本发明涉及一种方便使用的上下出水水龙头,包括主把手和主阀体,主阀体上安装有双出水口换向阀,双出水口换向阀包括安装在主体上的阀座,阀座下部的侧壁上分别设有与所述主导水管相连的左、右进水口,腔室内设有换向阀芯,换向阀芯内具有上、下引水管,其中上引水管与右进水口可调相通,下引水管与左进水口可调相通,下引水管的出水口与腔室的底部连通,换向阀芯的上端设有转阀杆,转阀杆的外侧壁上安装有手动轮,手动轮内具有蓄水腔,蓄水腔的顶部设有至少带一个喷水孔的上出水盖,转阀杆内设有引水管,引水管的进水口与上引水管相连通,出液口与主导水管的下出水口相连通。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种水龙头,特别是一种上下出水水龙头。
背景技术
现有技术中的水龙头一般都只有一个向下的出水口,导致在洗脸和直接饮水时姿势受到限制。特别是洗脸,无法使水柱直接喷射到脸上,达不到科学的洗脸方式。另外在其它多种应用场合,都难以达到方便自如地使用水龙头。
发明内容
本发明的目的,在于提供一种打破传统观念,能够同时上下出水,使用方便自如,得心应手的上下出水水龙头。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的。
上下出水水龙头,包括主把手和主阀体,主阀体内设有主导水管,所述主阀体上安装有双出水口换向阀,双出水口换向阀包括安装在主阀体上的阀座,阀座下部的侧壁上分别设有与所述主导水管相连的左、右进水口,腔室内设有换向阀芯,换向阀芯内具有上、下引水管,其中上引水管与右进水口可调相通,下引水管与左进水口可调相通,下引水管的出水口与腔室的底部连通,换向阀芯的上端设有转阀杆,转阀杆的底端具有拨爪,拨爪与换向阀芯相配合;转阀杆中段的外侧壁与阀座的内侧壁相配合,转阀杆的外侧壁上安装有手动轮,手动轮内具有蓄水腔,蓄水腔的顶部设有至少带一个喷水孔的上出水盖,转阀杆内设有引水管,引水管的进水口与上引水管相连通,引水管的出水口与蓄水腔相连通,腔室的底部设有出液口,出液口与主导水管的下出水口相连通。
所述的换向阀芯包括动阀芯和静阀芯,动阀芯能转动地安装在所述腔室内,动阀芯的上端面与所述转阀杆的下端面相贴,其贴面上设有密封件,动阀芯的顶部具有凹槽,凹槽与所述拨爪相配合,静阀芯固定安装在腔室内,动阀芯和静阀芯采用陶瓷材料制成。
所述阀座外侧壁的中部具有螺纹,阀座采用螺纹连接安装在主阀体上,阀座的外侧壁位于螺纹段的上方具有法兰盘,法兰盘上方的侧壁为六方形,法兰盘的上端面与所述手动轮相贴,其贴合面之间设有润滑垫片。
手动轮与转阀杆之间采用花键配合连接,转阀杆上段的外侧壁旋装有螺母,螺母的下端面与手动轮相贴。
上出水盖采用螺纹连接安装在手动轮的顶部,上出水盖的下端面设有过滤盘,过滤盘的下端面设有一弹簧。
手动轮上还旋装有圆锁母,圆锁母的上端面顶在上出水盖上,上出水盖的外侧面具有滚花。
手动轮的外侧面上还安装有拨杆,所述主阀体上分别设有上喷水标记和下流水标记,上喷水标记和下流水标记与拨杆的两个极限位置相对应。
所述出液口处设有橡胶密封圈。
与现有技术中的水龙头相比,本发明在使用时,可以先打开主阀体上的主把手,使自来水沿着主阀体内的主导水管流至双出水口换向阀的左、右进水口,再转动手动轮,带动转阀杆转动,转阀杆底端的拨爪就会拨动换向阀芯8,使上引水管与右进水口相通,或者下引水管与左进水口相通。于是,自来水就会沿着上引水管进入引水管,再由引水管进入蓄水腔。最后从上出水盖的喷水孔向上喷出,可以直接喷射到面部。以达到科学洗脸及减少水资源的浪费。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明的上下出水水龙头包括主把手1和主阀体2,主阀体2内具有主导水管33,主阀体2上安装有双出水口换向阀3。
