Abstract

Description

容器与容具之间的连接装置及含有这种装置的即用组件
本发明涉及一种封闭的容器与容具之间的连接所用的装置。本发明还涉及一种含有尤其是上述类型的封闭容器和连接装置的即用组件。
在药品包装领域内,公知在由相对非挠性的材料例如弹性体材料封闭的容器中储药物制剂的一种成分,例如其活性成分。可以在把塞子钻孔后向容器内引入液体,为把含在容器中的成分置于溶液中或者悬浮液中,从而得到液体形式的制剂,尤其是药品或疫苗,准备好施用于患者。
文件WO-A-90/03536和WO-A-97/10156公开了几种连接装置,各含有一个基底,适用于覆盖容器颈并且由一个形成在内孔中的凸缘或者套管延伸,同时安装一个柱塞以滑入到此孔中。提供柱塞以推向一个转移位置,在此位置中有一个由柱塞经容器的塞子承载的空心针。这些公知的装置在把柱塞移位到转移位置时允许柱塞作轴向的运动,这可能导致泄露并且不能控制这容器的无效容积即不能从之抽出的液体量。
文件WO-A-98/13006公开了一种装置,尤其用于连接一个容器和一个注射器,容器有一个适用于被打孔的塞子,在注射器中分布有绕柱塞轴线的齿,齿提供以离心或者向心地返回以配合一个设在基底上的止动元件。只要对柱塞的移动力量不太大,这个装置就让柱塞能够锁定。然而,在某些情况下齿可以塑性地变形,这让柱塞沿抽出的方向撕破。
本发明的一个特定目的是,通过提出改进的连接装置克服这些缺点,其中得到特别有效地把柱塞锁定到转移位置中。
为此目的,本发明涉及上述类型的装置,其中所述基底设有至少一个弹性通嘴用于把柱塞保留在转移位置,所述通嘴从套管向孔的内部突出并且适用于与柱塞的外部径向折叶配合。
由于本发明,所述的弹性通嘴保证有效地把柱塞锁定在转移位置。优选地设有多个通嘴时这种锁定是最有效的,这些通嘴可以规则地绕装置的中轴线分布。
根据本发明的第一优选方面,通嘴在外径面上的设有一个跟部,适用于与一个环配合以把柱塞锁定到滞留位置,所述环适用于绕套管滑动。所述环给予滞留通嘴足够的刚性以有效地对抗柱塞从转移位置移位的力量。该环优选的设有一个外部径向凸缘用于在与通嘴配合的位置中锁定移位。
根据本发明的另一个优选的方面,所述装置含有用于锁定柱塞和/或锁定环使之不能转动的装置。这些装置优选地含有制造在套管的内面和/或外面上的纵向肋,并且适用于与设在柱塞的外部径向表面上和/或环的内部径向表面上的凹凸中的相应元件配合。
根据本发明的另一个优选的方面,在相对于塞子的释放位置,柱塞通过至少一个可折断的接片紧固在套管上。另外,基底和柱塞优选地通过注塑形成为一体。这方便了相对于基底定位柱塞,因为这个定位直接地由制造方法产生,并且不需要提供相应于把柱塞***基底的组装步骤。而且,基底和柱塞的一体化性质保证柱塞不冒在孔中滑动的风险,尤其是装置的运输过程上在振动或者突然加速度的影响下。以此方式,柱塞承载的针尖固定在孔内,结果在把装置在所述容器上安置时针尖没有突出过基底至标志点或者穿透塞子的风险。用公知的装置不可能完全消除这种风险,包括使用卷边保持柱塞时。
根据本发明的又一个优选的方面,一个用于保护所述孔和柱塞的罩在内面上设有一个构件用于施加一个***力把柱塞从第一位置向第二位置位移。以此方式,保护罩起操作柱塞的构件的作用。
根据本发明的再一个优选的方面,所述套管在其游离边缘附近含有用于通过配合各种形状特别是适用于与至少一个容具的折页配合的卡口锁定槽而对容具进行阻塞的装置。
根据本发明的进一个优选的方面,所述基底含有一个圆柱表面,该表面界定一个绕容器的颈延伸并且载带钩齿的边缘,该边缘含有至少一个开口用于从外面通往通嘴和/或某些钩齿。这些开口尤其有用于有效地模制通嘴及相应的齿。
本发明还涉及一种即用组件,含有:一个内含产品尤其是药物制剂的封闭容器,该容器有一个其开口被一个塞子阻塞的颈;及一个如前面说明的安装在所述容器上的连接装置。这样的组件使药品或者疫苗尤其是其活性成分保持无菌并且在需要时与液体混合,同时有效地把柱塞保持在位。

