Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于门、窗或屋正面的热绝缘复合型材。该复合型材由金属型材(5、6)和设在金属型材之间并与其纵边框结合的绝热板条(11)组成。即在结合部件(2、11、5)之间的一个纵向结合区内,剪切强度低、趋近于零,或设一个滑动导轨。由此可避免不均匀受热时的弯曲。该热绝缘复合型材用于制造门和窗的框。

Description

用于门、窗或屋正面的热绝缘复合型材
本发明涉及一种用于门、窗或屋正面的热绝缘复合型材,它由金属型材和至少一个设在金属型材之间并与金属型材在其纵向边上相连的,最好由塑料制成的绝热板条组成。
已经公开,绝热板条以其纵向边缘通过一个金属横档的造型受力相配地固定在金属型材的侧切口槽内。通过这种力啮合,在由塑料制成的绝热板条和金属型材之间由于摩擦付而已经具有了抗剪强度,该强度可通过其它措施,如摩擦值较高的涂层、在槽面内加工出齿形或通过至少一个放在成型的金属横档和绝热板条之间的齿形丝提高。
复合型材的抗剪强度在金属构件采用的横撑-支架结构中产生适合于静力载荷的较高的、有效的惯性力矩。
此外,还具有其它的复合型材***,其中,借助机械横撑元件或借助膨胀的泡沫和胶粘剂来保证绝热板条的固定。
在绝热板条和复合型材的金属型材之间纵向的力啮合及形状相配,在受到静载荷或动载荷,如由风产生的吸力及压力作用时,起到吸收较高剪切力的作用,并因此与集合成复合型材的各单一型材的单一惯性力矩相比可降低静、动载荷下的弯曲。
上述这种型材接合称之为“抗剪接合”。
绝热板条在金属型材之间形成一热隔离面,该热隔离面使从一个金属型材到另一金属型材的热流限制在最小。
如果采用抗剪接合的型材单侧处于温度升高的环境下,则由于被加热的金属型材的纵向膨胀而在复合型材构件之间产生剪应力,该剪应力由于复合体抗剪强度的作用会导致复合型材的弯曲。
热源包括例如房屋内侧与外部空气(冬季)之间的温差或太阳在外侧上的照射和与此相关的外侧由于吸收太阳能而被加热。由此产生的复合型材的变形始终表现为朝较热一侧的拱起并损害那些其框由复合型材制成的窗及门的功能。
尤其对于较长的框架纵梁,如门的竖直梁,由于单侧受热而产生的弯曲对密封性和对锁的锁闭功能产生不利影响。这种情况不论对于简单的中间闭锁还是多重闭锁装置都是如此,这会导致锁闭功能失效。
当由于目光照射深色表面而使温差达到50°至60℃时,其部分弯曲如此之大,以致预先设置的密封***的补偿作用也难以使产生的间隙密封。
由复合型材的外金属型材和内金属型材之间的温差引起的弯曲还使所设置的门锁处于应力中。
对目前通常的多重锁紧装置而言,其应力作用于至少一个锁上,该应力导致下面的情况,或者门不再能被正常锁紧,或者门不能用钥匙打开。
从DE-A-3425135中公开了一种复合型材,其中的热绝缘芯部和型材内壳部抗剪地相连,而外壳则在受热时则应要降低应力集中并且为此与绝热芯部没有抗剪地相连。由于外壳和由绝热芯部的封闭的形状配合,至少由于这两种相互作用的材料的摩擦副而产生一定的摩擦配合,它允许在超过一定的应力时允许产生一个推进式的温度长度补偿。
特别在产生最小的应力波动时得到永久的滑动时由于温度变化而要求在单个构件之间有一个确定的间隙,在上述结构中是不可能达到这一点的。
在许多不同的地方都以上述方法特有的公差制造铝型材或塑料型材。
另外,在建筑业中铝型材要进行表面处理,由此附加影响其尺寸公差。通过粉末涂层和预置的基底粘接剂在槽区域进行材料涂覆,它必然强迫与然后放入的绝热板条结合,而在使用电氧化铝方法时则导致材料的去除,从而超过一个确定的间隙,使得复合型材的其它功能不再能得到保证。
这同样也用于DE-A-3418470,即其中使用销连接绝热板条和铝型材,并且在绝热板条中设置纵向孔,其中用于长度补偿的销可在里面滑动。
此处也不能保证具有所要求的公差,因为有很多不同的行业和加工方法。
本发明的目的在于,提供开头所述形式的这样一种热绝缘复合型材,即其中一个金属型材的由于温度载荷变化而引起的长度改变不会通过应力作用传递到第二个金属型材上。