如图2、3、4、5、6所示,双出水口换向阀3包括阀座4,阀座4外侧壁中部具有螺纹,阀座4采用螺纹连接安装在主阀体2上,阀座4下部的侧壁上分别设有与主导管33相连通的左进水口5和右进水口6,腔室7内设有换向阀芯8,并将腔室7的顶部和底部分隔开,换向阀芯8包括动阀芯18和静阀芯19,动阀芯18能转动地安装在腔室7内,动阀芯18的上端面与转阀杆11的下端面相贴,其贴合面上设有密封件22,静阀芯19固定安装在腔室7内,动阀芯18和静阀芯19采用陶瓷材料制成,可以提高其使用寿命。
换向阀芯8内具有上、下引水管9、10,其中上引水管9与右进水口6可调相通,下引水管10与左进水口5可调相通,使用时如果上引水管9与右进水口6相通,则下引水管10与左进水口5之间就会被截断。如果下引水管10与左进水口5相通,则上引水管9与右进水口6之间就会被截断。下引水管10的出水口与腔室7的底部连通,换向阀芯8的上端设有转阀杆11,转阀杆11的底端具有拨爪12,在动阀芯18的顶部具有凹槽,凹槽与拨爪12相配合,转阀杆11中段的外侧壁与阀座4的内侧壁相配合。转阀杆11的外测壁上还安装有手动轮13,手动轮13与转阀杆11之间采用花键配合连接,手动轮13内具有蓄水腔14,蓄水腔14的顶部设有带32个喷水孔17的上出水盖15,每个喷水孔17的直径为0.9毫米,喷水孔17环绕上出水盖15的中心两圈均匀分布,内环有12个喷水孔17,外环有20个喷水孔。在转阀杆11内还设有引水管16,引水管16的进水口与上引水管9相连通,引水管16的出水口与蓄水腔14相连通;腔室7的底部设有出液口20,出液口20与主导水管33的下出水口21相连通。出液口20处设有橡胶密封圈31,用于对阀座4底部端面与主阀体2之间的间隙进行密封。
阀座4的外侧壁位于螺纹段的上方具有法兰盘23,法兰盘23上方的侧壁为六方形24,用于将阀座4旋紧安装在主阀体2上。法兰盘23的上端面与手动轮13相贴,其贴合面之间设有润滑垫片25,用于减少旋转手动轮13时的摩擦阻力。
转阀杆11上段的外侧壁旋装有螺母26,螺母26的下端面与手动轮13相贴,用于将手动轮固定在转阀杆11上。
上出水盖15采用螺纹连接安装在手动轮13的顶部,上出水盖15的下端面设有过滤盘27,过滤盘27的下端面设有一弹簧,用于压紧过滤盘27与上出水盖15的下端面,过滤盘27的下方平面与引水管16的出水口相配合,过滤盘27可以用来调节引水管16出水口的开口面积。喷水孔17的数量可以为12-60个,每个喷水孔17的直径可以为0.5-1.5毫米。
在手动轮13上还旋装有圆锁母32,圆锁母32的上端面顶在上出水盖15上,上出水盖15的外侧面具有滚花,当调整好引水管16出水口的出水量厚,再利用圆锁母32顶紧上出水盖15,使其不易发生改变。
如图2、3所示,手动轮13的外侧面上还安装有拨杆28,主阀体2上分别设有上喷水标记29和下流水标记30,上喷水标记29和下流水标记30与拨杆28的两个极限位置相对应。
本发明的上下出水水龙头在使用时,可先打开可以先打开主阀体2上的主把手1,使自来水沿着主阀体2内的主导水管33流至双出水口换向阀3的左进水口5和右进水口6,然后再通过拨杆28转动手动轮13,并将拨杆28拨向上喷水标记29或下流水标记30,手动轮13就会带动转阀杆11转动,转阀杆11底端的拨爪12就会拨动换向阀芯8的动阀芯18,使上引水管9与右进水口6相通,或者使下引水管10与左进水口5相通。于是,自来水就会沿着上引水管9进入引水管16,再由引水管16进入蓄水腔14,最后从上出水盖15的32个喷水孔17向上喷出,可以直接喷射到面部,无需借助毛巾洗脸,以达到科学洗脸及减少水资源的浪费。或者,自来水会沿着下引水管10进入腔室7的底部,再从腔室7底部的出液口20经由主导水管33的下出水口21向下流出,可作洗手、洗衣服及其它用途。