根据本发明的装置1有双重功能。在一方面,它保证一个容器2的防擅开性质,例如一个预先封装或者塞住的含一种产品(未示)的玻璃瓶。所述产品可以是一种要形成饮用疫苗的粉末。它可以是任何其它类型的药学制备,尤其是任何形式的药品。另一方面,装置1保证或者说建立容器2内部与另一个容具3的内部之间的紧密连接,后者诸如是一个含有打算把含在容器2中的产品置于溶液或者悬浮液状态的液体的注射器。
除了注射器之外,容具3可由一个供应袋或者另一个玻璃瓶形成。
容器2含有一个颈4,其开口4a由一个由不太硬的材料,例如弹性体特别是橡胶制造的塞子5紧密地封闭。颈4含有一个外环形的卷边4b,其上卷压一个还覆盖塞子5的周边部分的封壳6,封壳上设有一个中心孔6a,可经此孔对塞子5穿孔。塞子5含有一个基本上圆柱形的部分5a,适用于柔化和紧密地填住开口4a的内部;还含有一个平的外部5b,它由卷边4a托住并且由封壳6盖住。
装置2基本上由例如用聚氯乙烯、聚丙烯、聚氨酯或者ABS(丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物)注塑制造的两个部分构成,该两个部分也就是一个绕元件3至6安装的基底元件10和一个罩30。
基底元件10含有多个提供以按图3所示的方式绕卷边4b安排的钩齿11。所述的齿界定一个环绕颈4周围的圆柱形边缘12的下部。元件10含有一个贴合在封壳6上部的壁13,此壁设有一个以一个圆柱形套管14为界的中心凹陷13a,与边缘12同心并且关于所述边缘对着壁13延伸。
XX`标出装置1的中轴线,这个中轴线尤其是边缘12和套管14的轴线。套管14向上伸而接触封壳6并且界定一个以轴XX`为中心的孔A。
在其最接近塞子5的部分14a中,套管14设有两个径向突进孔A的通嘴15和15`。就模制元件10用的塑料材料来说,这些通嘴柔得足以弹性的形变,如图3中的箭头F所示。
由图2中清楚可见,通嘴15和15`跨直径相对。但是也可以构想其它的分布,以及不同数量的通嘴。
在孔A的内部放置一个柱塞20,柱塞20形成一个空心针21适用于在塞子5的中心穿孔。柱塞20由接片22连接到套管14,接片在数量上是三个并且规则地分布在柱塞20周边。以此方式,柱塞20在接片22破裂前与基底是一体的。
柱塞20还形成一个用于接收注射器3的凸头3a的套管。套管23的内径选得足够小以使可以***所述套管的注射器与打算用作此目的的特定厂家相应。
柱塞20支承着两个折叶24,折叶24在针21和套管23之间的过渡区25的高度上径向地向外伸。
在其内径向表面上,套管14承载着三个与折叶24的侧边配合的纵肋16,以避免柱塞20绕轴线XX`转动。
由一个包绕套管14的游离缘14b的可拆卸的部件31和一个围绕套管14的环32形成所述罩30,部件31和32由一个可破裂的区域33连接。
在其游离端14b附近,套管14设有一个外环14c,用于刺穿在环32的内周边槽32c中。这些外环和槽使之可能把罩30相对于元件10在图1至3所示的储存位置中保持在位。在使用前,装置1可在瓶2上保持位置几个月。
在其内面31a上,部件31装备有一个延伸34,其形状适用于与套管23部分地接合。在横截面上,该延伸是一个十字形的,由于它是由两个在XX`轴的高度上基本上直角相交的肋34a和34b形成的,在图3的位置中,延伸34的定位尤其是其穿入套管23的深度是由环14c和槽32c的配合决定的。
需要把注射器23的内容和容器2的内容混合时,一个由图3中的箭头E代表的力作用在罩30的部件31上,罩30的部件31有把肋34a和34b的肩34c顶着套管23的游离端支承同时对着环34c驱动槽32c的作用。然后环32在壁13的方向上沿套管14移动。由延伸34向套管23传递的力有割开接片22并且把柱塞20推向封壳6的中心孔6a的作用,结果针21的锋利的尖端穿过塞子5进入瓶2中。力E保持到环32容纳到一个界定在边缘12的上部和套管14的下部14a之间的环形空间中为止。环32的这种位移与柱塞20的位移对应,从而使针21和套管23之间的过渡区置于封壳6的上表面的直接近邻处。
柱塞20的这种位移有把折叶24和24`分别与通嘴15和15`的尾部接合的作用,在推进柱塞的运动过程中折叶24和24`向套管14之外径向地驱动这些通嘴。这是可能的,因为图3至5中可见的通嘴15的前面15a对轴线XX`倾斜。在这种情况下,一个是在图4的位置中,图中环32在一个位于通嘴15的后部或者外径表面15c处的跟部15b上作用一个向心力保持通嘴15在折叶24的有效锁定位置。相同的通嘴15`起同样的作用。
为了保证环32在容积17中具有一个恒定定位,此环设有一个外凸缘32d,凸缘32d适用于在下方接合一个边缘12设在通嘴15高度上的角形扇区上的上重输入口边12a上。在通口15`的位置上也设有一个同样的重输入口边12a`。
以此方式,环32牢靠地保持在位,从而它防止可能会使折叶24沿相对塞子5离开方向运动的通嘴15弹性形变。在通嘴15`的高度上功能相似。
在其部件14a的高度上,套管14设有外肋14e用于与环32的内径表面上制成的相应凹槽32e接合。以此方式,在图4所示的位置中,使环32不能绕轴线XX`旋转。然后可以在罩30上作用一个力耦C使可破裂部件33破裂从而撤出此部件31,同时环32保持在锁定通嘴15和15`的位置。
然后用一或者多个设在注射器3的基底套管3c高度上的折叶3b把注射器3的凸头3a引入套管23中,如图5所示,为了每个穿入一个没在套管14的游离缘14b附近的卡口型锁定槽14f中。这个特殊的结构在液体从注射器向瓶及将制剂收回到注射器中的过程中使注射器3有效地对装置1锁定。
在通嘴15的高度,套管12设有一个开口18,它使一个移动滑块以在模制的中形成通嘴15的尾部和边缘12的重输入缘12a。齿11可以在元件10的模制过程中通过移动滑块经设在壁13中的开口13b穿透边缘12的底部得到。考虑到通嘴15的几何形状和位置,齿11不可能位在通嘴15和15`的相同角度扇区中。在边缘12开口18的下面设有一个开口19,让移动滑块的通过而能够在模制的过程中形成相应的齿11。当然在相应于通嘴15的角扇区中设有相应的开口。
通嘴15和15`的特定结构及其与环32的配合保证把柱塞20有效地锁定在图4和5的转移位置中。很容易理解通嘴15和15`或等效物的数量和分布可根据领域内的一般技术人员范围内的设计选择,还与所用锁定力和使用的材料的刚性相关。
本发明代表了特定的优点,适用常规地带有塞子和卷边的封壳6的瓶子包装,使之能够在在常规环节上包装部分的药品后使用。
本发明可以独立于把基底元件10固定在容器2的模式使用,一般地它可以用在一个含有一个可以在安装在容器的基底上的孔内移动的柱塞的任何连接装置中。

