技术领域
本发明涉及板式热交换器的技术领域。
背景技术
一种公知的板式热交换器的设计结构包括一组双壁热交换板。通过这种板式热交换器的设计方案,热交换板组中的双壁热交换板相互之间特别通过焊接方式而固定连接在一起。并且它们各包括两个具有一中心传热部和一相对于中心传热部向上弯曲的边缘部的平板构件。在所述双壁热交换板之间限定了至少两股热交换流的单独流路空间。单独流路空间用于引导所述至少两股热交换流沿堆叠热交换板的中心传热部在不同侧面彼此通过,以用于传热。为了实现有效传热,所述两个平板构件至少在中心传热部的区域内并至少也在上弯边缘部的部分区域内彼此紧密接合。
热交换板的双壁设计符合较高的安全标准,因为即使是在两个平板构件之一出现泄漏的情况下,它也能避免所述至少两股热交换流混合在一起,此时,假设热交换板的第二块平板构件未出现泄漏。
如果在所述平板构件之一上出现了泄漏,则这种损害可被位于板式热交换器之外的监视操作人员发现,因为双壁热交换板的两个平板构件在中心传热部以及上弯边缘部的区域内是彼此接合的,从而由于平板构件之一发生泄漏而导致在两个平板构件之间流动并且流到上弯边缘部的任何热交换流可通过一设置于上弯边缘部之间的缝隙渗出。因此,任何由于泄漏而渗出的热交换流可从热交换板的边缘部之外看到。
德国专利申请公开文本DE 691 06 354公开了一种焊接板式热交换器,该热交换器具有双壁热交换板以及一各形成于所述双壁热交换板的两个平板构件的上弯边缘处的外部边缘。这些外部边缘是向外伸出的。各热交换板的两个平板构件的外部边缘以彼此紧密接合的方式进行布置,然而属于前后放置的两个热交换板的相互邻接的两个平板构件的外部边缘却彼此分隔设置。当实施焊接工艺来连接双壁热交换板组中的各热交换板时,所述各热交换板的两块平板构件被紧密地接合在一起。所提供的这种边缘设计可防止焊接料非如人所愿地进入各热交换板的两块平板构件之间。否则,可能阻塞溢出的泄漏液体。在焊接过程中为液态的焊接料将通过前后放置的两个热交换板的相互邻接的两块平板构件的外伸外部边缘之间的缝隙而得以聚集和保存。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一在于提供一种改进的板式热交换器,该热交换器由具有一组易于查找泄漏的双壁热交换板组成。
本发明的发明构思在于:提供一种由一组双壁热交换板组成的板式热交换器,所述热交换板彼此固定连接在一起,并且各包括两个具有一中心传热部和一边缘部的平板构件,所述边缘部相对于中心传热部的平面向上弯曲;在双壁热交换板之间为至少两股热交换流限定单独的流路空间;两个平板构件相互之间在中心传热部和上弯边缘部的区域内至少局部紧密接合,但仍允许在这两个平板构件之间的流到上弯边缘部的热交换流可通过设于上弯边缘部之间的缝隙流出;所述上弯边缘部分别形成有一外部边缘。双壁热交换板的两个平板构件各自的外部边缘是彼此隔开设置的。通过这种方式,当对板式热交换器的泄漏情况进行检查时,在两个平板构件的上弯边缘部互相紧密地接合的某一区域内,可以看到由于双壁热交换板的两个平板构件之一出现泄漏而流到两个平板构件之间的热交换流。与一个热交换板的两个平板构件的外部边缘相互紧密接合的公知板式热交换器相比,本发明具有独特的优点,即:即使仅有少量的热交换流因泄漏而流至热交换板的平板构件之间并且该泄漏流不会使得热交换流在外部边缘的区域内流出时,监测操作人员也可从外面看到该泄漏。因此,在对板式热交换器进行监测时,即便是较少的泄漏也可从外部识别出。
本发明的有利改进之处在于可将热交换板组中的两个相邻双壁热交换板的相邻平板构件的外部边缘以彼此紧密接合的方式进行设置。这有利于将若干双壁热交换板相互之间按给定的间距以堆叠式进行支承。
本发明一优选实施方式的有利改进之处在于,可使得至少两股热交换流体获得单独的流路空间,在该实施方式中,相邻双壁热交换板是沿相邻的上弯边缘部以密封方式互相连接的。