在本发明所描述的构思下,本领域工程技术人员对方案进行的各种改进,均应落入本发明的保护范围。

Claims (7)

1、一种上下出水水龙头,包括主把手(1)和主阀体(2),主阀体(2)内设有主导水管(33),其特征在于:所述主阀体(2)上安装有双出水口换向阀(3),双出水口换向阀(3)包括安装在主阀体上的阀座(4),阀座(4)下部的侧壁上分别设有与所述主导水管(33)相连的左、右进水口(5、6),腔室(7)内设有换向阀芯(8),换向阀芯(8)内具有上、下引水管(9、10),其中上引水管(9)与右进水口(6)可调相通,下引水管(10)与左进水口(5)可调相通,下引水管(10)的出水口与所述腔室(7)的底部连通,换向阀芯(8)的上端设有转阀杆(11),转阀杆(11)的底端具有拨爪(12),拨爪(12)与换向阀芯(8)相配合,转阀杆(11)中段的外侧壁与阀座(4)的内侧壁相配合,转阀杆(11)的外侧壁上安装有手动轮(13),手动轮(13)内具有蓄水腔(14),蓄水腔(14)的顶部设有至少带一个喷水孔(17)的上出水盖(15),转阀杆(11)内设有引水管(16),引水管(16)的进水口与上引水管(9)相连通,引水管(16)的出水口与蓄水腔(14)相连通,腔室(7)的底部设有出液口(20),出液口(20)与主导水管(33)的下出水口(21)相连通,所述的换向阀芯(8)包括动阀芯(18)和静阀芯(19),动阀芯(18)能转动地安装在所述腔室(7)内,动阀芯(18)的上端面与所述转阀杆(11)的下端面相贴,其贴面上设有密封件(22),动阀芯(18)的顶部具有凹槽,凹槽与所述拨爪(12)相配合,静阀芯(19)固定安装在腔室(7)内,动阀芯(18)和静阀芯(19)采用陶瓷材料制成。
2、根据权利要求1所述的上下出水水龙头,其特征在于:所述阀座(4)外侧壁的中部具有螺纹,阀座(4)采用螺纹连接安装在主阀体(2)上,阀座(4)外侧壁的位于螺纹段的上方具有法兰盘(23),法兰盘(23)上方的侧壁为六方形(24),法兰盘(23)的上端面与所述手动轮(13)相贴,其贴合面之间设有润滑垫片(25)。
3、根据权利要求2所述的上下出水水龙头,其特征在于:手动轮(13)与转阀杆(11)之间采用花键配合相连,转阀杆(11)上段的外侧壁旋装有螺母(26),螺母(26)的下端面与手动轮(13)相贴。
4、根据权利要求3所述的上下出水水龙头,其特征在于:上出水盖(15)采用螺纹连接安装在手动轮(13)的顶部,上出水盖(15)的下端面设有过滤盘(27),过滤盘(27)的下端面设有一弹簧。
5、根据权利要求4所述的上下出水水龙头,其特征在于:手动轮(13)上还旋装有圆锁母(32),圆锁母(32)的上端面顶在上出水盖(15)上,上出水盖(15)的外侧面具有滚花。
6、根据权利要求1至5中任何一项所述的上下出水水龙头,其特征在于:手动轮(13)的外侧面上还安装有拨杆(28),所述主阀体(2)上分别设有上喷水标记(29)和下流水标记(30),上喷水标记(29)和下流水标记(30)与拨杆(28)的两个极限位置相对应。
7、根据权利要求6所述的上下出水水龙头,其特征在于:所述出液口(20)处设有橡胶密封圈(31)。