按照本发明,上述目的将通过以下方式来达到,即将绝热板条或者相互平行的绝热板条设计成两部分的,每个绝热板条和相配的金属型材相连并且两个绝热板之间的连接为滑动导轨。
改善金属型材表面质量的方法不会影响在绝热板条之间的滑动导轨间隙。
从属权利要求中给出了本发明的其它设计,在图1至3中示出了按本发明的绝热型材的一个实施例。附图中:
图1是一个窗户截面,其中窗外框1及窗扇框2均由绝热复合型材构成;
图2是按图1的窗扇框的绝热板条的放大的纵向示图;以及
图3是一个门的示图。
图1示出的窗户中,窗外框1及窗扇框2均由热绝缘的复合型材构成,这些复合型材分别由金属型材3、4或5、6组成,这些金属型材彼此通过塑料绝热板条7或27结合在一起。
相应于图1将金属型材5、6相互结合的绝热板条27设计成两部分,该绝热板条它由设有导向悬伸部29的绝热板条28和带有为导向悬伸部29而设的侧切口31的绝热板条30组合而成。
对于滑动导轨设有导向平面32和33,它们垂直于或近似垂直于中轴线34伸展。其垂直度偏差在±20°。
导向悬伸部29除了有圆柱形导向部件35外还设有一个横档36,该横档贯穿侧切的导向槽31的纵向开口37伸展,在此,边条38和39构成纵向开口37的边界。绝热板条部分28设有止动平面40和41。
镶嵌在金属型材5、6的容纳槽42、43内的绝热板条部分的固定脚部44和45与金属型材5和6抗剪切结合。
图3示出了一个门50,它由一个门扇51和一个门外框52组成。如果门外框52被固定在砌砖体内或被固定在其它结构上,则借助固定介质,所产生的弯曲应力被引入砌砖体内或其它结构内,从而不发生弯曲。在这种情况下,本发明的热绝缘复合型材仅仅用来制作竖直的门纵向框53、54。通过纵向框与上部水平扇框55的角结合,使得本发明的U形框中的竖直纵向框53、54的型材连接具有固定点。由于温差引起的竖直框的金属型材的长度膨胀因此可自由地向U形门框的下侧发展。上方水平门扇框55因此可以按通常的抗剪切复合技术设计。
如果门外框52如图3所附加示出的那样设有侧边部分56、57,则可要求竖直的外框纵梁58、59采用本发明的热绝缘复合型材制造,其中,在连接的构件之间的纵向结合区内设有一个滑动导轨。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于门、窗或屋正面的复合型材,由金属型材(5、6)和至少一个设在金属型材之间并与金属型材在其纵边框上接合的、最好由塑料制成的绝热板条(27)组成,其特征是,绝热板条(27)或多个相互平行设置的绝热板条(27)设计成由两部分组成,每个绝热板条部分(28、30)与所设金属型材(5、6)抗剪切连接,而在两绝热板条部分之间的中央连接设计成滑动导轨。
2.按照权利要求1所述的热绝缘复合型材,其特征是,滑动导轨具有导向面(32,33),它垂直于或者近似垂直于绝热板条(27)的中轴线(34)延伸。
3.按照权利要求2所述的热绝缘复合型材,其特征是,所述的垂直度偏差为±20°。
4.按照权利要求1所述的热绝缘复合型材,其特征是,它具有一个带有侧切口导向槽(31)的绝热板条部分(30),而绝热板条部分(28)具有一个以间隙支承在导向槽内的导向悬伸部(29)。
5.按照权利要求4所述的热绝缘复合型材,其特征是,侧切口槽(31)具有一个由边条(38、39)构成边界的侧面纵向开口,导向悬伸部(29)的横档(36)通过开口延伸,该横档与一个圆柱形导向部件(35)为一件整体。
6.按照权利要求5所述的热绝缘复合型材,其特征是,带有导向悬伸部(29)的绝热板条部分具有平行于边条(38、39)延伸的止动平面(40、41)。
7.用于带有U形扇框的门的热绝缘复合型材,其竖直框梁在底部由一个支座板相连接,其特征是,竖直框梁由一个按照权利要求1至6之任一项所述的复合型材组成,而上部的水平框梁以抗剪切连接技术设计。
8.用于权利要求7所述的、带有U形门框的门的热绝缘复合型材,其带有L形框的侧面部分(56,57)固定在它们的竖直框梁上,其特征是,竖直框梁由权利要求1至6之任一项所述的热绝缘复合型材组成,而门外框的上部水平梁以抗剪连接技术设计。
