作为固化脂肪或蜡组分的是含有14-22个碳原子的饱和线性脂肪酸或脂肪醇、含16-22个碳原子的饱和脂肪酸的甘油三酯、含28-44个碳原子的饱和线性蜡酯或它们的混合物。
5.权利要求1至4中任一项所述的止汗棒剂组合物,其特征在于,作为收敛性盐的是一种化学式为Al2(OH)5Cl·2-3H2O的羟基氯化铝,其含量为15-25重量%。
6.权利要求1至5中任一项所述的止汗棒剂组合物,其特征在于,它还含有选自滑石粉、二氧化硅及其混合物的细颗粒填料,其含量为1-20重量%。
