本发明公开了一种混凝土专用辅料,按重量份计,它的组份及用量范围是:混合粉65-75份、矿渣粉6-16份、石灰石粉3-7份、石膏粉2-6份、锂矿渣粉1-3份、稀土微粉1-3份、硅灰4-8份。它采用工业废料配制,可大量取代水泥,使配制的混凝土强度高,抗渗性能及抗冻性能好,抗碳化能力达到碳化深度比小于95%,价格柢。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料,是一种混凝土专用辅料。
背景技术
目前混凝土中使用的辅料,大多数是单一组份,例如粉煤灰、硅灰或磨细矿渣粉等。它们的不足在于:粉煤灰的一级灰数量少,应用受限制,而三级灰则相对较粗,在相同坍落度下用水量较多,早期强度低;硅灰的产量少,价格昂贵,使混凝土成本较大幅度增高;磨细矿渣粉的能耗高,且难度大、生产成本高,工程的应用面较窄等。采用这些单一辅料配制混凝土,均无法使混凝土达到较高的性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种混凝土专用辅料,它采用工业废料配制,可大量取代水泥,使配制的混凝土强度高,抗渗性能及抗冻性能好,抗碳化能力达到碳化深度比小于95%,价格柢。
本发明为实现上述目的,通过以下技术方案实现:混凝土专用辅料,按重量份计,它的组份及用量范围是:混合粉65-75份、矿渣粉6-16份、石灰石粉3-7份、石膏粉2-6份、锂矿渣粉1-3份、稀土微粉1-3份和硅灰4-8份,所述的混凝土专用辅料,混合粉采用一级、二级、三级粉煤灰按重量比1.5-2.5∶6-7∶0.5-1.5混合均匀。
所述的混凝土专用辅料,按重量份计,它的组份及用量范围是:混合粉70份、矿渣粉12份、石灰石粉5份、石膏粉2份、锂矿渣粉3份、稀土微粉2份和硅灰8份。
所述的混凝土专用辅料,按重量份计,它的组份及用量范围是:混合粉75份、矿渣粉7份、石灰石粉3份、石膏粉5份、锂矿渣粉1份、稀土微粉3份和硅灰6份。
本发明的辅料,经过各种试验知,具有如下优点:50%取代水泥、减水剂0.75%,用水量170Kg时,坍落度230mm,和易性良好;强度好,与已有混凝土相比,7天强度达70%,28天强度达到100%,抗渗高度比小于75%。同条件下,测试结果碳化深度比小于95%,并具有较好的抗渗性能,造价低,取材广泛,可大量取代水泥。
本发明辅料所述的混合粉可以是一级粉煤灰和三级粉煤灰的混合物,也可以是二级和三级粉煤灰的混合物,本发明的生产工艺为将一级、二级、三级粉煤灰分别按组份和重量要求混合均匀、备用。再将矿渣、石灰石、石膏、锂矿渣,分别粉碎、烧干,按上述组份和重量要求混合均匀后,采用粉磨机粉磨至450-750m2/Kg,最后。按本发明组份重量要求,将混合粉、稀土微粉、硅灰一同送入粉磨机混磨均匀即成为本发明产品。

按重量份计,它的组份及用量范围是:混合粉75、矿渣粉7、石灰石粉3、石膏粉5、锂矿渣粉1、稀土微粉3和硅灰6;

1、混凝土专用辅料,其特征在于:按重量份计,它的组份及用量范围是:混合粉65-75份、矿渣粉6-16份、石灰石粉3-7份、石膏粉2-6份、锂矿渣粉1-3份、稀土微粉1-3份和硅灰4-8份,混合粉采用一级、二级、三级粉煤灰按重量比1.5-2.5∶6-7∶0.5-1.5混合均匀。
2、根据权利要求1所述的混凝土专用辅料,其特征在于:混合粉70份、矿渣粉12份、石灰石粉5份、石膏粉2份、锂矿渣粉3份、稀土微粉2份和硅灰8份。
