Abstract

Description

连接电动机的装置
本发明涉及连接电动机的且尤其是连接被设置用于驱动燃油泵的电动机的装置,它具有两个通向电动机的导电体和设置在这两个导电体之间的去干扰件。
这样的装置绝大部分作为去干扰件地具有电容器并且通常被用于现代汽车所用的电动机中。所述电容器与其电容有关地将电动机的电磁干扰场抑制到预定程度。由于有很敏感的部件如导航仪,所以现代的汽车需要特别可靠的电动机去干扰效果。
人们可以为此设想到采用相应大型的电容器。但这尤其是在被设置用来驱动燃油泵的电动机中导致了占地问题并且还导致了费事地固定去干扰件。此外,由于电容器的大小取决于电容,因而,去干扰件需要根据预定去干扰效果而定地紧固在电动机上。
本发明基于这个问题而如此设计上述类型的电动机连接装置,即可以结构成本很低地将去干扰件安装在电动机上。
根据本发明,如此解决上述问题,即去干扰件是一个具有一个电容器和一个与之并联的可变电阻的部件。
通过这种设计,本发明的装置可以采用适应于预定去干扰效果的去干扰件。由于这样的部件几乎比具有大电容的可对比电容器小了2/3,所以,去干扰件可以在可靠地抑制了电磁干扰场的情况下被设计成很小的尺寸。例如,对应于电容为4.7μF的电容器的去干扰件具有电容为1.5μF的电容器的尺寸。通过对应于电容为4.7μF的电容器的去干扰件,可以充分地对设置用于如配有导航仪的汽车的电动机进行去干扰。由于尺寸小,带可变电阻的去干扰件只需要很小的结构成本以便被安装在电动机上。本发明的去干扰件的另一个优点是,设置用于对小功率电动机进行去干扰的且功率不同的去干扰件具有几乎一样的尺寸。由此一来,不用改变可变电阻在电动机上的固定结构,就可以改变去干扰强度。
根据本发明的一个有利的改进方案,可变电阻被设计成盘形可变电阻,这有助于简化将去干扰件固定在电动机上。
可变电阻具有一个由耐燃油的塑料构成的壳套,这有助于简化将本发明的装置安装在电动机上。耐燃油塑料可以是环氧树脂、POM或PPS。在这里还可以规定,干脆在塑料中容纳固定件。
壳套单独地或与电感线圈以及与之相邻的电动机区域一起地与去干扰件材料融合地连接,这有助于进一步简化本发明装置的安装。材料融合的连接例如可以是通过浇注或压力注塑产生的。

图1画出了一个电动机1,它具有一个可转动地支承在外壳2内的转子3和一个定子4。转子3具有一个电枢5以变给其通电,电枢在碳刷6、7上滑动。给电枢5通电是通过具有连接触点9、10以及接线11、12的装置8实现的,在所述接线之间设置了一个去干扰件13。接线11、12通向碳刷6、7。一个电源的未示出的插接触点9、10可以与连接触点9、10相连。电动机1被设置用于驱动汽车的燃油泵并且燃油流过其中。

Claims (4)

1.一种连接电动机且尤其是设置用来驱动燃油泵的电动机的装置,它具有两个通向电动机的导电体和位于这两个导电体之间的去干扰件,其特征在于,去干扰件(17)具有一个具有并联的可变电阻的电容器。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,可变电阻被设计成盘形可变电阻。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,可变电阻具有一个由耐燃油的塑料构成的壳套(19)。
4.至少如前述权利要求之一所述的装置,其特征在于,壳套单独地或与电感线圈(15,16)以及与之相邻的电动机区域一起地与去干扰件(17)材料融合地连接。