Claims (11)

1.一种装置,用于连接一个封闭的容器(2)与一个容具(3),所述的封闭容器含有一个颈(4),颈(4)的开口(4a)由一个塞子(5)封塞,所述的连接装置含有:
—一个基底(10)适用于安装在所述的容器上并且含有一个形成一内孔(A)的套管(14),
—一个柱塞(20)适用于在所述的孔中滑动在一个对所述塞子(5)释放的第一位置和一个第二的所谓转移位置之间,在后者位置,由所述柱塞载带的一个空心针横穿所述塞子,
其特征在于,所述基底设有至少一个通嘴(15、15`)用于把所述柱塞滞留在转移位置,该通嘴从所述套管(14)向所述孔(A)的内部突出,并且适用于与所述柱塞(20)的一个外径向折叶(24)配合。
2.权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述的通嘴(15、15`)在一个外径向面(15c)上设有一个跟部(15b)适用于与一个环(32)配合,用于把柱塞(20)锁定在滞留位置,所述的环适用于绕所述的套管(14)滑动。
3.权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于,所述的环(32)设有一个外径向凸缘(32d)用于锁定在与所述通嘴配合的位置。
4.前述权利要求之一所述的装置,其特征在于,还含有用于锁定所述柱塞(20)和/或所述环(32)使之不能绕所述孔(A)的中轴线转动的装置(16、24、14e、32e)。
5.权利要求4所述的装置,其特征在于,用于锁定转动的装置含有在所述套管(14)的内面和/或外面上制成的纵向肋(16,14e),并且适用于与设在所述柱塞(24)的外径向表面和/或所述环(32)的内径向表面的凸起(24、32C)相配合。