具体实施方式
图1示出了逐个后置并各具有一通孔5、6、7、8的若干热交换板1、2、3、4的概图。各热交换板1-4被设计成一包括两个平板构件的双壁热交换板,所述两个平板构件至少在中心传热部9内彼此紧密接合,从而在至少两股热交换液体流之间保证高效率传热,所述热交换液体流从基于若干热交换板1-4形成的板式热交换器中、并与通孔5-8成一体的单独流路空间中流过。如上所述即为由双壁热交换板组成的板式热交换器的一般设计方案和一般功能。热交换板1-4各具有图1中所示意的表面轮廓。如图1所示,热交换板1-4每隔一个被旋转180°,从而由表面轮廓10在连续的热交换板之间形成一空间。通过上述方式,得以获得至少两股热交换流体的单独流路空间。
图2a和2b分别示出了一种板式热交换器20的前视图和侧视图,该热交换器由如图1所示的若干堆叠的双壁热交换板组成。所设置的入流管端和出流管端21、22和23、24是用于流入或流出至少两股热交换流。
图3为沿图2a中A-A’线的对于板式热交换器20的边缘部分的剖视图。作为板式热交换器20的若干双壁热交换板的实施例,图3示出了热交换板30、31、32。它们各包括两个平板构件33、34。所述两个平板构件33、34在一中心传热部35内彼此紧密接合,并且一直延续至各自相对于中心传热部35的平面向上弯曲的一边缘部36内。
在图示实施方式中,一外部边缘33a、34a各自形成于两个平板构件33、34的向上并向外弯曲的边缘部36上。邻接的热交换板,例如热交换板30和31和热交换板31和32的相邻外部边缘33a、34a彼此之间紧密接触地设置。另一方面,在热交换板30、31或32的外部边缘33a、34a之间分别具有一空间37,从而使得外部边缘33a、34a彼此间隔设置,由此优选地形成一毛细管阻塞距离(capillary-breaking distance)。任何由于热交换板30、31、32的两个平板构件之一发生泄漏而流至这两块平板构件33、34之间的热交换流在已流至两个平板构件33、34之间的区域38内后,可从外部看到,并因而可被监测操作人员观测到。
在热交换板30、31、32之间,相邻的30和31或31和32通过焊接料39连接于其各自的上弯边缘部36区域内。通过毛细管作用,焊接料39可进入外部边缘33a、34a之间的端部40内。同样,也可在相邻热交换板的外部边缘33a、34a之间设置一间隙(未示出)。
板式热交换器的全部双壁热交换板或仅部分热交换板可采用所述的外部边缘33a、34a区域的设计方案。
在上述说明书、权利要求书以及附图中所公开的本发明的技术特征对于实现本发明的各种单独或组合实施方式而言可能是非常重要的。

Claims (3)

1.一种板式热交换器,该热交换器由一组彼此固定连接并且各具有两个平板构件(33,34)的双壁热交换板(30-32)组成,所述平板构件具有一中心传热部(35)以及一相对于中心传热部(35)的平面向上弯曲的边缘部(36),在所述双壁热交换板(30-32)之间为至少两股热交换流限定有单独的流路空间,所述两个平板构件(33、34)相互之间在中心传热部(35)和上弯边缘部(36)的区域内至少局部紧密接合,但仍允许所述两个平板构件之间的流到上弯边缘部(36)的热交换流通过上弯边缘部(36)之间的缝隙流出,所述上弯边缘部(36)分别形成有一外部边缘(33a,34a),其特征在于,所述双壁热交换板(30-32)的两个平板构件的各外部边缘(33a,34a)彼此分隔设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的板式热交换器,其特征在于,所述热交换板组中的两个相邻的双壁热交换板(30、31;31、32)的邻接平板构件(33、34)的外部边缘(33a、34a)紧密接合地设置。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的板式热交换器,其特征在于,所述相邻双壁热交换板(30、31;31、32)沿邻接的上弯边缘部(36)以密封的方式互相连接。
